People should not get mad at me via Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj because of the following –

These issues are –

1. Inappropriate or temporary expiry type visa because of payouts.

– our payouts are usually in 1099, w2, w9 or it is direct check or bank, it depends.

– This means yes, I pay tax as applicable πŸ™‚.

– I cannot hide the payouts as I fill forms on those.

– If nominal amounts(100$ types) then usually venmo or zelle.

– I do have to show that as my business revenue as payment was endorsed to me or to the interns as well (as applicable, if applicable) via contractual agreement and legally through my trainings programs of internships.- this is usually for college students.

#YES

2. Lack of citizenship as some companies are extremely adamant to this.

– I have been told on face, pls do not submit any students who are not citizens because of their inability to stay within country. #YES

3. Govt Id or school id, university id required with a picture on it.

– If old picture then the latest whichever applicable, w/documents that support the enrollment. NJHS must produce NJHS qualifying emails/letters.

4. Waivers, insurance and such other forms by me and by companys in motion as these companies will not allow any participations without that, for anything!

5. Proper nickname paperwork so that it is not misused.

6. Eligibility criteria of – age, age group, technique list if needed, narratives of details and not the translations, specifics of descriptions of dance.

7. Visa expired and no paper work to support the extention papers, depends on country of application and immigration laws

8. Proper video visibility by the song limits as required or asked,

9. if group then pointers of the dancer and closeup pics;ability to perform when asked.

10. list of body measurements and dressing measurements if required usually for modeling.

11. proper headshots in all angles, head shot photos, introductions, list of institutes as needed, year of training and type of programs

– this is usually we keep it to use it several times for submissions and for our keepsake as well; so that we don’t confuse candidates as people do have similar names.

– also, to see if eligibility of level, age or any such is achieved. type of programs is usually for USA and India as now we have IB schools, all over India. some are specific to recreation only as well.

– Introductions because the introduction of individual is different from company website and it needs to be in certain format or word limitations. this applicable for people with own websites too.

– I, as a PR specialist cannot eliminate details that you think that you absolutely want to keep from that entire introduction!

– As a PR specialist, I can only tell you what I need and what may look absolutely good. #YES

12. presence of parents required in case of below 21,

– usually it is 18 but for USA we keep it 21 – for safety!

13. theme then that, concept then that, collective list then that.

14. category change if parents are ok with it because as a PR firm I will hate for you to fail. I get money if it goes in smooth!

That’s why πŸ™‚

15. Corrective measures or additions and deductions of certain activities/moves/steps whatever you want to call it, if needed if you want to stick to category. #YES

and these are just a few on list! Most common of all.

It is lot of work. It takes me an hour just to review a candidate on basic requirements list as I have to sit with videos too. I do not care at all who submits it.

This is different than what others do! This is pure PR.

This is NOT STAFFING. Staffing is called placement.

PR is not staffing.

We do staffing of our PR candidates which is indepedent of candidates that are in PR as well at Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal NagarajπŸ™‚.

Some have their own staffing firms too and we just do PR for them. For some we do it all. #YES

Kalaripayattu, Chhau, Mixed Martial Arts – Hetal Joshi M.

Source – Ms. Hetal’s own post about Kalari And Chhau .

Kalaripayattu and Chhau are part of the Indian Classical Repertoire due to the limited presence of widespread tournaments or combat exams or most often its own popularity itself of the entire form.

As their popularity grows and as the tournaments take place, this may change, possibly altering their classification as Indian Classical Repertoire and it might be soon removed from Indian Classical Repertoire!

In India, I think, some tournaments have commenced, I have known about it and it is not much popular, rather dancers/students enjoy it as demonstrative movements, atleast for now. #YES

Regardless, these remain rooted by exclusively technique and by technique name too as taught under my leadership & by me as well-exclusively, at Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj via Kalasri Institute Of Indian Classical Dances By Hetal Nagaraj.

It does not matter which way you learn be it demonstrative or for tournaments like a martial arts. Techniques remain as is and yes, it has assigned music to it.

Thus, is part of Indian Classical Repertoire until it is πŸ™‚

Since i am mixed martial arts/combat trained from early ages of my life because of my background and schooling environments, I often include those in my combination (combo) classes which are taught annually (followed by recitals or productions-depends). Boys and infact, girls have found a strong liking towards these demonstrative movements because its something new than just the plain old dance.

I offer these mixed martial arts – Kalaripayattu and Chhau every alternate seasons to balance my physical abilities. These require high intensity from day 1 of the class and that’s biggest challenge for these. It is much more intense and tough start than the ones in Karate and such others as it has several reverse body movements as in kicks and body turns.

During the tournament approach, there is deeper learning of combat, principles, rules of tournaments, strategies to shorten fight, winning points for face to face attack and such factors are usually taught and this is beyond demonstrations.

Though some are included in demonstrations as well just without “combat/fight/without touching just to showcase”. #YES

But yes, everything remains as is and that includes techniques, by names as well and the drills before or after the class.

In my first batch of demonstrations of mixed martial arts infused with performing arts(2014-2016), people confused it with silambam and some non-indians called it tai chi types. It made me smile.

Some mistake it to Kshatriya art forms of war strategies and weapons (which is what i am trained in as well) and those were created by Rajputs & Marathas as they followed a structured discipline formats of war art (these lasted for centuries until moghuls brought the new ones).

These organically differ from proper mixed martial combat demonstrations that exists today and are part of defense programs in most countries.

And that’s my training too because of my school programs, mine included creative/artistic yoga for balance and discipline, breathing techniques (not the other yoga that people do), and most of these demonstrations were taught in my school because and exclusively for Independence And Republic Day Demonstrations and Celebrations at City Centers/Halls.

If selected, we usually go to Rajpath and such other bigger festivities!

Gandhinagar, Capital of Gujarat has these programs on larger scale where-in external students (out of school) are also invited just for these programs. My all schools had these directly. Something like Rajpath, Delhi (Kartavya Path) has it through these initiatives. Strongly recommend, google parade at rajpath. Don’t forget to see my pics on my blog and on Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International’s album.
