1. No need to lie. I do not have reason to lie, remember that. I dont speak one word under influence of anybody. Zero interest to do that.

4. Do something with me some activity thats visible to public. I dont propose project to individuals ever. It is company.

5. Propose projects and network with me.

6. I do not want to take anybodys feather on my head as my feathers are that many. I just dont care to 🙂.

7. Vendor services will be open on hetaln.com too. Thats other great way too.

8. Dont waste my time and money. My time or money is not yours. I do not wish, intend or want to waste yours. Value.

9. If you are not interested in any of above, say no. All talks via real emails, sms, video conference, personal meetings only. Dont linger. You are not the only one i may have approached.

10. Last but not the least, dont force me to lie about anybody because I won’t. It is what it is, as is.

Truth is like medicine. It cures and heals from within, once for all. I do not have ego. Nobody is that important to me that i will have any ego. I do my work even if my teams dont do their work.

Thats why it is in my name. Its vertical model.

I am not available for anybody without knowing who they are in real life or a pseudo name somebody like Jinal Shah example who has a strong brand presence and everybody knows that ms jinal is with me.

Who you idolize (without psedo name) is your own personal idol and in reality, it is not the same. @jinalshah does not idiolize anybody.

My attraction of anybody in real life is not your problem. How i live and how i keep my family intact (without anybody) is not your problem. How i should live is not your problem.

I have no inspirations from anybody on anything. My family, my environment was and is very beautiful. One call to dad, my family members, in-laws, friends, elder cousins or aunts or uncles solves 10 issues.

About dance, I was born peak fusion era 🙂 That’s how 40 hours of Kathak & that’s why I enrolled my kids in tap, jazz, ballet, gymnastics & hip-hop long before intro them to Indian dance.

Infact every nri in my family or infact most

desi families have done some ballet. It is a sweet lil thing “outside” india. Now they have in india too.

As matter of fact, i have email of this chat with my friends in ballet. This post because, I see some ppl are trying to take that feather of mine. Or let us just say that they are seeking “attention” for their worthless activities haha.

Google youtube 80-90s dances of bollywood and various old dance schools. U will see plenty because of these days social media channel and all that local uploads by city businesses.

Those existed all along while i was growing up. Very much! All that MTV, star channels, youth programs, local youth and ymca groups;it was all fusion.

Not much hiphop but lots of non hiphop fusions. I grew up in school valentine party dances in schools officially, and all that rose day celebrations of parties and fun(Ahmedabad Gujarat). #YES.

Yep, Grace Creations Fusion Company By Hetal Nagaraj or G2DanceFactorybythesettys North America USA was never about desi fusions to focus on.

You all are talking as if Ahmedabad was some village. Haha. Who does not recall roaming around law garden and c g road or kankaria lake until midnight! #YES all major cities have these in Gujarat and Mumbai!

nostalgia. Temples had evening kirtans and bhajan sandhya. There is always some saptah somewhere(haha).

If you all have time someday, google youtube ahmedabad night life! Families come out too just to roam around after a long day.

But, since grace creations is a fusion company, we did desi ones too and inter classical, inter folk too. All folk were my own at keller specifically, in south irving(beyond rochelle road), southlake, Carollton, lewisville. Their success attracted my seniors at Nruthyakala Folk Dance Academy By Hetal Nagaraj.

I moved to this side thats when i started valleyranch, mustang, lewisville, flowermound, plano-121, allen, west frisco, richwoods and one season in mckinney. West frisco was started because of our own Aahana. She used to come to lewisville, stonebrair and independence locations based on her other activities drive.

Every location was started only because an elite or some Elites under trainings moved there. #YES

it was never other way round. I restricted my enrollments because it becomes very busy with all activities that i do on my site too other than dance as i never had anybody to take classes if those were too many.

Prior to that, none of them were in valleyranch, coppell or plano frisco. Some moved after graduated.

All were 4-18 years which means all started as young as 4 years 🙂. Sevel continue above that as well as I offer lot of other programs that benefit in their career, some like mansi is ongoing at their own pace with atleast one workshop in a year or a gig. I have some like Jinal Shah 2nd generation!

The work just keeps going. #YES

Each folk by folk or level by level, bharatanatyam then bharatanatyam level by level, bollywood level by level, they graduated & did all of that.

