Line of Elites and Year of their 1st Elite Status —- June 30, 2026.
Line of Elite simply adheres to the year of Elite status.
This must not be mistaken to Elite Lines or Student of Year
There may be 1-2 academic year difference because Ms Hetal’s Grace And Grooves programs are strictly as per academic school calendar.
Occasionally, a separate seasonal session may be announced as part of holiday camps or special programming based on participant demand, program requirements, and the volume of scheduled activities. As all classes, workshops, and Elite Training sessions are personally designed and conducted by Ms. Hetal, the availability, scheduling, and expansion of these programs are subject to her professional availability.
This curriculum and program listing is a living document and may be updated, expanded, or refined periodically as additional programs are developed, reviewed, documented, or integrated with related organizational initiatives.
Concept, Ideas, Everything belongs to Ms Hetal does on http://www.graceandgrooves.com — this exclusive to Ms. Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.

Youtube has glimpses of all the programs and atleast one performance of each kid, brand or activity –
- Hetal Nagaraj Dance – https://www.youtube.com/@hetalnagarajdance
- Company’s own – https://www.youtube.com/@graceandgroovescorp
This was published as a post on fb couple years ago and in multiple posts but made it to blog on June 28, 2026, published on June 29, 2026.
Factors that affect these –
Attendence of students, company’s assignment, company’s need of certain tasks or at times frequency of speciality chosen by candidate, program if recreational so holidays and other personal holidays, unless arranged in external environments such as their mainstream schools, if program is offered to any school as supplement program then it varies by school logistics and importance to school activities so student may achieve Elite level of program earlier than it will of speciality or company.
Multiple Locations – Students also visit Ms Hetal’s other locations to par-take multiple courses or just to attend program-teams or extend to summer programs, thus years multiply within academic year, at times only because their other activity is near to that location. Eg – The Settys, Aahana and Tejaswini.
Student Accelerates – If student takes holiday programs of — spring break, summer break, fall break, and winter break as well then automatically surpasses up-to 12-40 hours or whole level itself as compared to those who only do academic year and observe holidays. Workshops and programs in holidays vary by level.
Elites vs Graduates And Timings – Student may unlock Elite levels before the Graduation too.
While some may not until graduation which is a norm anyway as per program of next level. There are lot of graduates who did not continue after Graduation levels or did not unlock these levels.
Elite status may begin as early, as say example – 2014 and may not be complete until years as certain skills are to be achieved, until mastered. It may be achieved in same year too or it may be later too or it may complete sometime in 2019.
Student may become Elite earlier to program or speciality and may not lock Elite levels in company. These combinations are applicable to those in programs through non company enrollments. Eg – Bani Patel.
Students are not bind to a certain year.
Elite status is –
1. As per program and level (as it may be offered to ISD school, private or charter school or an organization).
2. As per company (if enrolled in company as on http://www.graceandgrooves.com) or on hetaln.com (billing through grace and grooves only for all performing arts brands).
3. Within the speciality aka genre such as Bharatanatyam, Bollywood, Indian Folk, Nepal Folk through mostly private classes, or within the grace and grooves group programs.
4. External Elites – By Auditions, Refreshers Programs, Continued Education Programs — students who have learned properly and come from other teachers just to complete the last piece of the level and to just refresh the whole curriculam as an initiative to begin their journey back to dance and for the closure of their own dance genre specialities. Correction Programs – Students who have not learned techniques or have learned just the choreography.
Company welcomes people from all walks of life.
Levels are to just make it easy for students and teachers to differenciate their class and ability to perform on certain expectation level so that they adhere to appropriate audiences at each level.
