Hetal Nagaraj herself has no idea—-how Nepal Dances entered her own life.
Nepal and indo-Iranian families have been all along ever since her schooling years which then triggered combat and defense techniques mixed martial arts. #Right
Some defense families was in good terms with her because of temple, library and faith programs by her own mother —- 1st shiv temple, gandhinagar, gujarat, india wherein her uncle was in board or sort of temple trustee back then, and as a new city-it was big thing And- very 1st mazjid in city was her friends’ family) and was also mixed indian (half-hindu) family. Library programs were shared by her mother and nepali family who was part muslim. Hetal was part of shayari youth groups too.
Barely there were people to socialize back then! Gandhinagar City of Gujarat, India was a forest back then. Those eyes have seen city’s very 1st shopping center, 1st produce market, 1st school, 1st ashram, 1 industrial scale city inauguration, akshardham, and roads being built while growing up too. 1st saint to step in @hetalnagaraj’s place was hon. Lt. Smt. Pramukh swami maharaj 🙂. Facts! She has biked on dirt roads, farms hay piles and those city mud piles of construction. The city did not even have gym, or activty center. Kids used to climb trees and bike around those new construction piles of mud, be it temple or mosque and thus, schools taught everything. Only 2 schools were there in whole city 🙂. Nearest city for shopping anything was Ahmedabad!

Yes i have no idea either. Diversity has been with me all along from my school days in my timelines. My siblings just 2 years younger as a sign of development in city on demographics itself had more Gujaratis in his class than i ever did. It beats me too. I have no idea — why.

Mostly through defense families at-least until now that i know. This dates back to the days of city when the public transport itself was not available.
Parents were in govt so had govt cars and drivers because to get a license itself office was under construction. We grew everything in front and backyards of govt-quarters and houses until we had 1st fruit and vegetable market. #nowyouknow

External Season — The Early Performance Foundation of Grace And Grooves®
Before the formal launch of Grace And Grooves®, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj was already developing and presenting Indian dance performances in the DFW area. During the company’s formation period, students participated in approximately one-hour recital performance series, including Dil To Pagal Hai, a Gujarati Literature Series, and a Hrithik Roshan Series.
These performances formed an important External Season of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s early artistic work. These art works provided students with practical experience in Indian dance, choreography, rehearsals, costumes, stage presentation, performance discipline, and live audiences while the company itself was still being formally established.
From External Season to The Catalyst
The work developed during this External Season was later brought all the way into The Catalyst, a recital production presented through Dancers Workshop, formerly located in Lewisville, Texas. The Catalyst was directed by Ms. Barbara Mebane around a specific theme and concept within the broader dance genre. Hetal Joshi Nagaraj contributed and adapted her own independently developed work to fit the production’s concept, while also bringing her own audience to the performances.
Approximately 26 students from Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s early Grace And Grooves® company-launch programs participated. For these students, The Catalyst became an early opportunity to experience a larger organized production while continuing their exclusive training and instruction under Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
The production was presented at three locations: Denton, Texas, TCU, and Lewisville Grand Center, providing students with experience performing for different audiences and in different venues.
Indian Dance in American Dance-School Programs
During this period, students also participated in various Dancers Workshop demonstrations and city-level programs, presenting Indian and Indo-American dance within broader American dance programming, including themed presentations associated with the Michael Jackson series.
Some city-level programs required participating groups to have a registered company identity and EIN for scheduling and participation. Grace And Grooves® was still in the process of formal company formation, while the performances and student training were already underway.
The artistic work had already begun; the formal company structure followed.
Hetal Joshi Nagaraj got a run through of her upcoming launch of brand Grace Creations to G2.
Earlier Dancers Workshop Connection
Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s relationship with Dancers Workshop began even earlier. From approximately 2008–2010, she occasionally rented the Dancers Workshop studio on weekends for additional student rehearsals and activities, particularly for students from the Universal Academy–Coppell program who needed additional practice opportunities and summer programs as students loved the dance instruction under Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
Later, Hetal herself also participated as a “21+ Hip Hop Student” with her own group at Dancers Workshop, continuing her own dance education while simultaneously developing her choreography and teaching practice.
Infact, the mommy and me programs were triggered through Dancers Workshop Connection in 2012 as the institute offered these in one batch itself. These moms were moms who either wanted to dance-new dancers or had done some dance as part of their upbringing in their own days.
A Formative Chapter
The External Season → The Catalyst progression illustrates how Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s early work developed from independent performance series into larger collaborative recital and production opportunities.
It helped establish the foundation for what would later become Grace And Grooves®’ approach towards G2 to cross culture platform on the following :

