This is 100% true. I used to teach next door and so I know from the beat-sound of nattavangam and yes, it is wrong nattavangam. Infact, I personally know a few people in my family as well that are in bharatanatyam but could not take my class(b’coz i was far off or timing was issue and are also victim of this fraud from alpana jacob). That family has requested a full refund from Ms. alpana jacob as well. I personally have few students from this individual ms.jacob that have gone through similar trauma so to say.

Imagine taking trainings for 10 yrs of your life, blindly believing in somebody and literally learning useless/creative bharatanatyam without proper adavus or jathi or names of any of it. The dances were not qualified for any awards either as per this parent upon submissions for bharatanatyam categories with a strict feedback that creativity in adavus are required or as is adavus is required/either. Their personal growth was harmed because of fraud dances. Internally it is harmful.

Ms. shweta shah stopped by at my classes too off-late (after several times of re-scheduling her timings with me) and she wants to do production dances and also complete her training. Since we had to downsize due to several catastrophic damages and criminal fraud in my company, we had to ask Ms.Shweta to wait until we have her levels. So, currently as per the conversation that I had with Ms. Shweta, she is taking online classes with her own teacher in chennai and will join us for production.

Ms Shweta is taking mentorship classes(online and in-person if in city, probably once in 1-2months ) with me and often travels. As you know, I take limited batches because of my association in other fields(www.hetaln.com) and so if the several batches clear their graduations (one by one every other year) then we have to wait until our other batches reach a level for certain individuals. We cannot speed up the existing batch’s involvement just for the sake of Anantha Classical Dance & Theater Production Series or compromise on their learning!

It is also correct that several of my own staff people(who re-united with me not knowing that i am in DFW area) have tried to take ms. alpana’s drop in class until they found me and they all had similar feedbacks about dances at aarti school of dance or with ms.alpana herself. Most of these dancers that i am talking about are refreshing students which means they have done quite some level of bharatanatyam and know it well when it is not right! First they thought that probably they missed something and this post on facebook triggered the topic; they all were shocked that they were right about Ms. alpana and aarti school of dance. this was during this post. It is true! This post is driven by their personal experiences and thus the talks and it is true.

Some other lady from aarti school of dance named Rakshita had applied to my dance school too and we had refused her because we had freezed all our recruits and refreshers programs due to recent criminal fraud in my company and her clear message was that she wants to complete her Bharatanatyam. We had requested details such as biodata and clips and those clearly mention that Ms. Rakshita(who is now instructor at aarti school of dance) have not completed her trainings. This communication was in Dec/and early this year-2023 as hetal reconnected with all admin messages to everybody and prior to this in 2019 via text/bharatanatyam training to be completed and bharatanatyam newbie class. This is an indication that this company hires untrained artists at the cost of years and years of fees of parents for something as simple as dance that does not have any value. This isn’t the first time that this pattern has occurred. This creates a very negative impact on student’s life and mindset.

Ms. Shweta has visited 2 other dance schools in irving as well. this i am told about from one of the admin that had their initial talk with Ms. shweta on fb. I do not know if Shweta will join us or not. It is irrelevant for me if shweta will join me or not. Shweta is not my Elite and neither she is my student. Once in bluemoon she takes those mentorship classes per hour under my Reachh Mediaa program and that is it. Ms. Shweta is not my anything as a matter of fact. Our reachh mediaa program offers mentorship classes by hourly and monthly or by packages (with and without dance). It depends on utilization.

I have several people like Ms. Shweta who buy my ad-hoc mentorship classes once a while for consult and they all pay for hourly consult with invoices and such company protocols. Nonetheless, I am very busy with my life at hetaln.com.

My people will never insult anybody and they hold much more value in respect in each word and for everybody. They are not ordinary people. They are extremely successful in all walks of life with families and they work for me only because love of doing right is reason and personal growth in performing arts and other expertise under me. They speak well because of their upbringing and their workplace environments. they speak truth too and if something makes them curious or wonderous then that’s what they will precisely talk about and with all due respect! And that is it. I cannot stop them from doing so, it is freedom to be themselves and speak their mind without harming company’s integrity. Their contribution to my company is exceptional and they DON’T EVER lie. Motive is simple, i am the maker of their first generation!

