Like mentioned on website, some programs are never stand alone programs.

One of those is mixed martial arts or kalaripayattu, others are couple classes, private function packages wherein they come up with their own song to dance on and take seperate classes too, and our adults groups classes are mostly our own parents. Couples are private packages.

Those types are by packages, progressive workshops by each level, and if those are not private groups then through Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj only, the students of kalari or mixed martial arts are required to take one other genre such as bharatanatyam, bollywood/cinema, drama/stagecraft, folk or simply hiphop.

The grads you all see is of these programs as well or are our own parents for their own functions who formed their own groups.

The only one we have is mommy and me program as a mother daughter class. It is one of my most successful program too!

Because it is only me, i am cautious to high intensity genres, esp the ones that are high intensity from day 1.

I love my kalari combo students. My kalari students too made me proud. I am so happy to see their dances. First ones unbeatable and got international awards in various competitions too in entire USA, Canada, London by 2019 itself.

I showcased Aahana, Samarth Setty for my own jhansi & warrier/combat series dances in kalaripayattu and contemporary subjects in 2020 just before lockdown for various competitions and I had teen contemporary fusion series on subjects of mental health which i had just completed for the show (that was cancelled for Revanta Sarabhai‘s show).

Aahana won that one in several local, regional and inter state competitions as well – online.

My 8 other shows and productions were cancelled because of entire year of lockdown.

2020 during lockdown, the teams from Darpana Academy of Performing Arts such as Revanta Sarabhai, Manojbhai & few other artists from mumbai (my own friends from other institutes in industry) could not come (to DFW or anywhere) to my programs and activities or their own USA tour and so I initiated progressive workshops.

Technically you can say, all my institutes of my own trainings and my own teachers/gurus were lined up that year, every other month for some or other activity.

This was only because i had my own students in certain levels, and all students had nothing to do anyway because of lockdown and so i announced classes with Manojbhai via my own Dhamaal Events USA By Hetal Nagaraj; and had them enrolled for next level in their kalari program.

Those were exclusive my own students and under my own directives, manojbhai took their classes as a progression to next level and only i knew what was next on their curriculam. They took about 10+2 hours of workshop with manojbhai. 2 hours of practice class.

Revanta Sarabhai refused to take online activities.

Since all of them are my own students from scratch from day 1, in 2019-2020-2021, I had Samarth Setty and Aahana in their internship years of institutional practicals which led to their internships in my other junior kalari batches post pandemic 40 hour workshops on Kalari & Combo Classes.

All graduated in 2021-2022-2023 with several awards at certain levels and that makes Aahana and Samarth Setty the only ones who graduated to high levels/advance (jumps, combat, demonstrations).

A few of my students travelled to India (often from 2016) as well during their holidays prior and post pandemic and performed there as well which brought me other awards and other PR firms from India contacted me for news .

that’s when media knew about me!

I have chau level 2 graduates too, exclusively my own before lockdown 2020 itself. That’s how I was able to submit for their competitions as i had their videos of performances or rehearsals ready. That’s how post pandemic in 2021, i had not 1 but 8 productions in 1 day from morning 10am to night 8pm and parallel productions outdoors.

The only pending activity for my 2019 students was their costume shoot (during lockdown) and so that was to be done. So i personally arranged their productions outdoors in batch of 4-6 for Rang Indian Folk Dance And Theater Productions, Anantha Classical Dance & Theater Production Series, Sarvaa Cinema Dance And Theater Production Series.

There was a limitation of 4-6 in 6 feet distance

Mixed martial arts and kalari was thus made a compulsory inclusion in combo classes from 2014 itself as my “shiva tandava series” where in several girls too attended the program from frisco, plano and irving. Aahana was in that batch as well and was in first batch of Grace Creations Fusion Company By Hetal Nagaraj. At that time, Aahana was elementary ballet dancer at age of 4years.