With this insight, she was/is welcomed by every American Studio to offer these and to collaborate for various projects. The indepth of technicalities and being able to write it, draw it, or clearly speak about it got the attention. This period is therefore best understood as a formative external performance season, followed by The Catalyst as a later external production opportunity—not as the origin of the External Season itself.
You can see several such external seasons, as these have entirely seperate enrollments, programs or stages and audiences!
The company was registered much later in 2010-2012 Years. Since 2008, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj had plenty of these external seasons that would mount to American Local Studios, Several School Supplement Programs – because of her match of Hiphop, Indian, Non Indian-International and Indo-American Specialities.
These were predominantly held prior to 2010 or some performances seeded through 2019 and back then, just to participate in 1 program in certain city program or certain legitimate activities (non community programs) — group needed a name and EIN to do various other activities than just a mere recreational academy.
In 2020, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj was asked if she would like to take the place or the brand of Dancers Workshop but Hetal was looking to get one in Arlington and that was too far for them. Hetal’s other venue locations for a proper studio were Plano-Mcdermott–the exact place she was renting on weekend – Karate Studio. The other were – North Frisco, and Irving because of her independent student strength and several adults willing to do various activities on consistent basis. Karate Studio, next to Hathaway — she was about to sign the lease but then lockdown delayed the process and then somebody from leasing office’s own family itself got the studio for some gym workout franchise and the leasing agent was on sick leave so that was missed!
Hetal Joshi Nagaraj badly needed one in Arlington side because of her presence in Fortworth Areas – former owners of Nruthyakala Dance Academy and Mirchi Dance Academy collaborations from 2004. The collaborations were later bought by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj in 2015-2018as the owners retired and their trained kids dance occassionally representing Hetal Joshi Nagaraj and became Elite Lines of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj in 2021– as they are in their mainstream career building life phase and cannot take up the full–responsibility.
In Lewisville, Hetal had her own kids anyway and were too young so she did not feel the need of studio in Lewisville in 2019 The latest grads too were too young as Hetal’s 90% of students are in dual fields and education-intellect as 1st priority. Lewisville was one of the latest location to have graduates! There is a phase for each, inevitably.
2020 – Dancers Workshop closed permanently in their 2nd generation!

PR Success in Indian Dance Competitions – Reachh Mediaa
Please note that, these achievements belong to students or their own teachers and thus, are not accounted in Grace And Grooves own participation of indian and non indian dance competitions. Unless fully trained for several milestone skills and there is huge difference in level through trainings of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj – which is remarkably seen.

Hetal Joshi Nagaraj personally undertakes those lessons for all of below or above. Depends since company never had any anybody available through the process. It is a process, level by level and sometimes it spans throughout the year!
Company name, teachers name or PR company’s name is never submitted – at times even the candidate name is not mentioned as candidate is assigned a roll number until asked for.
PR firm name is also never disclosed for the safety of brand and candidate. It should not matter where the candidate come from or who trained — during these specific submissions.

