***Clarification of Vendor Programs***

i don’t give any feedbacks in Vendors of Grace And Grooves by Hetal Nagaraj Programs.

It is not my business or my job to correct them for anything. Its not my job to judge them either. It matches my gig, i ask them. Simple.

i don’t care. they get their money. i get my work done & i get my money. matter over. Not a word. #YES

Deliberately i won’t. i am not available to pay people & give them feedback. It’s not free to do those corrections. People come to me for those correction classes and mentor classes separately. Most often, those are incompany programs or Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj.

Vendors program is one time work by each project/gig or at a time 2-3 of them back to back, seeding. It is independent work.

My only concerns on these are safety, legal residency or visa permit to do conduct those activities. That’s all. Not an inch of care. If they fraud me for their visa status, i will be the first one to report. It is as simple as that.

People should be thankful that as an artist, i atleast give credits, pics or videos, this openly. Others do not give those either. #daretosaythankyou

I give credits so that other people cannot claim it. be it good or bad, I do not want others credit. I do not even use their videos for anything that i care to. They are not the part of my company for anything. Once the gig is over, it is over.

Their former affiliations with me or anybody or me calling them is 100% irrelevant or based on previous experiences either with them or their parents or their students any workshops or activities or programs with me.

It is that independent.

Deliberately to keep it entirely seperate from company so that people, by mistake, cannot confuse my company or any of work for anything and they can keep that as theirs but that won’t make me lie about them or anybody in my company.

Other people asked that call us too so i came up with this idea. #Exactly

I don’t care if they show me their class about the gig or credit to me that it was my invite to them.

They can put my name if they wish to as a producer or director. That does not make me their choreographer or anything at all.

i can request some steps to be removed because of some audiences. That’s all. It’s called Choreography Edits. I provide costumes if they need.

I have a billion traffic (aggregate) and i have achieved every single goal in every field at its highest peak independently.

I do not care at all what vendors do. #Exactly

People are called based on their social media link submissions(i dont care how many followers you have) or their dropbox submission clips. I do not confuse, misunderstand or force them any specialities for any gig.

I ask 10 times before i get a confirmation from them if they can do it. Sometimes people give me answers that “hetal, i need lot of practice for this one & i cant do it now” so then they refuse for the selected work. Which is ok too, i just need to know!

The invites are open publicly.

Genres are specifically mentioned accordingly as requested or delivered. Once they step out of premises of that exact gig, I do not care what they do or who they are with!

they must not loiter or linger around premises b’coz then that’s security issue. I need to make sure they drive out.

I am present at all times.

I perform or do workshops if i have to and usually solo(never with others groups).

It’s 100% independent of my work, company’s grads, elites or my work of mentorship too.

It is never on % as i have to deduct some upfront costs which are fixed, its direct taxcut for me (or its 1099 or W2) & rates of gigs usually vary drastically.

So i cannot do %.

It is what it is. Take it or leave it. I don’t care!
