Requirements –
**Must submit by genre to identify performance – List is Available Here for you to identify where you want to apply for.
**Absolutely required 2 to 5 mins of video with name of artist, dance company. Videos must be submitted in real names only. Psedoname will be in waiver forms.
**Age categories – Kids 5 to 13, 13+, 21+ | Participants age in the video or email required
**Legal Residents Only. Govt issued id/Driving License is Absolutely Required without which there will not be any talks of anything.
**Brand name or Company name is needed to use some name as Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International does not endorse nameless brands or does not prefer to hide those. If none then the artist name is required.
**Psedonames are welcomed for artists and for which Govt issued Id/Driving License is required along with psedoname paperwork & a picture as well.
**Budget for all sponsored or activities where upfront fees are required – please mention your investment amount on an average with Ms. Hetal’s partnerships as collaborative vendor applications.
**Vendor names will be listed with a label of psedoname, picture, and a contract. There will be a seperate blog post for our Vendor Companies.
**ALL submissions must be directed to info@graceandgrooves.com | Please let Ms. Hetal know that you have send email on 972 979 2559 as the emails may get filtered in spam because of links and videos.
**ALL emails must contain all of this information such as name of artist, company name, psedoname if any can be discussed after the submission, and legal residents only.
**Videos must be submitted in real names. Psedoname will be in waiver forms.
**Fees or Payouts as and when applicable. 1099 mostly & paypal if amount it too low to generate 1099. Most of the time, we follow Net 30.
**Contracts & Waivers are required to be signed for every or any assignment by each participants collectively. Format of these announcements will be publicly published either prior or after the program as per my contract with various organizers or companies.
**Insurance Waivers are required without which, any participants will not be allowed. Babysitting is not available.