Most folk were graduated in 2015 before i reconnected to any of my past institutes which was as simple as me being ready for international activities (as its me only who does it)

2015-2018 was startup of Texas All Star Talents By Hetal Nagaraj talent platform. I have manojbhai and santosh as my line of paid judges for some external applicants. Thats about it.

In 2020, first time i had a lineup of all those international teachers b’coz they were come here/in DFW and they could not b’coz of pandemic and later pandemic post disturbances that caused mess in their own holidays (in india & other countries) so they could not travel or had family challenges(parents/elders old age).

thus they took 12 hrs progressive workshops online and not regular classes (because of time zone issue and we did not know how results will be for online classes). None of them could come b’coz of pandemic and post pandemic issues of their own workplace in india.

I only did all in person classes and all the activities, and that includes, all the online setbacks of those students so that they can perform or clear their levels. It was never about me and you. It was about getting it done. I am myself surprised how well it works.

and also, all those students were my own “existing” students that those instructors taught as available(time zone issues and through progressive workshops). their work was advertised only because i had few spots left in the batches so we thought we will fill those up. that’s about it. They are not on instructor’s contract.

Most of my teams (Jinal and all) we enjoy working together because we get really good results & $$ (either) under my leadership or in every field infact. Some contracts expired way long time before 🙂.

Not to mention, my 8 shows had to be cancelled during pandemic;in almost all, they were to perform with me or with my Elites and my other teams.

My several students never took any classes from any of them. Any genre it did not matter #YES.

My very first teams of @grace creations were my own kids and my pregnancy local due date mommy clubs and their school friends in tap, jazz, ballet hiphop teams. They were my first Elites before my kids and mine graduated later in a year. their kids were my first grads as well in multiple genres.

It was ms swati who happens to be one of my own mommy group friend and my first admin of internship program and she is the one that got me started on bollywood program which was hit in first 2-3 years and that huge success attracted my senior classmates’ attention for Mirchi Dance Academy By Hetal Nagaraj.

It was her own daughter (who was dancing with me exclusively in folk and my daughter’s school classmate too) some community program that triggered that idea of must have bollywood.

I do not have to dare either anybody on this. Precisely. I said this before and i tell you today too, i teach by curriculam only and that automatically includes what not to do. I can guarantee on each genre i teach because it is that technique focused🙂. Till date, I have my own teachers’ videos which most graduates choose to get a copy of. Includes my own as well (its at a price based on what all they want).

My students/graduates will never need any correction classes of any type;not in million years & after that too! They can however do regular practices, just for fun, just to get back to it and may be do MORE than I do. This is for any genre, style or category as I introduce them to all. #YES

Specific to Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj, every tiniest task, technique, class or program has a name and whoever it was assigned to on paper to achieve results, success & money. ofcourse, i pay by task, i train as i need, i direct when i see somebody good that i can direct, i produce when i think it will be fruitful to produce or sponsor. Because I can officially on paper as trainer, by field. And, it is legal so I can and I will.

You come and tell me anything about anybody, i will just smile at you and i can show those score cards and task cards that we maintain that are updated after the achievements. It is called keeping your business that clean.

Hiring is freezed until further notice on @graceandgrooves and so is Texas All Star Talents By Hetal Nagaraj program.

Obviously due to recent multiple frauds (of G2DanceFactorybythesettys North America USA – it was leased property on my name – 5 year term lease exclusive to me with headboard/front sign and own suite permits as needed) and i had a deliberate induced fraud & delays by property management company because of their negligence of previous building pending permits.

It was not a sublease rental like we have in other locations & this was in 2021 and then the @texas all star was frauded in 2022. The projects that we lost in those delays of myself and my elites were exceptionally large!

All american 1st, 2nd, 3rd gen citizens were harmed because of above frauds only. It was not because of me or company’s any “wrong doing” or any “scam” since no money was taken from anybody for anything other than their Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj packages/perks or Elites packages.

I had to mention this deliberately. So that people know the truth and from that, 13 of them are my Elites(1st, 2nd, 3rd gen citizens). The others were hired ppl from universities direct thru job sites except the texas all star program fraud(she is not even scholar, all documents are fraud). #YES

All were paid (those eligible) in according to their contracts and on regularly basis. Each Elite has entirely different packages of Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj and on entirely diff program. Since the contract did not commence, the payment is not remitted. However, company did loose the gigs only because of sheer negligence by the property management company. Confirmation of those gigs were not provided until 30 days as planned. Precisely!

