Accumulated Losses because of back to back fraud 2021-2022

1. Negligence of Property Management Company (Weitzman) – Loss of Projects on paper —- Deliberate because technically, it’s their job to keep the previous tenant permits & building permits clean enough for new tenants to apply.
   • These projects of Ms. Hetal were approved and confirmed. Contracts were as well confirmed.
   • It’s property management company’s job to take care of building permits, previous tenants pending permits and city’s documents and not Ms. Hetal’s.
   • Ms. Hetal’s jurisdiction is only for the suite that Ms. Hetal leased on a 5 year term. It was conveyed that suite was ready to apply for Ms. Hetal’s own permits. g2-director and Ms. Hetal approached city for permits and the city portals showed the exact opposite story and some permits dated back to 5 years – not cleared.
   • 9 months of delays just to clear above pending permits of previous tenants and building permits not Ms. Hetal’s own.
   • City was ready to give any permit Ms.Hetal wants, once previous ones of the property management company are completed. Ms. Hetal’s transparency bags her more than 50 permits without any effort!
   • Projects lost because of these delays by property management company — 4.5Million$ on paper.
   • Thats just project lost-4 years of storage fees, flooring adds other 100k$.
   • Other administrative costs is 50k$ as staff was on payroll.
   • Repairs of old wiring and other bathroom mess for which ms Hetal had to hire a certified plumber and electrician – fees – 1000$
   • And then comes 9 months of advertisements that were bought in bulk in order to ramp regular studio activities and all the raw material, furniture, closets, and office supplies. 100k$.
   • Lawyer harassment and the project lost during the bank freeze – 200k$
   • Gas and such expenses, several artists advertisements continued above 50k$,
   • Thus total – $5,000,000
   • G2 Mess – Some folks were “newly” hired in “newer specialities” early only because in first exchange of emails, the director was told via email by the property management that suite is ready. Ms. Hetal was also told this, that’s why Ms. Hetal lined up all projects of existing Elites.
   • Thus, director made a conscious decision to hire part time by contract upon commencement of studio operations only, not before.
     • New Engagements of niche and new specialities cannot be endorsed without contract or commencement of the brand itself. G2 staff.
   • Ms. Hetal lost 13 projects (all big budget) for which Ms. Hetal had worked whole year to bag those back to back. Those projects were a road map on paper straight up seeding projects to launch all of them in different areas of industry, handle their college PR and all of this — with parents presence as Ms. Hetal bags them on her own in time constraints of school schedules. This was also to ensure safety.
   • Since the venue was required, to find the other one became impossible in short time. Public place permits take longer but then these we learned had some pending construction permits;it went 10 years back. City then became vigilant of all weitzman properties.
   • These 13 projects had Ms. Hetal’s own kids and herself too — whose lives were heavily impacted and it harmed everything they worked for. These 13 projects were not some tiny ones.
   • 2021 cancellations of those projects piled in 2022-2023 creating a further mess of finances in company and this was reason to close the arlington studio. The projects of those sizes, cancellations are high.
   • Cancellation fees 25k$, some sub-rentals by college students was around 2000$ per month.
   • Thus total – $5.028 million.
   • The lawsuit-ms hetal lost the case (Ms. Hetal doubts foul play) and went thru the mental stress of those 8-9 months and the calculation with proof of invoice of counter mess is very much with them.
   • No answer till date from these negligent individuals. Look, the mess these incompetent people make!
   • There was absolutely no other reason to close the g2 location.
   • The suite—if its empty, its on them! Ms Hetal would have easily extended the lease if g2 mess did not occur.
   • See today too, Ms Hetal’s Elite Lines continued. There are 4 Graduates and 1 Elite in Arlington-Southlake and Keller areas as we speak today. It is and was this well planned.
   • Shocking but true – There was a ready suite-next door in 2021, as previous martial arts tenant was moving out during those permit delays but the weitzman in charge individual just did not give it.
   • Its not on Ms Hetal. City too was ready to give right away as they could consider it as direct lease transfer. Ms Hetal had kalaripayattu to match it directly, without even applying new one! And Ms Hetal would have easily taken the other one too that had permit delays later onn!
   • As a company – Talk about why would weitzman want it empty (it was empty for 8-9 years) and not occupied. Shouldn’t the individual consider leasing the one thats ready to be leased, city approves it and get the $$$ rolling, instead of leasing the one that has pending permits of their own past tenants. They instead made loss on such a decision :). Ms Hetal lost projects and all is different! The ready suite was only 150$ extra! Seems to me weitzman loves empty suites ?
   • Whose negligence was this ? Weitzman. Think! It is on them, all of it.
   • G2 arlington closed in 2023 with an advance notification to the property management company, indicating above factors only and was duly approved as well.
   • Property Management company-Weitzman understood the mess they had made but despite that, they harassed Ms. Hetal with unnecessary lawsuit.
   • Ms. Hetal has not received refund on advance payments prior to commencement date, till date.
   • Common sense–could have taken the amount from those advance payments ? This legal issue lasted about 6-8months because of holidays. Cancellation fees were also because of them only. It was not on Ms Hetal.