My teams take my loads when required and thus are my Elites too. Thus, status of Pre.Elite or Elite is not assigned to just anybody. It is a very responsible and accountable level that is in position to lead and be accountable for in my absence. It is for those who take responsibility of their actions and follow through protocols of performing arts as well as laws as applicable in speciality. These individuals are trained under me to replace me and talk on behalf of me and being respectful is extremely required. My Elites have proof of everything that they speak about. They don’t have any reason to lie. If they have been there, they have been there and they have a proof of it. Period! They are one of those people who will work hard and smart too. We train them to be like me or better than me!

It is what it is. If they have personal experience, they will speak of it and they have proof of it of their classes or attendance/either. It is irrelevant to me about their personal experience with anybody(this specifically if it was prior to me).

At this point and at this moment until futher notice, I do not wish to collab with anybody that is lower than my achievements or cadre (or lead or buy any companies) due to recent incidents in my company such as criminal fraud and other catastrophic financial damages that has made my life extremely busy.

So yes, i am very busy trying to clear the backlog that has affected 22 artist under me, existing company activities worth 1000s of $$ and my own personal work has been compromised to extremely high levels.

Precisely, I am being absolutely upfront about this, I don’t get anything from such collab.

How is that dance school so old has not achieved anything and their artists are way below average or are often prepared by other dance teachers (and are often transfers from other out of state students of other teachers and their dance level goes down in dance because of arti school of dance’s dance activities while their own scratch students are horrible in performances). All the dances of those individuals from aarti school of dance/alpana were rejected right off with lack of adavus and jathis. This after 10years of classes and without missing a single class.

I am paid artist from 1993-94 from the age of 13 and several of my own artist (that are exclusively trained under me from scratch) are at such an achievement level that they are way ahead of any of company members of aarti school of dance. From age of 19, i am Bharatanatyam and Indian Folk dancer as well as educator/director with full set of graduates under my own teachers. So certain companies don’t bring anything valueable to me.

Aarti school of dance’s one week (classes) is my one hour of commercial gig (that’s just me without any of my elites) and in Bharatanatyam itself and I dance margam, pure bharatanatyam in multiple styles because of my specialities level by level and style by style. We also do other gigs such as creative Bharatanatyam, fusions and many such creative dance pieces. Most of which have won awards that benefit students as well.

I feel it as my social need/responsibility to clear any misunderstandings or any issues that might come to my notice, and this applicable only if, my people have participated in certain chats (because of their personal experiences) prior to joining me or prior to “knowing” that I am in DFW. This waives me off from any legal obligation from any of this company members. It is true!

my company however has nothing to do with either alpana or aarti school of dance. There are several locations that we have shared next door for years together from carrollton, alpha midway and west frisco. My locations remain constant and we still offer classes at all these locations for pretty much all our services(till date) and yes it is true, their locations change drastically with huge travel time distances! I wonder how this company is able to change their locations so often! New to me.

There were times (in prior years) when alpana had ordered wholesale order (wholesale order – min order of 50 costumes or min billing 2500$+shipping custom design by genre and category) from my wholesale costume brand and there were times when I needed a costume in emergency (as my shipment did not arrive on time and i had commercial gig) and so i rented as well from alpana too. And yes, things do happen in company’s timelines and I will clear it if it pertains to me or my people or my company so that my elites are not misjudged or their work is not credited to somebody else as they all work hard to contribute to my company and growth.

I personally don’t have any beef with anybody. period. It is not my responsibility anything more than this.

Our modus operandi is about personal growth(this includes earning as well in every area of expertise) of artist and students and to make their performing valuable to the right audiences and thus my company/artists themselves have achieved so much that I just don’t care about low and small goals or mindsets.

Your one life goal is just one of my field — Hetal Nagaraj.

We don’t have Junior Elites!

We don’t have (or probably will never have) Junior Elites as our junior age group level is upto 8 years(3.5 to 8yrs). And batches below 5 yrs were/are rare or most of them are our own students younger siblings classes.

Until 2019, this was Hetal Nagaraj Dance‘s part time and so all batches were limited to availability of Hetal Nagaraj Dance.

Hetal Nagaraj Dance specializes in youth education predominently and that means 8+, youth, pre.teens, teens, active adults. However, Hetal Nagaraj Dance has worked with several private montessories, early education schools for wellness & performing arts recreation programs where it was required to monitor a normal day for the case to rule the behavior patterns(some work w/education lawyers).

