Are you ready Dallas Fortworth for our amazing Pre.Elites Saturday???

We will be announcing pre.elites of Hetal Nagaraj Dance and Grace And Grooves Group of Companies. These are the students of inter-mediate training levels and these in no-specific order. Say hello to our pre.elite audrey martin! From 2018(4.5 years) to 2022-age 10(level 3). Read about ms.audrey.

Ms.audrey is bharatanatyam(4.5years) & hiphop student(2.5 years) who has won 2 curriculum based competitions under Hetal Nagaraj in each. With atleast 1 round. Once a week for genres and from 2021 – more than twice a week.

Audrey is student of @hetalnagaraj for a twice a week program & earned her seat to Grace And Grooves Group of Companies’s gifted program from 2019 itself!

Location: Lewisville, Frisco-west. From online competitions to several commercial projects, audrey is @hetalnagaraj’s students skill by skill level by level with full theory and practical tests as well as commercial programs.

Audrey is trained at substantial level until 3rd set of adavus where audrey started her intenships for younger students at age of 10 because of clarity in preliminary bharatanatyam & has 1 grad by bharatanatyam program too at 1 level. Audreys’s other sub teachers (with curriculam designed by hetalnagaraj and throughout with hetalnagaraj) include:

1. nirja setty a for bharatanatyam practice in 2019 sarva,

2. manojbhai darpana(online pandemic), – intro to kalari workshop.

3. ms.neetu kalakshetra (online pandemic),

4. santosh (online pandemic), 1/2 way through. moved to ms. hetal.

5. mansi (online pandemic), 1/2 way through. moved to ms. hetal

6. online hybrid with ms.hetal and justin-g2 hiphop.

This for all our programs during pandemic & side by side with ms.hetal.

Our gifted students such as audrey usually dance 2-4 hrs by genre(depending on program that these student join) + 1 hr of dedicated company internship in one week regularly!

Training of audrey from June 2018 to June 2022 is as following, with full holidays :

– 40 hrs package drama and musical with full dance summer sessions that includes introduction of kalaripayattu.

⁃ 12 hr folk kerala folk + rehearsals

– 12 hr folk gujarat + rehearsals

⁃ 12 hr thalam upto adavus – online + hybrid

⁃ Once week bollywood class-1 year (52hrs)

-once a week bharatanatyam class 4.5years with full recitation. video coming soon.

⁃ Once week hiphop class 2.5 years (130 hrs hiphop)

⁃ Gifted class bharatanatyam 24 hrs – earned it.

⁃ Gifted class danceathon series during show 24 hrs – earned it.

⁃ 3 hr intro to fashion walk

– 5 hr package work on choreo for a program.

– demonstration by Ms. Audrey for 12 hour workshop – Navarasa and Body Movements in Bharatanatyam followed by performance and online showcase. international workshop students from 4 countries. locally to DFW : Lewisville hybrid, a few pre.elites(adults and kids) carrollton and international students attended this program(mixed age groups 6 to teens).

About our artistic director Hetal Nagaraj in brief : 

  • Hetal Nagaraj was launced as drama artist in 1994 in India. (Academic Year : 93 – 94).
  • She was Estd. independent artist :1999 @age of 19 – first batch. This was right after her full training/internships & successful show contributions under her teachers.
  • In 2004, she moved to the USA and continued her journey with Indian Folk Dances by curriculum and freelance classical dances for youth/college students.
  • She re-launched herself in 2004 – 2005 in USA.
  • By 2010, she started branding her performances under the names: Hetal Nagaraj, Grace And Grooves and finally registered the company in 2012.
  • Since then, the company has shown massive growth even with once-a-week class by genre & program exclusively with 7 locations exclusively under her with over 98% involvement, local to Dallas-Fortworth, Texas, USA. More about hetal’s performing arts trainings.

