One of the longest engagement of production events within the production that concluded in 2025.

The initial plan was to book and complete the production within a single day or by weekend, consistent with the standard practice followed across the industry and within the established format of Grace & Grooves’ yearly productions and activities.

This approach reflects the company’s longstanding practice of organizing production-related activities efficiently within a designated production period – whole day or within the weekend.

However, this particular production was booked in 2022 and the booking was assigned to an individual who was caught in deliberate acts of fraud to harm Hetal Joshi Nagaraj and Elites to further harm the integrity of company.

The coordination was to be done just as like the way it is done for every program and production at Grace and Grooves and it was to be planned to complete it within a day or maximum by the weekend. There was nothing out of blue in this production that was new other than the online program students to avoid any bookings.

Despite regular instructions of booking hall for straight 10 hours, we are unsure why somebody would knowingly not book it or book it only 3 hours despite of upfront bookings by parents. Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s productions are minimum 3 hours just the run time, we are not sure why the individual in conflict would demonstrate such a a low class level of mindset; this when the individual was in probation period in 3rd month and 1 show of 3 hour run time was conducted just prior to this and was a full booking of 6-8 hours.

These delays of various events logistics not only harmed several Elites but doubled the work of various bookings.

When Hetal Joshi Nagaraj had to move the venue of production, last minute halls were not available though she could save 2 hours of one shoot in one production which would later be 4 hours.

Stress – This added unnecessary stress to families and huge mess in Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s schedules and life.

Post production costs doubled as the logistics and preparation itself doubles to an hour or two, for every single shoot within the production in one day or maximum one weekend. These preparations are lights, backdrops, sound and additional gears.

Production time of each event doubled and unnecessarily nearly 15 hours were wasted. Clients do not pay for additional times when the billing is by project which as an experienced individual should have known, and was communicated.

Rental venues became other challenge for shoots for short times.

Crew availability was a havoc on schedule routines because of bits and pieces of events through out the year instead of whole production run time of 10 hours or max by weekend.

Hetal Joshi Nagaraj extends her heartfelt gratitude to all the parents who supported Grace and Grooves throughout these challenging years. Their cooperation in carefully following the simple instructions provided through assigned logins because of their phone numbers, other than Hetal Joshi Nagaraj or company’s own.

These played an important role in preserving data integrity, maintaining records, and protecting essential information during this period.

Despite the mess, data was intact because of accessibility check points at every level. And tactfully, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj could tread through the year.

All of rest of it was later retrieved by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj with some help of her husband Nagaraj Kunchum. Though some could not be retrieved because of time limit on trashed mails in some services.

Several Elite’s data as per waivers was deleted—deliberately. We do not know why would anybody have any reason to delete the waivers approved materials and this exact by the individual in physical drives and accounts assigned to individual for merely maintenance.

The good side of this situation was — The systems got locked in reverse order and thus platforms locked the accounts and thus, there was no activity published that would have challenged the publishing materials without waivers.

Basic business process were running on iCloud’s and online data management tools that run separately than this entire infrastructure.

And since all students were early graduates during this whole phase (what a fantastic coincidence) — just before their high school having started their trainings at age of 3.5, 4,5 and 5 years, their PR was done on time despite the delays of multiple years!

Some may call it luck—but the reality is that a strong infrastructure, fully registered brands and business transparency as well as traceability, thoughtful design of data management built from real life experiences, and well-designed systems made all the significant difference.

Every platform asked papers and those were readily available!

The most amazing part of this is, we received details from emails and the emails itself that were replied to clients, students or parents in conversations which were deleted by individual in conflict during the conversation but on their accounts, those emails were intact.

Some emails of accusations about Elites were also caught in individuals’ account in draft mode. But it was a company email so Hetal Joshi Nagaraj could take back the access itself and the individual was respectfully asked to leave.

This whole phase of 2022 – 2026 strengthened the life long relationships with clients, parents and students too.

When users simply follow clear instructions and established procedures, the infrastructure works behind the scenes to help protect, preserve, and maintain valuable data.

Some so simple that a 10 year old can follow.