However, I lost my company booking fees and such other administrative work expenses that i had to incur to run those project confirmations :(. Not to mention, to prepare all that work, was other 9 months of work as I was to get entire project as is.I only had to arrange their refreshments by each project too. For each Elite, it is different.

It was/is because of exclusively me that company survived all this. it was me in this as a solo investor & a solo entrepreneur and other way round, just passive director for g2 location because i was busy in other locations myself.

Yes, exclusively me and for 1 location only i was passive director. I had my own clientele in those areas around arlington because of my southlake, keller and haltom city/fortworth gigs and private classes(from 2005 sparingly and during 2011 initial years of regular classes). For regular classes and other professional development classes, we had advertisements running constantly! #YES

I dare anybody on this. I do not have partner for g2.

Setty Siblings invested much later after the brand was regulated (as G2) and took it over in 2024 during the mess and their investment made a diff owning them full rights over the brand! Nonethless, their activities have brought company some of the biggest projects independently, other than me / myself / my own work and they do share major stake in the company.

Although, Setty Siblings were the ones that tirelessly assisted during their internships for the dance floor work and are till date the highest performers in every activity. I am so blessed to have these amazing Elites! We had some of our other Elites too come by to test the floor for various gigs;pics of those are on G2DanceFactorybythesettys North America USA.

Setty Siblings are Grace Creations Fusion Company By Hetal Nagaraj initial lines of Elites in some genres as well who laid the foundations of Fusion Company because of jazz, ballet and hiphop! They danced with my kids.

taylor hayes was hired by me on task based recruitment as permits were underway just like other staff and she too was not available full time. she was never my partner for anything.
I never had partner for anything in my entire anything!

IT trainings as usual are compulsory b’coz of company’s infra sits on IT because of today’s technological advances and compliance which is usually tutorials type or documents types through (Sarva Information Systems )which is exclusively mine as well. Automatically this leads to IT knowhow and various off hours trainings or as part of onboarding. #YES

Hopefully soon in a year or in next, we may hire but i am unsure.

Example – Ms Anula’s(Irving) recruit was from that Audition programs. It is a great way to get involved. Obviously because of 2022 fraud, Ms Anula’s batches were compromised, but now we have ms anula as our pref vendor and Ms. Anula has delivered 3 projects a group dances (with her own group) this year itself as a commencement of Vendors of Grace And Grooves by Hetal Nagaraj program (other than her Elite contributions as my dance teams/adults and mix age groups).

Ms. Preethi Cholleti was via direct Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj programs for monthly package. Ms. Preethi Cholleti was offered several gigs and she refused lot of them so that’s not on company either! We will keep her in company’s portfolio if she likes something for 2 years (from June 25th 2025 as now Ms. Jinal Shah’s work has sort of resumed in full gears as over this weekend, we had all got reachh mediaa access from everywhere). This is as per company’s retention policy for such type of issues. Whether or not, she takes the gigs, is upto her.

Preethi Cholleti has been invited for Vendors of Grace And Grooves by Hetal Nagaraj programs as well with her groups. Although her batches were impacted but it was because of her own – she was incharge of them(and was provided phone to handle those activities) and parents refuse to sign up if I was not coming to Mckinney (which was conveyed before that I will not come to Mckinney).

We may have Dhamaal Events USA By Hetal Nagaraj very soon and some online activities are requested too & other such workshops that we resume. Former grads/choreographers or staff of any type are welcome to contact me directly if they have anything in mind.

All the other brands and activities shall continue of all types under me for everything – Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj.

Company will hire only after all of the mess is cleared as Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj has lot of backlog. As Jinal Shah mentioned, her work has just began ever since 2022 Dec- 2024;although via emails, Ms. Jinal Shah did alot! Absolutely love how enthu Ms. Jinal Shah is about “i want to be with you, no matter what you go through”. I am so blessed to have these people in my life (hetaln.com).

I will instruct only at at FM423/Lewisville, Plano-121 Independence/Mcdermott and at Firewheel/Long Prarie Flowermound only for now. I do not have any bandwidth for other locations.

I have moved to part time in performing arts. It is about money. thats why. I have never worked for anybody in this field either unless otherwise mentioned on the website / www.hetaln.com or on http://www.graceandgrooves.com.