Overall Growth under the leadership & 99% involvement of Hetal Nagaraj was achieved with 4 hrs each on Saturday & Sunday for teaching. In 2019, she took performing arts activities as a full timer offering classes throughout the week & weekend w/staff  & moved to freelance consultant services in other fields:

  • Hetal specialies in music compositions, re-composititon from broken records, music mixes, adding/removing music/beats, pitch and tempo adjustments, commercial writing, poetry and lyrics engagement in music for industry. She specializes in music with full trainings of music-board and various apps as well.
  • This includes music making without disturbing the ragam and thalam for classical dances, music compositions & recompositions for folk categories and genres, hiphop, contemporary and many more! This work is not the medley work that all dance schools do :). The Difference. All her music re-compositions or compositions fall in category of *no copyrights found* on youtube.

Why our dance school students don’t perform in culture activities that often ?

Because there are so many culture and community shows and the dates of submission of these programs are atleast 1 month prior. Our curriculam classes start by date to date with a year round program with holidays and a full structure by genre, by skill, by age group. The program was designed this way by hetalnagaraj so that she can spend time with her family and still she can deliver the projects as well as all that she loves to do with 100% results and successful delivery!

Students should learn to balance their life and learn all activities along with education and with family just like the way she learned and it makes life! See this : http://www.hetaln.com!

Also, we never had anybody full time till date – HISTORY in that. And so, Hetal takes limited batches by location, genre and because of this automatically it becomes easy for her to focus on curriculam programs than jumping to different culture programs with delivery dates.

And yet, we have programs that are by delivery date that are conducted seperately than regular programs as in packages. We have delivered successfully entertainment programs too! Those run entirely seperate on seperate pace and levels.. Record breaking package classes!

For learners, aligning the date to perform as a rush becomes a tedious job. This is because the bodies are learning skills/mastering muscle memory and in that, how much will you push. Dance cannot be sports because in sports, expressions and poise is something that is not required! In dance, everything is required with emotions as per dance and the moods. Kids find it difficult to smile or express as per dance requirement if kids are going through “rushed training”. This often leads to burn out and the whole delicacy, smooth delivery, poise, expressions, elegence, body toning, conditioning is compromised just to perofrm. In longer run, this results to unhealthy habits to body often leading to injuries and sprains. Students don’t learn to focus on several aspects as in personality itself. Do you know the audiences that we talk about usually “come to see only us” for performances, workshops and so on!

Being a dance school with a structured curriculum and level by level skill sets and by date classes, our routine dance school students performance rarely aligns with local cultural shows submissions or date of performance.

Our submissions are entirely different and are often commercial.

Unlike several dance schools that push on performing to align with dates of performances, our curriculam runs independently with our own in-house shows that are planned as per curriculam completion by date and skills achievement.

***It is very much like your child completing 9 weeks in your school and expected to learn some skills or knowledge in those 9 weeks by each subject/program or genre or category.

This is also the reason why our curriculam supplements to several ISDs and programs in several schools. We have worked with more than 6 ISD-schools and about a dozen institutes/colleges for various programs. This is exclusive to Hetal Nagaraj’s own knowledge as her entire training was year by year, skill by skill at her institutes by each genre, one step at a time or twice a week or thrice a week programs + commercially she has performed by genre and category. Ever applied to hollywood/bollywood : Nope. Here’s why.

So you will rarely see our groups performing in local community or culture shows. And there are so many culture shows. There are several students & elites or pre.elites who may not have performed in any culture shows or these students dance at only our in-house programs.

Obviously, in 12 hours it is expected to see some results for most average beginer level students & so onn at different levels w/age.

This includes our own workshops and several other activities we do. However, Hetal Nagaraj Dance is hired by org/schools/universities/companies/institutions & so onn or parents for their own performances at those community culture programs and those group packages are held seperately w/date of delivery in mind. Occasionally, company releases these pkgs too on request from several intermediate students with goal in mind! These pkgs are by demand only.