2. Loss because of saumya bhardwaj kaur’s deliberate mess – 445,000$ in DFW, Texas, USA – This is direct on paper loss, theft money is to be counted as Ms. Hetal has to back trace (This is after the reimbursement of gas, food and such expenses that company usually reimburses), not to mention catastropic mess she created that Ms. Hetal had to pause several of her own activities to take care of all the mess.
   • Saumya’s worthless drama was undetected until 3rd month although her student visa plan allowed her 5 months probation period. But non stop complaints from everywhere was unforgiving mess from such an experience listed.
   • Saumya’s engagement was merely with Texas All Star until she gets her student visa and respective brands for co-relative non field work as per her own immigration status, not really g2. Her specialities did not match g2.
   • Nonetheless, Saumya was fired respectfully with no word to get back in.
   • Elites, Elite Lines lost their batches and other tasks too because of Saumya’s such a flithy mindset.
   • This was also deliberate negligence to refuse to listen to the task list and not understand her own visa restrictions or priorities of tasks. Not on Ms Hetal.

   • Saumya did not take those internal company trainings and this led to several stalled systems, other locations were paused until further notice and the brand itself was paused as the brand documents and entire documentation was tempered with deliberately by saumya as per the last login on the adobe.
3. Stolen credit card fraud by some scammer through online company portal – 6000$.
   • Somehow the individual knew about Ms. Hetal’s time on customer desk.
   • It gets more interesting that only Saumya knew about Ms. Hetal’s timings and schedules as she was to report to Ms. Hetal, not even Ms. Hetal’s own family. Read More.
   • Point 3 stalled systems for 5 days only as those were to be cleared until bank receives forms of such scam with legit proof and that Ms Hetal provided. Point 3 stolen credit card is one of the oldest scam in industry ever since there is a charge back process.

Points to ponder – This is particularly concerning because students and college-aged individuals or those who are new to organizations usually seek proper information and are generally expected to seek information which in most cases they do, ask questions, and understand requirements before taking action or if company provides internal trainings then they are supposed to complete those company compliance and internal trainings by law, even if they think they know everything! Every company has these.

While mistakes can happen, repeated disregard for guidance, training, and corrective opportunities can negatively impact fellow students, staff, families, and the broader community and these repeated disregard of “not following direction” are crime and of this level is harmful to disregard.

Some students, Elites, Elite Lines have their whole portfolio, some have college internships based on this experience, some have NJHS, some have college scholarships depending on these tasks and it is not okay to harm those.

And, If this harm caused by these individuals is appropriate or not punishable then we are pretty sure all the other protocols should be 100% appropriate which includes mentioning these individuals’ negligence so that people are aware of their filth practices. Correct ?

Following directions is for safety of family and kids. Justice is required for this matter so that these individuals do not harm other families and communities with such a bad hand, vibe, horrible mindset and criminal intent behaviors that ruin lives.

These type of individuals cause so much harm to society, community, people and businesses for their filthy worthless, low class, low vibe, failed life demonstrations.