We do not conduct *LIVE* sessions from the classroom as it disrupts students. Additionally, our equipment requires a 15-minute setup and cannot be frequently paused. Capturing multiple short class clips also makes backup and management difficult. Usually by location, we have at a stretch my entire visit which is feasible for my type of activity. We do not do any reels.

It disrupts regular class time, especially since we have mixed age groups and some students attend only once a week for one hour.

The clips shared are performances, practice videos, or post-production submissions for clients. I’ve tried using smaller devices, but managing them during class proved difficult and often forgetful.

LIVE and Online are both different.

I have success in online classes which usually is strictly and exclusively under my directives only because those students were/are my own students from scratch (some as young as from age of 4) or under corrective programs or accelerated programs and that aligned during pandemic;thus my international instructors took those since it aligned.

Either way their visit in Dhamaal Events USA By Hetal Nagaraj was stalled because of “forced lockdown” pandemic, i thought it would be great to do those activities online!

If it was no pandemic then it would have been me for those whatever 10-12hours as well. And yes, my directives are by techniques which they have understood pretty well. It is easier for me to write them instead of showing them what i mean. I pen my productions on paper. I just completed designing about 30 of those in various genres and several others. It is one of my speciality that I learned from some of best people in industry. Ofcourse, i paid them for the mentorship classes to learn that. It reduces labor work.

As the only curriculam based dance institute, we cannot post reels of every class. Many students sign waivers, so we use reduced lighting, face blurring, or custom filters to limit facial recognition in promos. Pre-production or pre.show promos or flyers are typically released as public announcements for ongoing programs, usually a few months after events or productions. Eg-in recent promos, you may have seen.

Some of our clients do not permit live streaming, as they typically handle it on our behalf and it is contract that makes us bind to #Yes

I understand that those in less structured or non-curriculum-based setups may engage in such activities. However, we do not, as our classes follow a curriculum and many sessions are strictly for school supplement programs or client submissions. Frequent student entry and exit makes recording challenging and disrupts discipline. Also, we have some students into combo classes which means they sign up for multiple classes/genres.

I’m confident that i will one day find a suitable solution to this without disturbing class. That’s one of the reasons, we do not have meetup groups or online groups either.

Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj has as is class recordings so i dont have any class clips that ppl cant see.

I use all my class recording as is in promos 🙂. I just reduce or increase the “light setting” filter that reduces face recognisition because kids are learning so people should not judge.

Techniques are that magical. It is recorded straight from time i enter to exit. If i am at center for 4 hours, it is a whole 4 hours.

I don’t have many grads in Fort Worth, Texas. they’re likely in universities now or are masters grads of their university specialities & were my first batch/line of Elites at that time.

They used to come to my Keller & Southlake locations, prior to @GraceAndGrooves establishment registration as business/company. I didn’t have any Bollywood(none) but i had creative, and semi. Only program i had annually was indian folk by curriculum & level.

They were also my very first batch of Bharatanatyam who launched Kalasri Institute Of Indian Classical Dances By Hetal Nagaraj in Dallas that fetched me Kalasri brand (after being Elites at Nruthyakala Folk Dance Academy By Hetal Nagaraj in 6 folk dances at national level). Garba, raas, kaikotikalli, gidda, lavani, and lezim community folk.

The name “Elites” was born(used) around that time to identify & optimize Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj. Reachh media was not mine back then though i was billed to that for gigs. It was becoming difficult to address students or groups/batches without level names to market them for gigs & realty competitions. They were super enthu about competitions. Blessed to have such groups.

Elites means more than advance and those who could take the full delivery on their head back to back solo and group. They did not do internships as right after i moved to valleyranch, lewisville, & carrollton areas and also, they were to apply to universities.

I ended my batches & full set of graduates and competition wins to national level in southlake with several grads by program in folk, bollywood through progressive workshops to minimize my batches there as i moved to flower mound, lewisville/fm423 areas and in plano because of my own drive time/heavy traffic. Some had graduated prior to establishment/registration of company as business itself.

Their demographics were 1st and 2nd gen of Gujaratis, Tamilian and one was Nepali through whom i did lot of nepali programs too. Nepali took several nepali folk as well 🙂.

My nepali grad is in touch. She graduated from Berkley i think a year ago with some additional certifications other than her masters and is about to have baby. I only taught their whole family for marriage dances and her own personal private couple dance. I will not be surprised if she opens her own. She did mention that she started teaching a group of students to start somewhere and takes my mentorship.

