- Martial Arts + replacing to train for Ms Taylor Hayes responsibilities.
- Vinish was given opportunity to showcase his talent as the part of Elites G1 Teams w/entire team at Bhoomi Trivedi show. Oct9, 22 and performed successfully and people absolutely loved it.
- Grace And Grooves & Ms Hetal Nagaraj thanks Ms. Vinish for pre & post inventory distribution to all of our 40 dancers such as more than 100 costumes + props + other accessories for phase 1/segment 1 and phase 2/segment 2 during Bhoomi Trivedi show! Showcase of excellent team work.
- successfully delivered back stage responsibility of choreographer/elite as a responsible adult with minor and that includes show instruction and back stage coordination with parents while Ms. Hetal and other teams were performing on stage.
- All of above, a fully paid assignment that all our choreographers do!
- Before the batches were assigned, mr. vinish had a family-emergency for his dad in emergency health issue. In November 2022, he left for India to help out his mom.
- On Feb 22, 2023, he decided not to come back to USA, being only son and family responsibility of his dad’s business.
- And thus the resignation was accepted with due regards!
