In this probationary, trial period —–

1. Must complete all internal trainings during this period.
2. Must complete all tasks assigned to know the company workforce and internal protocol
3. Must complete all legalities such as paper work, waivers, registrations, regular update of student status, immigration status to name a few.
4. Must complete visiting all the venues, meet teams, handle emails and coordination to learn to converse in formal respectful manner with required documentation.
5. Must complete attendance sheets if provided one.
6. Must submit gas/food expenses – bills with name and appropriate details for reimbursements.
7. Must be able to provide adequate details of the gears, gadgets or backups for proper maintenance of all the company gears.
8. Must submit task list of initiatives if created one for approvals on paper, allow upto 2-3 months if the initiatives call for Pre.Elites or Elites involvement.
9. Anything outside the legal permissions of immigration status is not allowed as these activities cannot stay hidden!
10. It goes without saying, any payments or receivables should not be accepted without permission!
11. Until your supervisor allows you to be on your own, individual is not allowed to do any activity independently.
12. No External client handling. These initiatives are for within the company itself as the brand itself is for training, development, research and talent acquisition programs for the enrichment of community.