But other than that, we have never had anything like Junior Elites!

Only standard levels Pre.Competition, Competition/Performing Levels, Pre.Elites, Elites by genre/category/or by city-levels/nationals or international. Level of degree depends on skills that are mastered to tally with universities or colleges if student chooses to opt for universities with performing arts or as one of the subjects. If a student has not taken any classes or has not mastered 9-12 weeks skill level benchmarks then we cannot provide this level or any such confirmation without legitimacy. We are training school. We cannot do so. Since we do not have substantial number of kids in this age group or we were limited to taking these age groups, obviously we don’t have Junior Elites.

We do have several students that are below 8 years and have won competitions but they are/were not Elites! Youngest Elite was Nirja Setty just 2 months before 8th bday for a national program-folk, bharatanatyam and drama with a full routine of bollywood and yet, Nirja Setty was not provided the title of “Elite” at that time.

Elite : This level is pretty much next to flawless execution of any genre or category or by request without any excuses and this includes having full knowledge of subject matter/or that dance in particular, differenciate between concept/theme/dance genre/category/styles/skills understanding/requirements of technique showcase if that is asked and so onn and thus are priced for commercial artists. Some of our artists are under contracts from very young age due to their own exposure/experience in the field that started earlier at age of 8 to 10months. It was because of their “in-born ability to handle all that stress“.

These artists have parents that fully aware of legal protocols to follow through as well and family’s overall ability to handle all that stress of these activities from younger age is phenominal! Some are so particular that these families follow through a schedule which includes balance of all the activities with several kids/playdates and own family get togethers with a well-knit support system of their own. Because it is about money, time, value of these opportunities and with that goes in mental stress/mental health! These families balance it really well and it fits their own lifestyle and so we welcome these “full blown contract artists that started very early in life” and are willing to groom in other areas of performing arts fields. Thus, their recruitment to our programs was right off the bat. We would rather be cautious and slow for minors than to allow just anybody in this level. We have several of these and one such have their site too. www.thesettys.com, and several others are one of these example!

Thus, we rarely have kids below 5 yrs. And then we have probably 1-2 batch that are from 3.5/4.5yrs only b’coz of their older siblings or these kids joined together as a large group to qualify for group packages and so we conducted their classes! Min 10 required to start a batch of this age and at this moment, Hetal Nagaraj Dance hands are full with several backlogs and so we don’t have instructor in this age group at any location. This is exactly why most of our commercial projects (by contracts) usually start from age of 13 under leadership of Hetal Nagaraj (due to stress involved in these areas and demographics/lifestlye of the candidate or basic support system to be self-reliant).

We have freezed all our hiring at this point and also reduced several batches due to recent delays in several projects, backlogs and criminal fraud!

We don’t have Junior Elites Or Junior Pre.Elites and we will never have those atleast until futher notice because of delays/damages by recent criminal frau/theft and so several projects are at stake.

All In-house Pre.Elites or Elites students that are below 13 years of age – will achieve Pre.Elites or Elites Only IF :

• these in-house students attend regularly all the number of classes required by skill sets.
• rehearsals and practices as required.
• technique classes as required with full recognisition and creative classes
• participations, auditions, submissions by techniques and in multiple genres.
• performances & company productions that these students are trained to do so by each class.
• It is required to perform at that level to leverage the benefits of being a Pre.Elite/Elite.
• Example of Pre.Elites/Elites below age 13 years : Audrey, Aayan, The Settys, and many more.

Fun facts : Hetal Nagaraj has never worked for anybody in this performing arts field throughout or was direct under contract of artist managment company that was run by Jinal Shah and her Hyderabad partners. Although for several of temple/spiritual/non profit/religious groups and org, Hetal Nagaraj has offered programs and are very well listed! www.hetaln.com -> spiritual.

Talk about Chemistry(as these students are brought up together or can talk through choreo from previous classes and are readily available due to time schedules of practices)

+ their Trainings either with hetalnagaraj or with their previous teachers make it easy to practice or perform or get advance trainings together and thus the results too.

2013 – Duet series were commenced in 2013 in various genres to meet the requirements of these programs where solo(s), duet(s) in small stages(due to budget of org) were successfully performed on stage, by request with themes and concept exclusively under Hetal Nagaraj.

These performances were within the genre and without genre. Without foresaking fundamentals of dance form or genre. This was also requested by categories which several of our students delivered successfully along with several fusion performances for modern audiences.