And yes, students learn by level, skills , category and genre too. Hetal Nagaraj has a straight/transparent background level by level year by year(avg 52 hrs min). Do you know eversince the page Grace And Grooves Group of Companies was created, all the rights of social media and company’s digital media presence that you all see today “do not” belong to Hetal Joshi M, Hetal Nagaraj Dance or Grace and Grooves LLC. Hetal Joshi M completes fabulous 26 years in business & infrastructure as well as industrial experience this July.

It was Hetal Nagaraj Dance, Hetal Joshi M‘s idea that this was seperated in 2012 itself before the first page was ever created with a registered brand under a different ownership other than Hetal Nagaraj Dance, Hetal Joshi M or Grace and Grooves LLC. Hetal Nagaraj Dance, Hetal Joshi M is e-commerce specialist with digital compliance as one of the speciality. Our social media and sites were (back then) used for bulk ordering of costumes with international suppliers’ login and thus, it was made independent! This includes websites and plug-ins. The entire digital management is owned by an entirely different legal entity assigned by Hetal Joshi M without Hetal Nagaraj Dance, Hetal Joshi M or Grace And Grooves LLC own name in it. This means, the digital rights of all the digital assets(including the database) that you see are entirely independent. That is why, several news are shared other than just Hetal Nagaraj Dance, Grace And Grooves Group of Companies on our several blogs as well that boosts the morals of performing arts enthursiasts, research students and that includes Hetal Nagaraj Dance’s own teachers’ publishing rights.

The company Grace And Grooves LLC or Hetal Joshi do not own any rights on any of the data – on paper. Without Hetal Joshi M‘s word (not signature – just word) to that entity, Grace And Grooves Group of Companies digital rights are exclusive to digital management company irrespective of anything that company or Hetal Nagaraj Dance goes through. All the clauses clearly mentions that the moment Hetal Nagaraj Dance, Hetal Joshi M’s ownership is changed or company gets into any issues, the Grace And Grooves Group of Companies is different entity itself (from grace and grooves LLC) protecting the rights of all the artists’ work, clients & database where the rights remain to it’s digital assets owners, group and yet independent to LLC. This also means, as soon as the artist leaves Hetal Nagaraj, Hetal Nagaraj or Hetal Joshi or Grace And Grooves LLC or Grace And Grooves Group is not liable for their actions whatsoever anywhere and the artist work is an exclusive copyright of the group company during their training that can be used in social media or digital platforms and not in the LLC name as these were paid for!

And company can run the business under grace and grooves group itself without grace and groooves LLC’s own existence :). Thus the website http://www.graceandgrooves.com = Grace and Grooves Group.

This was to create a digital infrastructure for the company to monetize it and yet keep it independent to company’s own existence as legal entity or brand without Hetal Joshi M or Grace and Grooves LLC name on it. To proceed with this in 2014-2015, digital media management activities was also commenced in the company activities as a major activity with a dedicated staff assigned to just upload/updates under Ms. Jinal Shah, Mr. Digvijay and prior to that, Ms. Jaimini(former Seo manager) with a word from Hetal Nagaraj.

Other than these individuals, nobody was or is allowed to do so.

It is fully protected by intellectual property law as well and for the future of Elites as well as our collaborations that trust us with their international or local publications or the ones that we create at Grace And Grooves Group of Companies (and not at Grace And Grooves LLC) by each clause and that includes each content or word.

Digital uploads have an average visibility of more than 8 to 10million views today with just mainstream basic uploads and thus we attract mainstream activities, shoots and projects.

Very soon, we will enter the digital/secondary media such as channels or reels as well for which plans were/are made by Digivijay under Hetal Joshi M to avoid using classroom students. For those who don’t know Dj has more than 1.5million followers in several media(s) of his own and thus handles it well as per his time frame. Each post of Hetal Nagaraj has about 500K visibility, while some at 3million roughly. You don’t need likes to get the word out!
