1. NJHS Scholar and School Programs –

1. Also known as NJHS or Scholar Path Programs as till date, volunteer lead programs, initiatives after achieving certain level.
2. Earn While You Learn Programs are for legal residents, H4, H4 EAD, GC, NJHS scholar students, university lead-enrolled students and students enrolled in Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International’s annual programs. It is compulsory at all times to maintain this status.
   • Texas all star talents does not operate for any other visa, at all. It is explicitly mentioned on website.
3. It is not for outsiders (at all) as it benefits these category of immigration status holders & for students.
4. Contract breaches upon any immigration fraud, failure to maintain status, failure to report regularly on immigration status and when not followed, it triggers breach of contract law as it then becomes violation of federal law itself. #YES
5. Enrollment in above status aka college, university or such global certification is required at all times to be part of it.
6. Hetal Nagaraj supervises in classes for all of Texas All Star Talents By Hetal Nagaraj. It is mandatory to follow the task as assigned and must be completed just as asked.
7. Without supervision, it is not allowed means it is not.
8. This qualifies for University enrolled students who are looking for lead positions, often volunteer initiatives.

2. University – Internship – Externship Programs – < paid-internships and paid-externships – SOON >

1. As above. Must have cleared 12th Grade, successfully and enrolled in any county, private or registered university.
2. Must be Enrolled in 12+ Grade programs, be it associate or any other technical or life skills institute.
3. Student Status or Legal Status should be active at all times, contract breaches upon loss of legal status.
4. Ms. Hetal never had any of these level programs since Ms. Hetal hires fresh graduates for projects directly.
   • Latest – g2 dance factory example – fresh graduates, masters programs graduates, or senior master or bachelors program drop outs(basically who have some education).
5. These have not began and very soon, shall commence.

3. Basic Texas All Star Program For Legal Citizens of Country, by the country –

1. From 2027 – Company has never had this category.
2. This is open for those who are legal residents of USA, citizens who could not complete their degrees due to life setbacks or are usually 12th grade drop outs.
3. Legal status is required at all times, immigration permit required in case of certain activites.
4. Must be allowed to take legal payments, payrolls or any such direct mode of remuneration.
5. Minimum volunteer hours and initial task completion is required in full, no exceptions.
6. Must complete internal infra trainings provided personally by Ms. Hetal or must pass through tutorials to ease the work.
7. Constant update of ID card is required, upon expiry.
8. Individuals are not allowed to take ANY initiatives in this program as initial task completion is absolute – must.
9. Individuals with multiple specialities will be on multiple rates and multiple levels because of speciality level, upon the completion of initial task.