All of these activities with Awards/Nominations and successful delivery of projects without age limits or gender! Everything counts. To sync in with each other for the results.

Some elites may have probably performed together once or max twice for prob 1 min or so and may not make it to this list as “they have not consistently made a team of duet out of themselves or performances were not for submission or gigs”.

Some of our famously known duet series are winners in several programs, competitions, commercial, shoots, submissions, fundraising, hired projects or self-sponsored gigs, by genre and by category and several of these with awards as well as nominations, depending on programs and organizers. You can alternatively see those performances in several promos and all our performances too taking the load of main dancer or group lead by themselves! While looking at these performances, some may think of margins. For private classes(other than regular classes once a week) and above certain levels of performing arts, it is not about margins :). These are scheduled and arranged at different pricing for a specific program and to elevate dancers’ levels for submisions and some are gigs and some are paid for.

At certain advance levels, It is about money – delivery. Be it projects with gigs w/payouts or as fundraisers. These activities automatically raise the margins because of dances performed in it. It is what it is. Straight background often makes it easier.

And ofcourse there are groups that perform for basic culture/community shows as well and we welcome those as well.

Fun Facts : Hetal Nagaraj has danced/shoot/shot/on stage performed with only 6 men till date as their partner/pair throughout the year. Names of these individuals are :

• Kunal+Gaurav Swap as group pairs (Gandhinagar-Koli marathi folk annual show, Mt Carmel/St. Xaviers).
• Viral (Gandhinagar-goa couple dance valentine day school spring / annual program, Mt Carmel/St. Xaviers).
• Purvesh (Ahmedabad-Garba Folk Competition at YMCA), Hetal found him in 2022 via social media search.
• Nigel (shots/stills for matching sports wear – NIKE submission, Ahmedabad).
• Manodeep (Ahmedabad) for Mock Ad submissions (to speak abt insurance for advertising crew for training scripts terminology) for Old Mutual & Kotak Mahindra’s (merger) product lines for billboards & media.
• Nagaraj for dance and shoots (her own huby from 2000 mostly in parties/corporate parties/friends/family, couple dances formal balls or salsa nights + 2 shoots for a couple shoot-submission).

Hetal is still friends with all of them.

To clarify, Hetal Nagaraj does not have any patrick /movie type/Kite/or infact any such scenario anywhere. Straight life with all trainings completed in full and with own school/college/teachers groups or as their host for trainings in submissions for media & partnering brands or a replacement dancer because of emergencies or last min dropouts (if present in city and by speciality).

Part time from 1999(weekends only and independent projects/commercial gigs/workshops/private groups) & full time from 2019!

We were hoping that by 2023 – Sept 31st or Oct 10th max, all the uploads will be done but due to limited upload of response time on facebook, we had to limit 1-2 uploads per day. Today is Oct 24, 2023 and we are still uploading all our performing arts activities (these are other than regular once a week dance lessons). Why so many workshops ?

Some are booked by org,

some by companies,

some by texas registered educational colleges/universities/entertainment/groups

some by private groups with goals in mind.

why so many workshop or hourly programs ? because sometimes people approach with their own groups.

So a certain time is allocated just for them. simple as that!

Since we are skill based technique focused dance training center, all are welcomed as long as we follow the schedule. These workshops can be conducted at our locations or at your own locations.

Some on-going class-batches coincide to our existing syllabus and request from these groups. while some may not! If they do coincide to our existing syllabus then students do take those classes that are on-going in the dance curriculam. It is very much like credit system. Sometimes it is viz a versa if some students have to take certain skills then if groups are okay then these students join them for few lessons or until the skill is mastered. It depends.

We are a dance school and a training center with more than 50 specialities just under me/hetalnagaraj. My/our focus is not on culture shows and yet we have results as we follow benchmark every 9 to 12 weeks of proper learning of each technique by genre. We do have some batches that might get ready for culture shows as well and we always encourage but we don’t push for kids to perform. My stage shows are known for providing a perfect platform as compared to culture groups for several aspects as compared to several dance teachers because of the way we do it, with certain goals in mind.

This is due to my own specialities with full transparency and traceability unlike several teachers who do it only because they did not have other things to do or something like that. Some like me start their journey directly being introduced to performing arts with contracts/MOU and so we follow the similar path.

