G2 Staff, Round 1 – had to let them go due to lack of engagements and early hiring than anticipated.

G2 staff, round 1 was hired early as we had delays in g2(Arlington)’s opening date due to issues that were out of hetalnagaraj’s control/landlords’ prev uncleared permit issues. Since we did not have several specialities (before these amazing instructors were hired or existing projects in those specialities) and due to undecided opening dates of g2, we could not quote on projects date or commencement or delivery for these specialities.

So, we could not utilize them as we had expected(expected date was Jan-Feb 2021 and thus were hired as per timeline anticipated as per talks with premises) and due to delays we had to let them go. Round 1 Supervisor / Manager : Ms. Taylor.

It is surprise to our teams that people asked if Ms. Taylor was a partner. Ms. Taylor was not a partner. Ms. Taylor was hired via jobsite and (and after that) university referrel (that was a surprise in the first interview) and the talks of studio planning had begin in Oct 23, 2019.

In 2020, due to pandemic, realtors were not ready to show the units until Aug 2020 as lockdown was lifted! That is when Ms.Taylor met Hetal Nagaraj Dance first time and for audition with skill sets and the talks of studio were commenced for which as you see, Hetal Nagaraj Dance was already looking for studio with realtors. This chat thread has the history of how the name was decided too! Absence of insured venue for commercial and local educational classes/projects/ lack of engagements or projects/for future/existing projects made it impossible to hold these instructors. These were strictly local to Arlington and vicinity. The contract applicable was upon commencement of project and their own decided hours only. Round 2 was hired by Hetal Nagaraj.