Grace Creations Fusion Company By Hetal Nagaraj attracted lot of such desi parents whose kids were into tap, jazz, ballet and hiphop!

2016 Dance of Gods was Aahana‘s first inhouse production recital program with me. Although her group performances dates back to 2013-2014 in temples, various other cultural organizations and Indianite for her batch in Frisco FM423/Stonebrair, exclusively with me. It was first for several 2nd line of Elites as well.

My Shiva Tandava series had ended in 2019 itself with creatives of “Bho Shamboo” in Anantha Classical Dance & Theater Production Series.

My own son was getting bored of girly type dances and stereo type of bharatnatyam expressions that are too girly so this brought him fun. So i included it and boys had so much fun.

They enjoyed that more than just basic bollywood.

By then, classes of Mirchi Dance Academy By Hetal Nagaraj, Nruthyakala Folk Dance Academy By Hetal Nagaraj, and Kalasri Institute Of Indian Classical Dances By Hetal Nagaraj were stable and successful 1st line of Elites (exclusively under me) as well just under my name prior to my acquisition.

My son is one of them in that 2014 batch. Then i saw that there is this whole category of boys and girls who do not like one of those basic bollywood as much as they find it too girl types.

That’s how i attracted lots of bollywood students who wanted to do these innovative by technique dances . As matter of fact, hook up step is not bollywood but people do it as part of bollywood. Simple example! #YES

You can see my first batch of kalari introduction students as young as 4 to 8 years in my own solo production wherein my exclusive students performed 2016 “Dance of Gods – Adi Shakti Series” with tiny swords. It was my solo fundraisers and ofcourse, i had invited solo artist as i usually do to perform and i had booths as it was a fundraiser for CRY America Inc. and shopping spree event.

In that fundraiser of 2016, Nirja Setty, Ashna Pethe became Elites along with Mansi, Deepthi, Sindhu and few others for Bollywood as well other than hiphop, mixed martial arts, folk and modeling that they pursued throughout the years until 2024. #YES

I had sponsors too of various level and my first official fashion show under company name, for a local and international bridal boutique. I also had raffles and several IT course sponsors other than my own, that year, as my own launch of Sarva Information Systems and its affiliates training programs. #YES

2014 batch was combo of mixed martial arts (kalari as one of them) and Bollywood, pic as below.

It was after that & around that time that hiphop was introduced in combo classes. Boys then moved to hiphop and some to kalari. Some continued in Bollywood.

Aayan, Audrey line of Pre.Elites and all were much much later in 2018-2019 at age of 4-5 years at Lewisville, Texas for Year Round Activities in Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj and that includes all summer workshops as well because their parents are full time working parents so not much travels.

Among the only ones as in Elites who never took break of 1 season for anything. Just basic holidays that we announce. Thus, completed their grads in their respective programs(except Bharatanatyam) before age of 12!

It surprised me too, that they completed that early but then i looked at their attendence! Not one class missed and not one workshop ever missed, none!

You can see them as well in all my promos just as you can see Nirja Setty, Samarth Setty, Setty Siblings, Aahana, Ashna Pethe and several others. Some of my workshops in summer are thrice a week and 4 times a week min 3-4hours as well. They have attended all of those. #thatshowitsdone

My all productions are my own . As a part of invitees, i often call 1 artist to perform – usually the one that’s new in city.

And then, whoever is new choreographer, if any or one of my own grads who can take some lessons (in that year) is often called to perform something in their speciality as introduction to my students so that if they were to take classes, parents would know them.

I also have Texas All Star Talents By Hetal Nagaraj invitees that i call during my recitals and productions depends on speciality or program! These individuals usually have to pay just like any other shows.

I also call potentially interested candidates of Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj to showcase their trained specialities to categorize them in levels of Pre.Elites and Elites for submissions.

Check blog entry – Dance of Gods, Adi Shakti. It has more details. Most Elites start very early in life with me most at age of 4 or 5. Some accelerate faster too such as Ashna Pethe as they come to multiple locations as and when they are free.

