I made myself an Elite in all genres and categories with full trainings as and when I needed by each skill. This despite the straight background. 39 years of performing arts, 4th generation success, created 5th generation of independent and successful as well, created several 1st line of successful Elites by genre and category, 27 years of business, 2nd generation of graduates, created my company’s 6 lines of Elites(people like me) by genre and category. exclusive to me. yes, i “teach & supervise” in classes. And only 2 staff people till date terminated. 1 b’coz of criminal activities that got caught and 1 to safe guard the mental health of team members/elites and myself.
What does that tell you about me. I will take that as success.