just to develop the technical skills required for a particular opportunity or to meet eligibility requirements. It is very much like — trying to fit in category that parents’ or students “want to” fit in – thus, the certain skills are to be unlocked.
Participation in a competition does not necessarily mean that the student was preparing exclusively for competition. We are aware people do that and we have seperate brand for it – at Grace And Grooves —– mostly couples do that.
In many cases, competition participation dates naturally aligns with the student’s ongoing training and progression. Since schools always open those opportunities, it is decision by parents, student and teachers themselves whether or not it would be feasible to participate in the competition!
When we talk about competition, mental readiness of parents, student or certain competition rubrics criteria is to be met, certain process flexibility, feasibility to go through the whole process is not something to throw it away. To know where you stand among 10 people who do not know you and get the win — is on a whole different level of win!
Students may complete multiple progressive workshops back-to-back, building their skills over time. If a competition opportunity becomes available during that period, the student may choose to participate based on their readiness and eligibility.
Students may also train with multiple dance teachers or organizations or may be an ever lasting student of other dance school or academy, prior to coming to Grace And Grooves or during Grace And Grooves as well — while participating in workshops, competitions, productions, and other performing-arts opportunities. These activities can complement rather than replace their primary training.
BestExample to understand this — Sanvi Sharma:
Sanvi was/is a Grace And Grooves’ student from 2019–2021, participating in various progressive Bollywood and Indian folk dance training programs. Barely a month of her enrollment, there was a forced covid-19 lockdown in Feb 2020 – and classes were held online throughout the period until students were comfortable – in person, despite 6ft mandatory health guidelines by the govt.
She is one of those student who learned about Hetal Joshi Nagaraj through one of the venue rentals which Hetal Joshi Nagaraj uses for her workshops in Mckinney side areas– ccassionally or for shoot-activities if too many participants are from that side. Parents have openly discussed other opportunities in future.
During the same period, Sanvi completed several progressive workshops and training opportunities under Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s Dhamaal Events, USA Brandunder Hetal Joshi Nagaraj throughout, Mansi-10 hours, and about 8 hours with Santhosh as the lockdown enforced online activities.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, she was unable to participate for all the in-house productions of Grace And Grooves Corp as those were anyway cancelled — during her enrollment period. But then, during 2020 pandemic, there were several competitions that were showcased online and some became nationalized too because of digital advancements —and this became opportunity!
There are times when teacher of the institute works hand in hand with Hetal Joshi Nagaraj just for the win and thus, it becomes Reachh Mediaa WIN as the teacher fully supported and worked on every important aspect that needs to be addressed — to pass through the win.
There are times—teachers do not want to involve as it is additional tasks and it does require complexities which a gifted or just talented passonate individual may not be able to tread through.
As certain competitions aligned with the skills Sanvi had developed in those workshops and the eligibility requirements she met, she participated in those competitions. Only because dates aligned!
The example is set only as the latest one known and seen in promos.
Therefore, competition participation should be viewed within the broader context of a student’s training journey, rather than as evidence that all training was specifically undertaken for a particular competition. The exposure is definitely beneficial to students as it brings healthy sportsmanship in life!
PR is never about company or guru. It is about student, candidate or participant – always. When a student of other dance academy comes to Hetal Joshi Nagaraj for just about anything (other than Hetal’s or Grace And Grooves’ own), Hetal Joshi Nagaraj automatically becomes a representation of this candidate — because it is about student. As a fierce PR, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj does not back down.
Win per level is mentioned here. Some submissions may have multiple levels as well but the win is at every level ensures that one can go to the next!
PR sacks badlyif you want to stick in certain categories as some parents are adamant and lot of complexities are required to be achieved.
Willingness to win should be a priority here as sometimes the change in category may offer “better” returns or multiple wins.

At Grace And Grooves®, certificates, participation recognition, production credits, and achievement documentation are provided based on an individual’s actual participation, training level, assigned role, and accomplishments in a recital, production, workshop, competition, or approved company program. Recognition is not determined by another student’s participation, status, age, popularity, or achievements.
Each student has an individual learning and performance pathway. As a result, two students participating in the same dance recital, stage production, Bharatanatyam program, Bollywood performance, Indian Folk Dance showcase, theater production, workshop, or commercial production may receive different types of documentation depending on what they actually completed or contributed.
Recognition May Reflect
Recital Participation — Students who perform in an annual recital or showcase may receive participation or performance recognition corresponding to their role in that specific production.
Production Participation — Students selected for a larger dance production may receive documentation reflecting their involvement, performance role, featured work, production contribution, or other applicable responsibilities.
Training Level — Recognition may distinguish between recreational, progressive, advanced, Elite, graduate, workshop, or specialized training pathways where applicable.