That’s how they become Elites that early as young as 10, 12, 13 in multiple genres, level by level and then the rest of years are bonus years of gigs and fun activities such as commercials and modeling and all the other paths towards education usage since i run non dance programs too for Texas All Star Talents By Hetal Nagaraj.

Ms. Hetal never had partners or financiers for anything!

All folk indian, unless otherwise mentioned as other folk.

1. Bollywood Program idea was Ms. Hetal’s first admin intern – Ms. Swati – Irving / Srinija’s mother. Thus bollywood registration were initiated in 2010-2013 during the establishment of company which attracted Mirchi Dance Academy’s owner;Ms. Hetal senior too.
   • She took registrations without confirming with Ms. Hetal and ofcourse, had that power to do so for Ms. Hetal.
   • Dare to earn this power from Ms. Hetal.
2. Tollywood program idea was by Ms. Hetal’s own Aahana who wanted a seperate batch of Telugu Dances and the first was Allu Arjun series which attracted several awards in bollyhop for 5 to 8 years and up.
3. Grace Creations Fusion Company was because of Ms. Hetal’s own kids in tap, jazz, ballet, hiphop, gymnastics and Ms. Hetal’s own kids birth-date friends who wanted to use it to do fusions other than desi fusions (which they got bored of because everybody was into ordinary fusions of desi types). None of them were in any indian dance programs for anything! It was never about indian fusions. It was just bollywood and all these.
   • Indian Fusions however continued as we had deepthi, mansi and all.
   • Inevitable that one cannot do those indian fusions being an indian.
   • It’s been there from 70s-80s. Nothing new about those but yeah, advance dancer do those, for fun of it.
4. Progressive workshops existed before company’s establishment itself and via Ms. hetal only. As Ms. Hetal was part time and did mostly workshops and season classes.
5. Grace And Grooves first logo and a comprehensive advertisement material was made by american digital media company, referrel through christian missionary in Highland Village, Texas. Business located in Southlake, Texas.
6. Grace Creations first logo initiatives was make of a pakistani artist in Pakistan through fiverr referrel.
7. Kalari, Mixed Martial Arts were added because Ms. Hetal own son wanted some masculine demonstrations other than just same old bollywood.
   • Ms. Hetal did show him around and did not like anybody. Ms. Hetal is trained in combat and Kalari.
   • He later did enjoy dhoom series under Ms. Hetal, mansi’s work, santhosh’s choreo, bhangra and all the other dances. Graduated internationally and some of the most beautiful series in his list of performances, awards & several nominations.
8. Prior to 2000, Production labels and Grace And Grooves Group logo was made by Mumbai artist in DFW, Texas. (name – Am*** Dha***)
9. Advertisement materials in certain formats and pixel sizes were designed for the new logo and production labels by college student, UTD, DFW, Texas, in an emergency to submit for some publication.
10. 2025 – The current logo, social media entire infra, is made by Ms. Hetal herself.
11. Regular Flyers are made by media company in Mumbai, India from 2015.
12. Hiphop was started in Irving by Ms. Hetal’s kids’ own classmates as their kids were of same age and trusted Ms. Hetal.
    • Mexicans, half desis and italians – Mustang Recreation Center, Irving.
    • All graduated.
13. Grace And Grooves first marketing package was by american media company in Addison, Texas and that includes name cards and brochures.
    • Company is made by american blonde mom who had lost her job because of family planning.
14. First catalog of wholesale http://www.graceandgrooves.com was made by Delhi artist, India who himself runs a wholesale company.
15. Grace And Grooves retail was idea of own Elites parents for their groups (when proposed for shows as Ms. Hetal allows them to bring their friends and families to create their groups under Ms. Hetal and Ms Hetal instructs them other than regular programs) for buying or renting costumes from company at an economical rate so that they can support company as well.
    • Elites proudly posed for its launch as well in 2016-2017-2018-2019 as Ms. Hetal received sponsors.
    • Elites had these as among their first payouts.
    • Ashna’s mom has been constant push on Ms. Hetal to launch her fashion brand. #haha
    • Ms. Hetal told her to wait as Ms. Hetal needed her own website to any of that. Website http://www.hetaln.com was initiated in 2017.
    • This attracted other costume companies.

