2023 Anantha Production Ft March Madness – Feb 4th by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj
During the 2021–2022 period, Grace And Grooves Corp experienced consecutive incidents of fraud that significantly disturbed the organization’s planned operational transition.
Company has never faced any issues in 40 years of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s career despite a solo entrepreneur throughout from 1999. Her biggest teams under her leadership were in Salon and Boutique Industry spanning to 25 people teams per project and single handed has instructed per production anywhere from 20 students to more than 75 students.
The company’s strategy at the time was to shift routine batch management to train managers and the existing workforce, preferably create directors and make it passive — allowing founder Hetal Joshi Nagaraj to focus on expansion, production planning, music creation, and broader organizational growth.
Instead, critical business systems came to a standstill.
This recital time was also the time of multiple legal issues in process triggered as catastrophic incidences from multiple fraud–exclusively because of that. This entire fraud incidences affected administrative operations, internal workflows, storage infrastructure upgrades, digital asset organization, and overall business continuity.
The planned upgrades to large-scale corporate media storage and archival systems were delayed, resulting in operational bottlenecks that impacted creative development, including music reproduction, remix production, medley creation, and other production-related initiatives.
Company for the first time ran out of hard drives other than online storages while in 2022 – routine 10 year data gear upgrade was scheduled as it surpassed 1 Petabyte.
Hetal Joshi Nagaraj had to extend the data storage in multiple storage platforms which runs seperately than the company’s independent infrastructure itself and for this, there is no limit as long as company pays for the storage.
Lucky, that was not jammed!
In this, everything was just stalled and jammed because of fraud’s actions – did not complete 4 page – compliance IT training within probation period. When asked, laughed it out that she knows everything.
Systems were high storage alert from 2020-2021 because of zoom classes hours of recording, it shooted the storage and were running perfectly fine which was tested in June of 2022 itself — some fraud tried to use stolen credit card and then tried charge back. In 1 week, those opened so systems were not a problem, though full and Hetal would extend data capacity.
As a direct consequence of fraud, not of storage issues—the organization was unable to launch or continue the majority of its scheduled training batches, take up big gigs, schedule anything and this hampered one of the highest billing-revenue bearing streams as well.
While Grace & Grooves Trademark for big screen and television worlds was underway, this had to be done. Schedule shoots and then where to save any data, where to make music. The storage infra had to be upgraded.
While talks were underway with various non-storage-platforms to unlock all accounts and all the online infrastructure, the upgrades of drives had to be prioratize because Elite Lines were being formed, drives and formats were becoming obselete and it was on schedule to upgradde these in 2021-2022 which got delayed because of property management fraud issues.
Numerous classes and expansion programs had to be cancelled. As soon as Hetal Joshi Nagaraj completed the batches, she told parents she cannot continue as she is swamped with multiple legal mess caused by frauds and the several company’s stalled systems.
Only the long-established batches operating from the Lewisville—all genres, Flowermound Workshop Batches Bollywood and Reachh Mediaa and 121-Independence Mcdermott location for Bharatanatayam and Indian Folk continued under direct instruction of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj to ensure continuity for enrolled students.
These are Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s students from 2018. Hetal agreed to take those batches as it aligned with permissible schedule of all the other major company priorities. All the new batches, she upfront had to cancel to focus on clearing the whole mess.
It’s always been Hetal Joshi Nagaraj so only Hetal knows just about anything about Grace And Grooves Corp.
Small gigs around DFW average budget continued as those file sizes can be saved on phone or in memory stick, temporarily. Parents were extremely supportive as few students helped in some music creation and medleys. Company extended other few TB to continue to work until the drives are replaced.
Rather than expanding as originally planned, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj was required to redirect substantial time and resources towards stabilizing operations, rebuilding systems, reorganizing infrastructure, and restoring business continuity. This unexpected diversion delayed several years of planned growth and limited the company’s ability to scale programs, productions, curriculum development, music initiatives, and workforce expansion during that period.

Students in these production dance for themselves as a completion of their levels as a graduation.