It is safe for everybody to abide by contracts/MOU. This is one of the reason i don’t collaborate with anybody OR I don’t claim to work with anybody without paperwork or legit contract. I don’t allow to work for me without MOU. If you can’t sign the paper that clarifies your precise engagements with me then we can’t have you. Period!

This has been my mojo from the time i entered this field in 1993-1994 as this is exactly how i was introduced to this field. History.

I never claim to work with anybody without any paperwork/invoice or any letter of invite/sponsorships/and so onn. If you don’t have a way to show it then it did not happen. If you have to hide it from somebody or public then it is not worth showing or is not legit which is sort of questionable. Life should be open as a clean book. Good or bad. It is what it is. You could go LIVE with some creative dance or skill as well and it could be not be the genre or category! period.

My name was openly publicize too during all my job/work assingments and so we too publicize our staff list openly. It is in the best interest of everybody as everybody in this team under me works hard through trainings or through their own achievements. By mistake, i don’t want anybody to take other Elite’s work or any staff work too. It is what it is.

We are training center with multiple specialities and several commercial activities and so we cannot afford to have anybody take advantage of anything or specifically, anybody!

Something about me and Hhow I balance my life – How i balance my life is none of anybody’s business and that includes how i run my projects under hetaln.com. some of my staff works in 2nd and 3rd generations and that tells anybody how I handle it. My family doesn’t eat outside food for more than 2-3 days and i have my own intact-social circle without showcasing it and you will see my pictures everywhere because that too is open. My family is happy with the way we live, i am role model of being one of the most influential person in my family and it is always, go ask hetal aunty she knows it better! go figure out why. my younger generations take my advices because of my successes, my inlaws are happy with me, my husband is happiest guy on earth and so am i. i am spoiled with so much love that you can only dream of being loved so much.

Why would people in my family/friends love me so much. They don’t do it to show anybody. Who is anybody to question how I should balance at any given point of time. Who are you to me that I will change anything for you in my personal life! Your break is not my break. Your capacity is not my capacity. Some people like me are used to living a high activity/capacity life because of life goals and we are trained like that. Having worked with 2-3 generations, we know what other people’s capacity is. We don’t starve, we don’t over work, we work exactly what we can, we don’t exhaust, we don’t shout/yell, we say no means no, we say yes means yes, we don’t compromise on our living for anything then who is anybody to judge anything i do.

dare to live this high quality life with such a wonderful habits in life that builds the life of people? Here’s one of my bucket list. Just one of them. Go figure how I live.

******Successfully delivered all projects that were assigned. ms. deepthi took the work that she thought she could deliver. Never a complaint from any client and maintained all that was assigned. Corrected everything that was supervised for and as received feedbacks from paernts.

Ms Deepthi joined for internship programs at Irving location for Texas All Star Talents and at Reachh Mediaa Since 2013. Ms. Deepthi’s role in Grace And Grooves Group of Companies was exclusively under Hetal Nagaraj Dance, Hetal Joshi M for multiple roles from dancer, staff(Texas All Star Talents), occassional gigs under The Grace Effects and instructor(Hetal Nagaraj Dance‘s own batch of mommy n me programs-adults bollywood).

Ms. deepthi was instructing at our internship program of semi classical for which we have our pre.elite/elite Ms. sindhu as well. Ms. Deepthi has also handled Texas All Star Talents exclusively for 1.5 year.

Other supervisor work includes handling company local DFW operations while Hetal Nagaraj Dance was in India for her MFA residency program/exams as a full time staff (1 month – each year for 2 years).

All the work that was assigned to ms. deepthi was completed satisfactorily for every project that was assigned at her will/time and her ability to handle as per her own schedule. All clients were maintained and happy.

But with several breaks in-between availability and thus, Ms. deepthi’s classes were never announced or was offered Hetal Nagaraj Dance‘s batches as is because of availability.

Ms. deepthi’s other work also included part time or short projects and once a while available because of kids’ commitment(extremely young kids).

***After 2019 program of Sarvaa Cinema Dance And Theater Production Series, ms. deepthi was on her way to family w/longest “absence” in activities of the company with repeated remarks of being unavailable for company gigs (while dancing somewhere else).