16. Grace And Grooves biggest gig was at Church (dance+food gig) and each payout of 4000$.
17. Grace And Grooves first leadership was at DFW Hindu Temple for 30 people’s fashion show where Ms. Hetal donated costumes and several dance work hours for youth programs. The first!
18. Grace And Grooves most attractive awards in Indian folk fusion was the preparation of a religious place temple ceremony through Karya Siddhu Hanuman Temple on their own composition “Yamuna that par” composed by their own guru.
    • This attracted several temples, spiritual societies and we had hattrick wins in each indian folk or cultural competitions.
    • Till date, its the most loved composition and asked by several producers.

    • but then back then, we did not have students who could come for more than 1-2 hour and students were too naive to showcase much.
    • Mothers instead decided to stick to productions, recitals and shows as it was discussed and voted in parents so that they can use it for educational purposes.
    • reels cannot be used and thus was problem!
    • So the plan was on hold for reels and Ms. Hetal will think of better ways to do that.

80. During g2, company had grown to more than 50+ gears/gadgets for some or other activities and several spouses were ready to collaborate for several services within g2 and under Ms. Hetal directly.
    • So Ms. Hetal asked Marchawn to create company’s automated stock register(online system) and gear log sheet, along with re-organization of commercial database so that our crews can use company’s gears and gadgets (without followup with eachother )or via direct permission based on calendar, as easy access to taking gigs directly for company.
    • G2 was that passive for Ms. Hetal.
81. Renewal sheets and such other logs were first made by Ms. Taylor under Ms. hetal’s directives to keep track of renewals and all the subscriptions as G2 was Ms. Hetal’s passive and Ms. Taylor was to run it. Ms. Taylor was hired by Ms. Hetal. Check this.
82. Fundraisers, Competitions, News, PR are own school, college life that Ms. Hetal continued till date.
83. Company logins within laptops were made by Nagaraj, Ms. Hetal’s husband – on an idea by Mansi as Mansi would use main desktop for company’s activities. This was because parents too used that desktop/laptop for various signups and it was creating confusions with Mansi’s work being deleted by some or other parent accidently as most folder names would be similar for submissions.
    • Since we did not have that many, at that time, Ms. Hetal did not feel the need of it though.
84. G2 website first content was made by Ms. Taylor which was then redirected by Ms. Hetal. Site was published and made by Ms. Prushti.

