Compliance & Requirements

• 4 page – IT tutorial required to be completed within 2months of hiring. ALL volunteers are required to follow directions exactly as mentioned depending on modules assigned.
• Compliance training of basic code of conduct required to be completed within 2 months of engagement
• At all times, must follow directions in any institutional facilities.
• A government-issued ID with legal residency or valid visa is required at all times. No grace period for out-of-status individuals. Must regularly inform company of your legal residency status / or visa application. Work permit is absolutely required as per contract by the nature of activities.
• Parents, Students, Handbook – Must Follow
• Appropriate, casuals, formal classy clothing as requested is absolutely required.

• Must respect your supervisors and bosses. Get the clarity of any task provided. Your age does not define your experience, knowledge, education or expertise.

• Accountability is absolutely required for all the task assigned. Every task is for every individual;mind your business is the most important one.
• Do not take credit or tasks assigned to others unless permitted due to their specialty or internship. Respect paid gigs. All activities are tracked via iCloud. Delays may occur due to volume, but everything is fully traceable.
• Seek permission before starting any activity and do not bring family without approval. Ms. Hetal is not responsible for them. If you do bring your family, have them seated at one place. We do not entertain their engagement in any activities.
• We do not have overtime. Your task has a timeline decided by you, complete it within that timeframe.
• Some drug test, alcohol test or smoking tests may be required in certain facilities.
• Must sign all waivers & contracts of the company and as required of the clients.
