Why so many workshops ?

Some are booked by org,

some by companies,

some by texas registered educational colleges/universities/entertainment/groups

some by private groups with goals in mind.

why so many workshop or hourly programs ? because sometimes people approach with their own groups.

So a certain time is allocated just for them. simple as that!

Since we are skill based technique focused dance training center, all are welcomed as long as we follow the schedule. These workshops can be conducted at our locations or at your own locations.

Some on-going class-batches coincide to our existing syllabus and request from these groups. while some may not! If they do coincide to our existing syllabus then students do take those classes that are on-going in the dance curriculam. It is very much like credit system. Sometimes it is viz a versa if some students have to take certain skills then if groups are okay then these students join them for few lessons or until the skill is mastered. It depends.

We are a dance school and a training center with more than 50 specialities just under me/hetalnagaraj. My/our focus is not on culture shows and yet we have results as we follow benchmark every 9 to 12 weeks of proper learning of each technique by genre. We do have some batches that might get ready for culture shows as well and we always encourage but we don’t push for kids to perform. My stage shows are known for providing a perfect platform as compared to culture groups for several aspects as compared to several dance teachers because of the way we do it, with certain goals in mind.

This is due to my own specialities with full transparency and traceability unlike several teachers who do it only because they did not have other things to do or something like that. Some like me start their journey directly being introduced to performing arts with contracts/MOU and so we follow the similar path.

It is safe for everybody to abide by contracts/MOU. This is one of the reason i don’t collaborate with anybody OR I don’t claim to work with anybody without paperwork or legit contract. I don’t allow to work for me without MOU. If you can’t sign the paper that clarifies your precise engagements with me then we can’t have you. Period!

This has been my mojo from the time i entered this field in 1993-1994 as this is exactly how i was introduced to this field. History.

I never claim to work with anybody without any paperwork/invoice or any letter of invite/sponsorships/and so onn. If you don’t have a way to show it then it did not happen. If you have to hide it from somebody or public then it is not worth showing or is not legit which is sort of questionable. Life should be open as a clean book. Good or bad. It is what it is. You could go LIVE with some creative dance or skill as well and it could be not be the genre or category! period.

My name was openly publicize too during all my job/work assingments and so we too publicize our staff list openly. It is in the best interest of everybody as everybody in this team under me works hard through trainings or through their own achievements. By mistake, i don’t want anybody to take other Elite’s work or any staff work too. It is what it is.

We are training center with multiple specialities and several commercial activities and so we cannot afford to have anybody take advantage of anything or specifically, anybody!

Something about me and Hhow I balance my life – How i balance my life is none of anybody’s business and that includes how i run my projects under hetaln.com. some of my staff works in 2nd and 3rd generations and that tells anybody how I handle it. My family doesn’t eat outside food for more than 2-3 days and i have my own intact-social circle without showcasing it and you will see my pictures everywhere because that too is open. My family is happy with the way we live, i am role model of being one of the most influential person in my family and it is always, go ask hetal aunty she knows it better! go figure out why. my younger generations take my advices because of my successes, my inlaws are happy with me, my husband is happiest guy on earth and so am i. i am spoiled with so much love that you can only dream of being loved so much.

Why would people in my family/friends love me so much. They don’t do it to show anybody. Who is anybody to question how I should balance at any given point of time. Who are you to me that I will change anything for you in my personal life! Your break is not my break. Your capacity is not my capacity. Some people like me are used to living a high activity/capacity life because of life goals and we are trained like that. Having worked with 2-3 generations, we know what other people’s capacity is. We don’t starve, we don’t over work, we work exactly what we can, we don’t exhaust, we don’t shout/yell, we say no means no, we say yes means yes, we don’t compromise on our living for anything then who is anybody to judge anything i do.

dare to live this high quality life with such a wonderful habits in life that builds the life of people? Here’s one of my bucket list. Just one of them. Go figure how I live.

You do what’s in your capacity and that includes multiple specialities if you can do as I do with full transparency and traceability. if you love dance so much, why don’t do it beautifully as I do and why there is no value as there is value of mine ? is that how you treat something that you love so much! Exactly a reason why i don’t collab just like that.

My each class has that value and result and it has value for $$. 3500 students instructed till date, more than 150 graduates in DFW itself.