Company’s first external service provider for video and photography was Bombay Photography/Aftab as company had began that year Reachh Mediaa Programs and needed additional head shot photographers & videographers. This was in 2013-2014 academic year just before 2015-2016, 1st official recital – Dance of Gods.
86. Ms. Hetal own external service provider for head shots & modeling gigs for various submission was Stephen Powell – 2014-2015-2016. His pictures are admired till date!
    • Surprisingly, his camera was a decade old.
    • The famous pink sari picture and the website picture that every media chooses. #YES
87. All or most websites are custom made by Ms. Prushti, Lu Nguyen, Ms. Anitha under the directives of Ms. Hetal.
88. G2 logo as in multiple options that may match the brand was made by Ms. Taylor after approvals from Ms Hetal and that includes bunch of names for G2.
89. Grace And Grooves name was sudden announcement in 2010-2011 (out of blue) when suddenly Ms. Hetal was asked about company details and Ms. Hetal did not know what to say. The name was never planned either.
    • Company was registered right after because they needed Ein number for the next round as it was heading to publication and such other monetary gains.
    • It was other way round.
90. Dhamaal Events USA was Ms. hetal own collab that she bought the whole share of.
    • ALL artists below this program were/are offered company’s aka Ms. Hetal’s own students and advertisements as per contracts based on either booking fees or %.
    • It was always the other way round. Ms. Hetal never advertises anybody for anything.
91. Ms. Hetal own bio was not complete until 2018. It was when Jinal took over the content management under the directives of Ms. Hetal and Ms. Hetal got it nicely penned everything as Ms. Hetal needed it for PR submission wherein specific details were required.
    • based on our database and timeline was thus created.
    • Until then, Ms. Hetal bio was basic without years and without teachers’ name too 🙂 and without much details !
92. Private Packages were Ms. Hetal own ideas because we could not combine external temporary students like that in existing annual year batches that do productions and recitals.
93. It was Ms. Deepthi that was first offered administrative (non parent) 40 hour work visa because of her stable delivery of work assigned which added value to database of company’s Texas All Star Program.
    • The one who initiated administrative non dance programs as she was on her way to family and could not commit much!
    • Prior to that, Ms. Hetal had Ms. Swati but Ms. Swati was 2-3 days, a week for 4 hours only (and was mostly in back office under parents’ program).
94. In 2021, Company went through induced fraud by property management company as well. Grace And Grooves and ms. Hetal lost millions of $ of commercial projects for which ms. hetal had worked for months to get them.
    • G2 was delayed because of property management company’s negligence on permits of building itself (not own suite permits).
    • There was no accountability by the company.
    • None of which was communicated. External biggest fraud to company.
95. 2022 – Highest and biggest in person fraud to company, monetary theft, NJHS project delays, jammed systems and online infrastructure deliberately, refused to follow company work & refused to take compliance trainings, pissed off clients, highest refunds, mad customers, wasted everybody’s time and efforts, failed projects that Ms. Hetal had to redo all the projects just to keep the funds intact, tried to claim to do marchawn’s and taylor work and got caught, created confusions and mess, blunders;turned out she deliberately did that. – S****** K****.
96. 2022 – Somebody tried to use our online systems and steal money via zelle and Ms. hetal saved company through recorded conversations. Company’s policies saved company for any obligations. This led to parents portal freeze & online payment freeze for a month.
    • Somehow the above fraud individual S***** knew about Ms. Hetal’s attedance to 972 979 2559.
97. Company runs on Ms. Hetal exclusively and if today company exists is because of Ms. Hetal. Because S***** would have ruined Elites and their families. Ms. Hetal’s transparency and IT security saved everybody!
98. By 2024 September, Company crossed 1 petabyte and few other terabytes extending reaches to higher technological advances in icloud, external storage systems and parental security.
    • Ms. Hetal had to clear all the mess caused by fraud in company which took more than 2 years.
    • First 4-5 months went by just to trace all the activities, fees, money transactions and trace the whereabouts of all mess that was deliberately done (one account is not recovered till date).
    • From 2024-2025 – right after the systems were up and running, in 2025, Ms. Hetal had to upgrade it all with Ai automations reinforcing security so that those issues do not occur.

An average, she sits for 4 hours per month per candiate just to get this top of head so that Ms. Hetal can utilize your skills. It is skill to do that. It’s learned through practical internships just as Ms. Hetal learned through own internships. #YES

This specifically as some of our instructors refused to take certain projects. Ms. Hetal took them as well. These were most of time focused to dance competition, cultural ethnicities and fusion of seculiarism.

My first business partnership – In India – was with an indian (a mentor of mine, still in my network & a very good friend), my first marketing manager was a russian (who is like my family now), and my business plan manager was german.(NOW my family friend) City-Ahmedabad, Gujarat/India. They were also my classmates. thats why ms hetal never started new batch in irving after 2016 after deepthi and sindhu’s semi and other such batches as per grads.

they were only available to dance that too less than 25% engagement because they were on path of “family” pregnancies and kids etc. #YES

ms hetal did only bollywood there as we had mommy n me programs there and that was going onn for very long time. ms deepthi was never available to teach either. just 2 years she took one moms batch. thats all. it is difficult to commit to teach and we understand that.

but then after that you cannot claim that ms hetals work was actually yours . nobody can. class by class its taught once a week.

anyways. its very weird that ppl have misunderstood and thats their problem. not ms hetal’s problem!