In 2023, Ms. deepthi was released with all due respect from all duties of the company.

this was because of Ms. deepthi’s extremely awkward reaction(outbursts) to our accomplishment pictures that were displayed w/ms. deepthi’s picture. this reaction/disrespectful sms to Hetal Nagaraj Dance threatening Hetal Nagaraj Dance for legal action for which ms. deepthi has signed waivers of releases of all the company achievements/pics/videos/insurance. Until 2023, all uploads was okay and then all of sudden in 2023 , this outburst! This wasn’t the first time that ms. deepthi has behaved like this with ms. hetal.

Ms. deepthi as well expected to receive certain perks of certain elites. It was known to Ms. deepthi that ms. deepthi cannot compare herself with those *in-house Elites perks that these Elites earn* as they are available to perform and it is their videos that bring $$ to the business which pays for everything. Their performances/participations are higher in number as well.

We cannot assign a considerable duties or any full-time work to somebody who takes so many breaks throughout the year or multiple years in company while others wait for those opportunities and then back off repeatedly to dance at other programs.

this includes video releases of ms. deepthi’s dances which ms. deepthi requested to post first. We cannot post ms. deepthi’s videos when ms. deepthi wants while ms. deepthi was not available for company everytime company wanted! ***Prior to this as well, we had these incidents with these outbursts in sms and being disrespectful to “other” elites. Those elites perform regularly and consistently without any dance related participations anywhere else.

Either way, these videos are often posted in promos and will be anyways posted sooner or later depending on the order of certain activities.

Accomplishments under Hetalnagaraj :

Deepthi earned perks of nearly 4000$ in just the perks as gigs and she maintained one batch that was ms.hetal’s own batch. Deepthi maintained it well for 2 years(100hrs). Amongst the only texas all star talents choreographer and an intern that was offered a full time position w/full time salary with visa if deepthi agrees to work full time 40hr.

Well, she couldn’t work more than 5hr to 10hr a week so she has to pass this!

Company pays for all our dedicated choreographers trainings for various subjects or workshops to prepare them for being soloist or freelancers.**conditions apply.

Bharatanatyam Teaching / Instruction : Was not available to teach regularly or by class dates/consistently and does not know curriculam of order of curriculam and so was never provided either.

Most of our trained artists or students from texas all star talents programs that are willing to learn to teach or do these educational activities join as volunteer programs first and excel all the way to earning several accomplishments in the company. This one being the only one that was offered a full visa with 40hour work schedule dance and non.dance and a salary! Aspriing students/students in high schools/college/universities are welcome to apply for these positions that lead to management as well as key positions. Texas All Star program is currently running only 1 program for existing high school students.(10th grade and up) with and without various scholars programs.

ALL the way from volunteer path to up!
Being a trainer, it is hetalnagaraj’s job to make sure you excel if you are coachable. Hetal creates her own teams so that she can build her own teams from it and the work is thus distributed. This is also one of the reason, ms. hetalnagaraj has herself consistently delivered by genre/category without working for anybody else. And this is one of the reason that hetalnagaraj has never worked for anybody in DFW, Texas or anywhere in performing arts. Mainly because life does call for family and for Ms. hetal herself, ms. hetal had planned her own life just the way she wanted! It is what it is.

Till date, history! The only field where ms. hetal has never worked for anybody or have worked through talent management companies. Most of these are her own classmates and that too from 1999!

Ms. deepthi was reminded at all times that all elites, pre.elites or precisely anybody that dances under Grace And Grooves Group of Companies(and that includes ms.deepthi) have signed these waivers of releases of all outcomes as is.

***Since all our pic/video/as well as costume policies are signed with strict waivers of “photo/video/statement” releases for all the accomplishments as well as all the company statements, we cannot undo those from anywhere because of number of shares or other insights that were attached to these releases as other dancers/elites videos or pictures are in there as well. Some of which are more than 2 to 10million!

Reachh Mediaa Programs : Independent to company as well.

We have several dancers who just want to perform or be the back office staff. Depending on their previous trainings & ability to perform, these dancers can pick and choose the list of activities under entire company’s program list as well as brand where these dancer can succeed! Supervision is provided in full as needed depending on activities these dancers choose as paid consult.

These bharatanatyam dancers are futher classified as margam dancer and nonmargam dancers depending on their ability to perform/identify techniques or requirements by each dance piece of asked to perform or showcase! These dancers are guided by Hetal Nagaraj depending on requirements of client or by margam depending on type of performance (as required).

