I have never faced any problems in community performances either & that’s by genre or category.

I have grads in those as well. Lots of them. #YES

Most often as private groups as friends want to often dance together.

I have my own(just me) more than 189 such groups who delivered successfully, performed & graduated too.

I have some Pre.Elites too in those.

My students have performed in – IANT, Diwali Mela of diff cities, Husda Punjab, Tamil Association, Telugu Associations, cultural orgs, temples festivals to name a few. #factsyoudidntknow

Once i had 6 batches in IANT and Diwali Mela by 4 cities, by each brand. The whole weekend everybody was dancing everywhere and i was driving from one city to other just to take care of my groups.

That weekend, my 70 costumes were out of my inventory.

Some have won non voting, curriculam and entertainment as well as voting competitions too .

What’s anybody’s excuse!

The best examples are Aahana, Setty Siblingss,Ashna Pethe to name a few. Pretty much all have performed atleast once!

This includes myself.

It makes me question you all for community too.

And, after all that your students & you all do not graduate in anything (that includes your own specialities as you call it) and they hop around like headless chickens just like their teachers.

And, in all that, as you all claim it, you all need an investor because you all are not able to cut the $$$ for something as simple as costumes. Really!

Here, i was able to hire part time admins and tailors for last min costumes. Which then made me one of biggest supplier in southern region.

And, after all that, you all are not stable, settled in either business or life. And all of this you all do in filthy politics, blame game to kids(really? kids ? and parents too you all don’t spare), type of drag you all bring in people’s life.

And, the dances you all do are worthless because when i see about insights or traffic, those are driven by you all only. Not one external like or share which is “liked by public for real”. From definitions, purpose, anything to everything is waste of all the energy, time and money.

Have you all ever thought how nice it will be to do something nice thats liked by strangers. And then to prove this, you all do it more. Just to show me.

Really ? to me ? for what ?

You all think, it will make me do anything based on that ?

Nothing. I do not care.

I feel really bad for you all. Mine stay with me for decades. Isn’t that money or stability ?

Don’t get me started on “don’t judge what you don’t understand”.

I understand one thing that i get paid in 3 to 5 figures just myself. i win on international grounds by genre, category and by styles too, several of those are my own exclusively (when i have Dhamaal Events USA By Hetal Nagaraj folks, they are instructed step by step what to include and exclude) without a single vote or favor or any of you.

i know one thing that my dances get awards without a single politics, i earn my work, I do my work on my own, i create my own balls too and i am able to! I know one thing that i get paid to judge too and that itself means alot. My traffic is also not pushed or derived.

That says alot. Tell me one more time that i care about any of you on anything. I do not!

And, to add to this whole drama, I do not bitch about anybody! Nobody is that awesome to do so.

The time you all waste in all these crap approaches to anything you all do, you could have done proper trainings on techniques ?

I do not do anything but that.

I am glad i am not the part of you all’s drama. Sort of glad, that collabs or anything did not either work out after several meetings or i did not acquire. VERY!

I do not choose to collab, partner for anything at this point, deliberately because of recent fraud crap and i saw who is what! Feel free to approach if you think of something, I cannot guarantee if i would be interested.

I do not ever partner in my lows as it keeps my integrity intact. I am busy anyway.

***Clarification of Vendor Programs***

i don’t give any feedbacks in Vendors of Grace And Grooves by Hetal Nagaraj Programs.

It is not my business or my job to correct them for anything. Its not my job to judge them either. It matches my gig, i ask them. Simple.

i don’t care. they get their money. i get my work done & i get my money. matter over. Not a word. #YES

Deliberately i won’t. i am not available to pay people & give them feedback. It’s not free to do those corrections. People come to me for those correction classes and mentor classes separately. Most often, those are incompany programs or Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj.

Vendors program is one time work by each project/gig or at a time 2-3 of them back to back, seeding. It is independent work.

My only concerns on these are safety, legal residency or visa permit to do conduct those activities. That’s all. Not an inch of care. If they fraud me for their visa status, i will be the first one to report. It is as simple as that.

People should be thankful that as an artist, i atleast give credits, pics or videos, this openly. Others do not give those either. #daretosaythankyou

I give credits so that other people cannot claim it. be it good or bad, I do not want others credit. I do not even use their videos for anything that i care to. They are not the part of my company for anything. Once the gig is over, it is over.

Their former affiliations with me or anybody or me calling them is 100% irrelevant or based on previous experiences either with them or their parents or their students any workshops or activities or programs with me.

It is that independent.

Deliberately to keep it entirely seperate from company so that people, by mistake, cannot confuse my company or any of work for anything and they can keep that as theirs but that won’t make me lie about them or anybody in my company.

Other people asked that call us too so i came up with this idea. #Exactly

I don’t care if they show me their class about the gig or credit to me that it was my invite to them.

They can put my name if they wish to as a producer or director. That does not make me their choreographer or anything at all.

i can request some steps to be removed because of some audiences. That’s all. It’s called Choreography Edits. I provide costumes if they need.

I have a billion traffic (aggregate) and i have achieved every single goal in every field at its highest peak independently.

I do not care at all what vendors do. #Exactly

People are called based on their social media link submissions(i dont care how many followers you have) or their dropbox submission clips. I do not confuse, misunderstand or force them any specialities for any gig.

I ask 10 times before i get a confirmation from them if they can do it. Sometimes people give me answers that “hetal, i need lot of practice for this one & i cant do it now” so then they refuse for the selected work. Which is ok too, i just need to know!

The invites are open publicly.

Genres are specifically mentioned accordingly as requested or delivered. Once they step out of premises of that exact gig, I do not care what they do or who they are with!

they must not loiter or linger around premises b’coz then that’s security issue. I need to make sure they drive out.

I am present at all times.

I perform or do workshops if i have to and usually solo(never with others groups).

It’s 100% independent of my work, company’s grads, elites or my work of mentorship too.

It is never on % as i have to deduct some upfront costs which are fixed, its direct taxcut for me (or its 1099 or W2) & rates of gigs usually vary drastically.

So i cannot do %.

It is what it is. Take it or leave it. I don’t care!