My heart stopped reading those emails that she was trying to frame ms Hetal and Elites. what did any of us do to her that she tried doing that. Such a respect, love and opportunity that we gave was thrown to trash! Ms. hetal infact offered her to start a new life when she admitted in emails. That too she threw it away.

how can somebody put her own child in danger that too deliberately when ms hetal had instructed her to beseated right next to camera. #YES she or her daughter had failed auditions too and did not do any work, they were not Elites. thats all fraud’s fault. her daughter was not ms. hetal’s student or anything for anything! she was told that we have had gymnasts before and ms. hetal will not take her daughter until we come out of g2 mess(induced fraud of property management).

fraud took others work and she ruined others work(which she was not supposed to take) and she ruined that work too and that includes the ones that she was to do. so much harm . Ms. Hetal had to do redo all of it and it took whole 2months to get that sorted. clients were so pissed and mistreated everybody in company badly.

u think ms hetal wont know if u come to ms hetal and lie on face about taking credit of either ms taylors work or ms deepthi’s work or ms prushti’s work or anybodys work infact!

that includes seo team work and all the plan that was initiated in 2014 for all this that you see today

ms hetal has pre-written task on google docs and live portal sheets(such as adobe and docsign) that everybody follows. nothing is told by mouth ever.

We asked them to add those techniques and take those corrective classes instead! What to do. it is like we come half way in Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj and then we learned that there is so much missing!

The whole technicalities itself is missing. Ms. Hetal never uses others videos. her own only Ms. Hetal uses. Lot of Dhamaal Events USA By Hetal Nagaraj instructors have recd awards too. Manojbhai, Santosh, neetu qualified for one.

How is any of this not about money. thats why corective classes were created to help these students. it is so difficult to correct the body.

ms hetal stopped correction classes coz it was exhaustive for student and ms hetal herself to correct that body that has pickedup all the wrong work .

miss hetal has schedule so well planned that she follows it and all her appointments are by dates and times, so everything is doable including regular classes. ms hetal thats why does not take too many regular batches, just 2-3 locations and just 4-5 hrs per location.

only because of this it fills up her schedule fast and ms. hetal knew this from 2011 itself. that’s why she registered company!

u cannot claim to be cofounder of any brand like that of anything of ms hetals. do u know how much time money is invested in all this. every idea too was always ms hetal only because its her vision, background on paper. her own kids were in it thats why too. This month, ms. hetal penned 30+ productions on paper.

ms hetal’s own kids are Elites too. every Elite u see have not missed a single class or task as well. u all cannot take credit of ms hetal does on her own or Elites assigned tasks work.

it was never them unless otherwise stated. they regretted it and thats their problem. And when they are ready as they learn somethings, Ms. hetal allows them to take independent batches too.

thats all ms hetals own expertise too. nobody started any brand. how is any of this same in any way and how is “this way to do it”.

They are national qualifiers in USA teams of variuos activities (dance they are international, in person and online).

They are that well taught in techniques. Some have won awards in curriculam competition, themselves and if not them then Ms. hetal had got award in education, education entertainment as well by each technique mention for which ms. hetal submits her own students videos where in it is visible that she is instructing those students. 100%. The only time i (or as company) we tag or mention names is when we have those type of events such as online fb enrollments, checkins, or celebrity events so that ppl know who is doing what .

Usually “non company” people send their links to tag either businesses or their commercial accounts. That is about it.

And yes, those who are in Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj programs, thats entirely different type of activities.

I run training brands and programs, so i cannot afford to have other people take advantage/misuse Elites or students work or lie about other minors or students or staff.
