- Rachita Umesh(Feb 2020 to May 2020) : Freelance short-term batches, on-board trial period & Background check – cancelled as the batches rolled off due to low enrollments.
- 2020 : one of our online instructor that was local to dfw and washington/virginia. legal status-student. we did abt 4 hours of classes and then all our classes were in-person and rachita had to move to india. once a while she chimes in to say hello. sweet kid!
- launch was overall successful as after the launch, she offered online classes *on her own in dfw and with her own brand from India*.
- since we had stopped online classes or our online classes were only for in-house students for existing students. once a while when a full time position for some job is open, rachita applies often if remote is possibility from india or from anywhere if she is on project. sweet kid!
- for most of our work, we prefer local USA candidates with full legal status because of time zone and client follow-up, protocols or atleast those who stay in US for more than 6 months because of their existing travel jobs. Those who are not on legal status usually start their journey as volunteer programs at Texas All Star Talents. ***Fun facts: Rachita told Hetal Nagaraj Dance about her first launch of online brand w/first flyer that she designed. The picture on her first flyer was selected by Hetal Nagaraj Dance. Rachita invited Hetal Nagaraj Dance in her first online show as well. how sweet! #neverasourgrape
