10 shows self hosting (mcee) other than main mcee. straight 8 shows in 1 day itself. 8 shows of min run time 1-1.5hours indoor/outdoor/post pandemic with 35 to 70 students of own. Morning 10am to night 9pm. on post pandemic show, several mcee(s) refused because of pandemic so hetal had to do it and then elites did their specialities that day. we had only 1 mcee that showed up in 1 show as main mcee. 330 total on stage programs hosted self mcee + performed as of 2023 December. Yes it is applicable. Since i performed in each show as well and those are counted as well. 2015 nrutya seva. Nruthyakala Folk Dance Academy. Taught by Hetal Nagaraj Dance and sub practices and all the other work by mansi. Mansi’s internship years with our elites and this was prepared for 2mins work. in this one, Ashna Pethe. It was temple sthapan day and more than 35 students of Hetal Nagaraj Dance participated in this program including deepthi and hetal herself from bharatanatyam Kalasri Institute Of Indian Classical Dances, folk dances Nruthyakala Folk Dance Academy, and bollywood traditional and neo classical Mirchi Dance Academy, Grace Creations Fusion Company. We were scheduled for 2 weekends for 30mins. Fundraising program for temple. Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple. other students and elites (back then pre.elites) – Nirja Setty, Samarth Setty, Setty Siblings, and bani patel as well performed.
5.23 classical workshop for a 501.3.c. Project rolled off due to main host’s emergency and scheduled for later this year. This was after submissions so students used those for various programs. It was for a dance piece on lord rama. We will post the clips. One song. #partfundraiser #hetaljsohim

Choreographers or service providers in performing arts that are not trained in our dance school those individuals that have join us either for trainings or for artist management programs or are gifted artists with willingness to learn to be guided to the path of their own choice. We guide, we don’t babysit. External Applications – Pre.Elites and Elites by Auditions! **Baby sitting is available by package or by %. There is difference of meaning in these 2 words. These are the dancers or artists or professional who join our various teams directly by auditions or various tests (with their backgrounds) and then if they want or as they need then they take other trainings.

52hr workshop. delivered 1 commercial performance for Kalasri Institute Of Indian Classical Dances & Hetal Nagaraj Dance as well for Samarth Setty and Anaya Kochar Bharatanatyam and was supervised/fully rehearsed by Hetal Nagaraj Dance for all the other technical issues only because online class interface had lot of connecitivity issues. Lewisville/Hybrid/Texas. nonetheless, it was sorted by Hetal Nagaraj Dance as local instructor. Samarth Setty and anya were pre.elites back then. You can see her pic or clips everywhere in all our social media.
Ms meena. G2 Dance Factory hiphop, success. Level 1 students performed well. Mina moved too. mina was not offered anyother work at other location.
Weird isn’t it. Krishnaveni putrevu plano/north dallas launch. Successful launch. 12 students in each location. Ms. Putrevu refused to go and we launched Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 first projects from there as those were mixed level dancers.
Hilarious, after few years, ms putrevu rented the exact place (for 5 students) and was shocked to see that i was teaching there. Those students were the ones during her enrollments that joined Nruthyakala Folk Dance Academy, Kalasri Institute Of Indian Classical Dances. I told her, see them, they had signed up for you. Hahahaha. Oh well, they graduated and we do gigs.

G2 Staff, Round 1 – had to let them go due to lack of engagements and early hiring than anticipated.

G2 staff, round 1 was hired early as we had delays in g2(Arlington)’s opening date due to issues that were out of hetalnagaraj’s control/landlords’ prev uncleared permit issues. Since we did not have several specialities (before these amazing instructors were hired or existing projects in those specialities) and due to undecided opening dates of g2, we could not quote on projects date or commencement or delivery for these specialities.

So, we could not utilize them as we had expected(expected date was Jan-Feb 2021 and thus were hired as per timeline anticipated as per talks with premises) and due to delays we had to let them go. Round 1 Supervisor / Manager : Ms. Taylor.

It is surprise to our teams that people asked if Ms. Taylor was a partner. Ms. Taylor was not a partner. Ms. Taylor was hired via jobsite and (and after that) university referrel (that was a surprise in the first interview) and the talks of studio planning had begin in Oct 23, 2019.

In 2020, due to pandemic, realtors were not ready to show the units until Aug 2020 as lockdown was lifted! That is when Ms.Taylor met Hetal Nagaraj Dance first time and for audition with skill sets and the talks of studio were commenced for which as you see, Hetal Nagaraj Dance was already looking for studio with realtors. This chat thread has the history of how the name was decided too! Absence of insured venue for commercial and local educational classes/projects/ lack of engagements or projects/for future/existing projects made it impossible to hold these instructors. These were strictly local to Arlington and vicinity. The contract applicable was upon commencement of project and their own decided hours only. Round 2 was hired by Hetal Nagaraj.