Since these are trained dancers(ms.deepthi’s types) of margam institute, these students are guided at all times to just include some techniques (without teaching them like you would to a student) or by visual interface (as these are trained dancers from margam schools and so can perform). This is unlike several dancers who are taught in non-margam institute who can’t showcase or identify techniques or are unaware of those techniques and so are thus taught techniques as you would to a student under our refreshers program tech by tech by each dance piece! – Hetal Nagaraj Dance.

In several instances for Bharatanatyam, Ms. Deepthi was asked to follow several margam essentials to call it that dance piece (which she herself decided not to) and thus submissions were not possible! Ms. Hetal had reminded Ms. Deepthi several times that she is making grave mistake by not following margam because then there is no difference between Ms. Deepthi and others but Ms. Deepthi did not listen unless strictly the work was thoroughly as a team led and taught by Ms. Hetal. Thus was not called for margam activities.

Congratulations Ms. Deepthi for amazing achievements with the company! Wishing you well.

Therefore, Ms.deepthi was succesful with whatever time she could commit to the company under @hetalnagaraj. It was ms.deepthi’s request to only work for @hetalnagaraj and first hand elites.

I specialize in kids related activities from 1999 in all age groups. My speciality is from 8 years and up as certified international trainer in several fields.

This is just experience of ms.hetalnagaraj by herself. This is other than the experience in India or commercial projects and several are purely educational!

This experience also tells anybody about the number of kids or students i have handled single handed without any issue and also without a single complaint (irrespective of dance). Till date history as of 2022.

I take several children wellness projects of very young (below 5 years old) kids to understand certain behaviors of children. These were mostly for special needs and kids with other ailments or i had to closely watch their reactions to understand their psychology on a normal day. There are normal kids as well for which I offer these services.

Rare learning and Montessori(s) was my lowest job (lol, it was not about money) but these places have those kids i was looking for to work for a client! how much can you gain an experience with your own kids or just students that are enrolled at our companies?

Ppl might think why would you spend time at such lower level when your average hour is 400$ to 500$ per hour. It is very simple. Sometimes to achieve on higher grounds, you have to work at below ground zero or at ground zero. Thus today’s success. Never be ashamed to work at ground levels or with your teams as a team member. That is where magic is and so I own everything you do without any name anywhere.

Just my wellness client is 70$ to 100$ an hour minimum and those client treatments and meal plans are for months. To understand certain age groups, or special needs, behavior and patterns if any, these are the only places.

How much can you gain experience with your own kids or just the kids at our dance school!

They may not match any characteristics or anything as matter of fact. For dance and some other fields(www.hetaln.com), more than 3500 students are instructed as of 2022 under hetalnagarajdance! More than 150 graduates exclusive to hetalnagaraj. That’s Ms. Hetal’s experience in all ages just her own experience.Define part time. Part Time until 2019.

And then follows rules, laws, waivers, compliance, forms, background check, drug check, security, alcohol tests, first aid certification requirement, and so onn. List is huge!

Logic is very simple. When you do it then you know it. When you know it then chances of success are higher. See ms.hetal at some pre.school for few weeks or probably once while at certain place only. Well, this is the reason!

Lot of ppl ask me why several pics at my own house or at our designated locations that are open late hours? This is because these are private classes with packages.

Most private packages are by hrs (3,5,10,15,25,30,52 or ad hoc as you need +1 or -1 here and there) are booked in extremely odd hours than the regular standard class routine times. Most of these occur “around the regular class hours” or at times, i get calls during my practice or lesson hours if my clients can come by for an hour or 2.

I don’t mind because they are families and couples. They don’t mind because i am that settled in life with all grown up kids & it is one of my speciality that i am known for too in couples world! Some come by just to spend time with me as these people have gone through some trauma and need their head off it or something to do together as couples. It is insanely sweet! And then, we have other clients such as kids, families, our own in-house students taking other private packages, by genre and category as well for their other programs or competitions or at times submissions or sometimes it is just to learn and have some fun in their own personal time (other than regular group classes).

I have clients that drive for me up-to 3-6 hr drive or are from other states occasionally for these package classes as their destination wedding is in DFW or most of their relatives are in DFW.
These are booked at client’s convinience of timings and are 100% custom as requested. Several couples come by to perform too if they are local or if they want to perform/represent me or my companies by genre or category in my local culture programs. yes all the listed albums on hetalnagaraj dance are 100% true and all of them are by invoices and emails or paperwork or by artist management companies. Reachh Mediaa was taken over only after 2019-2020-2021. Prior to this, Reachh Mediaa was one of our vendors and clients depending on projects.