Workshops & Intensive Training — Students completing qualifying workshops or intensive programs may receive documentation based on the specific program, duration, curriculum, and participation requirements.
Leadership & Production Roles — Students who contribute beyond performing—such as through stagecraft, choreography assistance, photography, videography, production support, media, technical assistance, or leadership activities—may receive documentation reflecting that contribution when applicable.
Graduation & Curriculum Completion — Students who complete an applicable Grace And Grooves® curriculum pathway may receive graduation-related recognition based on the curriculum requirements they actually fulfilled.
Competition & Special Achievements — Awards, nominations, competition accomplishments, auditions, and other distinctions are documented separately and are based on the individual’s actual achievement.
Recognition Is Individualized
Grace And Grooves® does not use another student’s achievement as the standard for determining an individual’s certificate or recognition. Participation is evaluated individually.
For example, if one student performs a solo, another performs in a group, and another contributes through production or technical work, their documentation may appropriately reflect those different contributions. Similarly, participation in the same recital does not automatically mean that every participant receives identical recognition.
This individualized approach helps maintain accurate student records, transparent achievement documentation, professional portfolios, and reliable performing arts credentials.
Why This Matters
Certificates are intended to document what a student actually learned, completed, performed, or contributed—not simply that they were present at an event. This supports the integrity of Grace And Grooves®’ dance education, performing arts curriculum, student portfolios, graduation pathways, production archives, and professional documentation.

Ultimately, recognition follows the individual’s pathway—not someone else’s. This allows every student to have an accurate record of their own artistic journey while ensuring that certificates and production documentation remain meaningful, transparent, and professionally useful.
Certificates are not provided for the entire course as Grace And Grooves® Corp is not a university with a degree course — it is strictly by level upon performance. Students are always welcome to pick their courses, sign up based on their convinience and based on their interest of various classes, workshops, various programs or official brand list.
Some workshops do not have certificates to keep the workshop pricing low but clips are provided or students are asked to record at the end of the class for their keep sake — just as one would in any workshops.
In regular classes, students are always encouraged to record! Hetal Joshi Nagaraj welcomes full class recordings as well.
Certificates are available for those may have misplaced it at nominal cost.

1980 – Documented archival history, generational materials gathered by parents, family, relatives and Hetal’s own Mother.

2010 – 2012 – Business Registration and Packages
Prior to and during the business registration in State of Texas, a minor data management took place for an undisturbed smooth business operations.

The Future of Dance Education and Era of Larger Projects.
During 2024–2025, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj focused extensively on upgrading data management systems, digital infrastructure, and console-based operational systems for Grace and Grooves.
As part of this major behind-the-scenes transformation, new large-scale batches and major programs were temporarily restricted so that critical infrastructure upgrades could receive the attention they required.
Anyway, it was build on part time until 2019-2020 on weekends only with a specific schedule. #YES
The data management systems were on a 10 year routine in 2021-2022 but were delayed because of 2021-2022 fraud.
Inevitably, the data management is the most essential part of business!
October 2022 – 2025 –
The larger productions were placed on pause to focus on all the g2 mess and right after —- archival documented records of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj, Hetal’s own family generations and her own kids documented records along with companies own, Grace and Grooves continued to remain active through smaller local workshops, training programs, gigs, and selected performance opportunities.
This approach allowed the organization to maintain its artistic and educational momentum while simultaneously rebuilding and strengthening its archival documented records and data accessibility, post fraud era.
A Weekend-Long Dance and Performing Arts Production
One of the notable productions during this period extended across an entire week and brought together multiple components, including three introductory PR and recital shoots, two international competition submission, backlog educational PR releases that were paused in 2022 because of stalled systems.
This was partly to Elite Line launch programs, and the main recital itself.
The production featured a diverse group of performers, including:

