Diversity at its best! – Grace And Grooves & Hetal Joshi (Hetal Nagaraj).
These projects reflect the broad diversity and adaptability of Ms. Hetal’s leadership and the organization as a whole. Through dance, music, storytelling, and collaborative performance arts, programs are intentionally designed to celebrate cultural heritage while promoting mutual respect, secularism, and cross-cultural understanding.
In addition to the organization’s regular educational and performance programs, Ms. Hetal independently leads and facilitates various faith-based, spiritual, and interfaith initiatives in collaboration with multiple community and multicultural organizations. These programs are conducted separately from the core curriculum and are intended to foster dialogue, unity, compassion, and cultural appreciation across communities.
At times, certain instructors declined participation in projects that centered on dance competitions, multicultural themes, ethnic traditions, or secular and fusion-based performances. In many of these instances, Ms. Hetal personally stepped in on these initiatives, ensuring that students continued to receive opportunities for artistic growth, cultural exposure, and inclusive participation.

Regardless of their background or beliefs, all students are nurtured within an inclusive and respectful environment that values every religion, culture, tradition, and language. The organization is deeply committed to fostering unity through the arts, where diversity is celebrated as a source of strength and creative expression becomes a meaningful bridge connecting communities across cultural and social boundaries.

- Ms. Hetal Joshi is born pure brahmin – Hindu (5th gen of Global NRI, India)
- All life studied in convents & missionary schools, and studied 3 religions as Value Education, India.
- All high schools, college, associate degrees, universities – Rajasthani Colleges in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

My Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj has been rated and nominated several times as the most diverse company in performing arts, extremely multi-religious, multi-cultural as well and i cannot take a stand for any religion or country. When i am at place where I have to, that’s when I will. Currently, it is irrelevant.
I have studied all religions and have immense love for all religions and faiths. I hope the issues settle and extremists can stop the hatred and all the mess so that people can live “together”. My first business partnership – In India – was with an indian (a mentor of mine, still in my network & a very good friend), my first marketing manager was a russian (who is like my family now), and my business plan manager was german.(NOW my family friend) City-Ahmedabad, Gujarat/India. They were also my classmates. My first and oldest cloth supplier for my costumes is/was a Muslim who protected me in riots, I was educated by convents & fathers/nuns, I was lead by some of the most amazing hindu spiritual leaders/men & women!