My latest private class has ended at 11pm-1130pm. Earliest i think was 530/6am! I don’t do house-calls but I do encourage having a studio nearby or a facility with approved insurance and such amenities. I do lot of commercial gigs and so often i practice late after my regular routine classes. And so my front portion of house is all studio/dance setup w/proper designated space/rooms, mirror, speakers, lights & my own personal and my Elites’ all access costume room. Ppl just come by to any of my locations depending on my timings and schedules.
Everybody in family dances too and are this busy with their own gigs as well so these activities are never a problem or a disturbance.

I don’t do reels at least until now. may be soon!

This is also the reason that we never felt the need of “announcing adult classes in bollywood as those private class clients are easily available to perform as well”. All until 2022 when i thought of launching them commercially w/proper performing team for Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 gigs to do MORE. Several of these local clients join our other regular classes too & viz a versa. Our other programs such as “mommy and me” were also serving to programs for adults performance batches by genre or category.

Prior to 2022, I had my own folk and bharatanatyam adults grads, my seniors/classmates for upto 10 years before/after me and one of our adults elite line grads were from irving too in bollywood(ms. deepthi and sindhu’s grps) + our choreographers often form a team and we have lot of young elites so somebody is always available! so that was working out by 2022.

Package pricing varies by custom list of services, genre, category, goals. At times, there is no purpose to these private packages. Families just come to have fun while we announce some specials or promotions during some celebrations of our brand acheivements. Just like all our programs, this one is also a best seller!

More than 112 packages sold by exclusively hetal joshi m / hetal nagaraj. Company achievements for private packages are countable and not counted in these lists of hetal nagaraj’s own achievements and those will be posted very soon! This is mostly because all choreographers were either part-time or it was difficult for them to do those.

Dancers Paradise means More than you thought. Here’s the example of our own owner who performs back to back in multiple genres and specialities.

In this album, it is about “number of performances” as a classified count. Each performance is entirely different performance. Each performance may or may not be in entire different genre.

***Occassionally costumes are similar too and that depends on programs if we have any time in-between 2 performances to change the clothing/costume!

Thus, some pictures might seem like “same picture or same thing” but it is “not the same performance so how it is the same thing “.

***It is an entire different performance and at times in entire different genre too (multiple genre speciality) and thus it has to be posted again!

***During commercial programs, we don’t perform for 1 performance because of all the makeup, hair/clothing that goes in each performance and level of these dances are entirely on different levels. Minimum dance run time or booking of each program/event for us is 30 mins to 1 hour. And so, we don’t get much time to change the costumes.

***Occassionaly in public culture shows, we perform for 5 mins just once because of time limit. Since our elites and myself often cover several dancers/musicals or danceathons, we often dance MORE dances/performance as group or solo than most average dancers. This is because of “multi-speciality” and my trainings to my Elites.

*** For competitions, it is by competitions rules about the time duration of each performance or if multiple rounds or multiple genres are allowed.

*** In school recitals depending on teams or the levels of programs, each dancer may or may not dance multiple times in multiple performances . School productions too similar.

***We are a dancers’ company/paradise. A place where dancers are “allowed” to perform “more” than just once. Your capacity and so most welcome to do it.

***We too have to think about costume budgets so occassionally several costumes are repeated depending on genre or requested by client. And because we are one of the highest costume seller of award winning costumes too, sometimes some costumes are picked again and again by almost all clients, as is.

We are pointed to direct links that we submit as our company that i want this costume/performance and these exact dancers . these clients/producers/organisers pay for it so we have to give exactly what they want and by genre or category. Names of dancers are also provided as it is required for insurance purposes. It is that clear.

***Each performance is minimum 3 to 5 or 8mins depending on genre/category or as requested/by genre and this includes entry and exit of stage and with entire new song/medley if so!

*** This is not to confuse with medley of song that is : multiple songs/remixes in one song. This performance album means each picture resembles entire different medley if you want to understand it that way. Only bollywood & new trends has that medley switch of songs while most other genres usually stick to 1 song or 1 remix for the whole dance. New to you ?