The production brought together 25 student performers and approximately 95 audience members, creating a personal touch with every family yet diverse showcase of classical dance, Bollywood, contemporary performance, and creative choreography.
Why 2024 to 2025
Some performances and PR shoots extended to 2025.
This production hall booking was done during 2022 mess and logistics were not appropriately discussed which caused confusions of various events that are done during the productions.
The program was thus moved to Frisco 3 months prior to actual venue because of this confusion. It was later revealed that this confusion was deliberate act by the 2022-fraud.
Thus, PR shoots and some performances lasted in span of months and 2025 was the last one.
Thus, the production is said to complete in 2025. #YES
Production Highlights
Among the highlights were a solo EDM performance series, a patriotic performance inspired by the Salt Satyagraha, and a freestyle performance by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
A student of Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple, Frisco, Texas, USA was a special guest of honor to recite faith scriptures on vedic books of knowledge as a special guest performer.
Every year, in every production – one such artist is invited from just about anywhere in the in-house productions to showcase the skilled learnings of their own isd or faith.
The production demonstrated the versatility of Grace and Grooves’ trainings—bringing together Bharatanatyam, Bollywood dance, freestyle, contemporary musical influences, and performance storytelling within one production environment thereby inviting new skilled artists in DFW.
Online Bharatanatyam Training Takes the Stage on Post Arangetram Levels.
A particularly meaningful highlight was the participation of online students Manya and Anushree, who performed a 20-minute Varnam that they had learned exclusively through online training with Hetal Joshi Nagaraj, and few other skillful learnings of post arangetram topics.
This duo is milestonein history of Grace And Grooves Corp of the most successful online trainings in Bharatanatyam from scratch by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj through out.
Their performance demonstrated how structured digital dance education can extend beyond geographical boundaries and provide students with opportunities to learn and perform substantial classical repertoire through online instruction.
Hosted at Frisco Event Center
The production was conveniently hosted at Frisco Event Discovery Center in Frisco, Texas, providing a central setting for students, families, and audiences to experience the recital and associated Grace And Grooves programs.
Although low key in scale, the production represented something much larger for the organization: a bridge between artistic continuity and infrastructure rebuilding.
The temporary reduction in larger activities was intentional and was anticipated based on g2’s passive setup as per plans of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj and Hetal was to focus on data management.
Grace and Grooves used this period to restart and strengthen major digital and operational infrastructure projects that had been stalled since 2022.
The organization had been navigating through massive disturbances because of catastrophic damages and data-management challenges following repeated fraud-related setbacks that stalled digital operations.
Rather than expansion, as the foundational systems required attention, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj chose to prioritize data organization, digital asset management, infrastructure upgrades, and operational modernization.
This production therefore became more than a recital. It represented a period of transition—maintaining the artistic spirit of Grace and Grooves while laying the groundwork for stronger, more organized, and digitally enhanced future programs.
Grace And Grooves: Continuing the Journey
The 2024–2025 period reflected a balance between performing arts education, student development, digital transformation, and organizational rebuilding.
Even during a period of limited large-scale activity, Grace and Grooves continued to provide opportunities for students to train, perform, and grow.
While awaiting the trademarks and copyrights and expansion permits to industrial worlds, it was necessary to arrange data and device upgrade accessibility.
The production served as a humble but meaningful reminder that sometimes progress happens behind the scenes—through rebuilding systems, preserving valuable data, strengthening infrastructure post fraud era, and preparing for the next chapter of creative growth on larger scale.
Several PR packages originally purchased in 2021, well before many students entered their 11th or 12th grade years, remained pending and were subsequently completed and delivered during 2025–2026 in accordance with the applicable invoices.
This timing allowed students to receive their PR materials at an important stage of their academic journey—just in time for college admissions, portfolios, and other age-appropriate PR goals and opportunities.
Despite delays caused by stalled systems, the PR deliverables were successfully completed and delivered, with many students having already graduated by the time their pending PR packages were fulfilled. Some graduated years before their high school as their journey with Hetal Joshi Nagaraj had began at tender age of 3, 4 and 5 years!
There are no tickets for these productions because —
outsiders or those who do not belong to company or are not the students or parents of the company — are usually not allowed.
This is just for company’s internal activities and yearly students and Official Brands of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj and various shoots are usually before or after the program, certificates and milestones are awarded and rewarded in these programs.