This despite the straight background. 39 years of performing arts, 4th generation success, created 5th generation of independent and successful as well, created several 1st line of successful Elites by genre and category, 27 years of business, 2nd generation of graduates, created my company’s 6 lines of Elites(people like me) by genre and category. exclusive to me. yes, i “teach & supervise” in classes. And only 2 staff people till date terminated. 1 b’coz of criminal activities that got caught and 1 to safe guard the mental health of team members/elites and myself.

Successful Launch of In-house DANCE Elites/Grads By Genre 

In-house Dance/Drama/Theater/Theatre/Programs/Genre Grads/Category Elites of Hetal Nagaraj. Either by program or by genre or category. Most Elites take their independent batches or often sub by their specialities depending on their time/commitment and also based on their experience levels with age groups.

Since most of our in-house projects are custom request, it is requested to follow so all Dancers/Elites become in-house Dance Elites unless these elites take an independent project that they deliver by themselves without any supervision. Although these Elites may take independent batches with skill list or co-instruct as well.

Elite Dancers Gigs are company based and rarely solo performances unless @Reachh Mediaa solo participations. Lauches of these artists related to our own activities.

I made myself an Elite in all genres and categories with full trainings as and when I needed by each skill. 39 years of performing arts, 4th generation success, created 5th generation of independent and successful as well, created several 1st line of successful Elites by genre and category, 27 years of business, 2nd generation of graduates, created my company’s 6 lines of Elites(people like me) by genre and category. exclusive to me. yes, i “teach & supervise” in classes. This is exactly why we love to work/prefer with technique focused people or people with trained background. Delivery of big projects either sponsored(where I pay) or gigs (where we get paid) is very easy and less stressful on everybody as practice time reduces drastically. Some people ask us and wonder why Elites don’t get sick? They do get sick at times just a week before the competition or submission or gig and very bad sick. It is the training of techniques that works like magic as physical work reduces drastically. see, so many wins at times hattrick, programs, gigs + activities(of curriculum competitions and by level). You can do new work too every-time because of conversations of techniques. When in short of time, techniques make a way! It always has made a way. A 12 hour Elites & Pre.Elites Professional Intro Kathak Workshop 2014-2015 by Mansi Chauhan. Professional training for gigs and commercial projects. Tech list by Hetal Nagaraj Dance. Do you know ? We train industry dancers! The 1 min full speed work was used in 2 gigs by Samarth Setty, Setty Siblings, Nirja Setty, Ashna Pethe and Bani Patel for fusion categories – prelaunch programs of G2 Dance Factory, Grace Creations Fusion Company. (and several others attended the workshops).

— Hetal Nagaraj Dance adopts fundraiser for the whole year or entire academic year with series of activities by contract. For those who don’t know, Hetal Nagaraj Dance has worked with Child Rights and You India too during its establishment days during college years. This pic however is of Ms. Deepthi’s solo work for a literature series which was closely supervised by Hetal Nagaraj Dance for Bharatanatyam and creative bharatanatyam series. Soon after, she took several breaks so couldn’t continue with those series. On this day, Oct 10, 2015, several elites that were absolute beginners such as Aahana, Setty Siblings, Nirja Setty, Samarth Setty, bani patel and several others participated in that program on the Oct 10th.

ms.rinku was launched for manipuri kathak in 2019 Anantha Classical Dance & Theater Production Series and because of her unavailability, Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 programs or gigs were not proposed as ms rinku refused to dance w/national international elites and these were all group.
12 to 15 students adults and teens enrolled in kathak and ms.rinku refused to do classes in flowermound and lewisville, despite the % & other contractual agreements.
students then joined our Nruthyakala Folk Dance Academy and Mirchi Dance Academy and graduated to diploma level in 2022. Launch was successful because of full enrollments at 2 centers.
Company stopped encouraging “free introductory/launch” solo or group performances for inhouse choreographers since then as company had to incur advertisement costs for this activity. #YES
Needless to say, i still offer lessons in all my locations;graduates by location.

Company have always advertised to achieve goals and message of the company clear. Some of our best elites were found through advertisements. Word of mouth becomes irrelevant when we have more than 30 activities and more than 8 genres to advertise or speak of.

Hetal Nagaraj Dance own 8 programs of which 3 productions Rang Indian Folk Dance And Theater Productions, Anantha Classical Dance & Theater Production Series, Sarvaa Cinema Dance And Theater Production Series and 5 others were cancelled coz of lockdown. + Dhamaal Events USA’s 3 planned workshops, 2 lec dem were all stalled and 2 gigs that revanta was to participate with @hetalnagaraj and as part of our inhouse teams with Elites for bharatanatyam, kalari fusion and 1 folk w/Nirja Setty, Samarth Setty, Ashna Pethe, Puja Natesan and Aahana was all stalled or cancelled.