I have always had one in each Elite line and in each program. In some summers, Aayan was in one of our best seller – gifted program because of his capacity like few others to be Elite. One of youngest Elite (who was not 13). Thus, Pre.Elite. Age requirement is strictly because of certain eligibility of maturity.

Exclusive because he hardly(check above link) took any other instructors classes while we did have alot during pandemic as well. 99.99% are my own and then i have some 0.01% of other instructors who have done their directives under me because they are my students.

If you need any materials, you will need to send them yourself as your own other work. Coordinating such information falls under our PR services i.e.@reachhmediareachh(this DBA services), which are paid offerings. We do not share artist details unless formally engaged for that purpose!

It is entirely different package than our engagements with any artists. Packages vary by service that you may need! Some have super low key, some have medium while some are super high! It’s all in control of parents’ or artist’s wish as per their existing lifestyle and priorities. #YES

Additionally, I cannot share any student videos or clips, as those are protected under waivers and contracts. Legally and ethically, I do not represent you or any student or any choreographer as well, at this time or at any time, and therefore cannot release any information on your behalf to anybody for anything!

With over 65 artists involved in 60+ programs and offlate, nearly 10+ in vendor services, it is not feasible for me to manage or distribute individual data.

We share information only with law enforcement in cases of criminal misconduct and, when necessary, on our blog to document performance related issues and protect staff from false accountability;both actions are legal and ethical to protect the interest of minor and our trainees who have worked hard to achieve every thing hour by hour without compromising their existing lifestyle or school.

Compliance & Requirements

  • 4 page – IT tutorial required to be completed within 2months of hiring. ALL volunteers are required to follow directions exactly as mentioned depending on modules assigned.
  • Compliance training of basic code of conduct required to be completed within 2 months of engagement
  • At all times, must follow directions in any institutional facilities.
  • A government-issued ID with legal residency or valid visa is required at all times. No grace period for out-of-status individuals. Must regularly inform company of your legal residency status / or visa application. Work permit is absolutely required as per contract by the nature of activities.
  • Parents, Students, Handbook – Must Follow
  • Appropriate, casuals, formal classy clothing as requested is absolutely required.
  • Activities we do –More on this on several posts.
  • Must respect your supervisors and bosses. Get the clarity of any task provided. Your age does not define your experience, knowledge, education or expertise.
    • Some of Ms. Hetal’s Elites are exceptionally responsible and advanced, having started early in life!
    • Always remember it was Ms. Hetal’s Elites that made all this possible, one class/one hour at a time.
  • Accountability is absolutely required for all the task assigned. Every task is for every individual;mind your business is the most important one.
  • Do not take credit or tasks assigned to others unless permitted due to their specialty or internship. Respect paid gigs. All activities are tracked via iCloud. Delays may occur due to volume, but everything is fully traceable.
  • Seek permission before starting any activity and do not bring family without approval. Ms. Hetal is not responsible for them. If you do bring your family, have them seated at one place. We do not entertain their engagement in any activities.
  • We do not have overtime. Your task has a timeline decided by you, complete it within that timeframe.

Know about Grace And Grooves from our own post !!

We don’t offer commission programs. Referrals are only allowed by enrolled parents or usually parents are themselves students as well(mommy & me or adults workshops or culture groups), and only after certain classes or if both referrals join together. Some are personal friends though. Parents only refer themselves if they wish to. They do not have to refer. Lot of our parents are not in any facebook groups while some love to hang out.

Since it was always Ms.Hetal, Ms hetal made sure to take limted batches or classes strictly by dates but consistently.

That schedule on website, is Ms. Hetal’s long standing DFW schedule since 2008, shaped by her family commitments and family schedules. With her kids grown and nearly an empty nester, Ms. Hetal may do more, but she’s now back to part-time thus the weekends and a few weekday evenings. These have been her standard class timings since 2008.

That’s why, Ms Hetal never worked for anybody in this field. None.

Ms Hetal occasionally does extra classes other than routune such as private classes, or private groups on weekends other than the steady routine group classes or other additional activities, if family is busy (which most of time is the case because of their own activities). Ms. Hetal has created a wonderful social and family friends support system & all the amazing planning around her family as well that enables her dedicated time.

Carpooling, babysitters, helpers etc and friends too are everlasting. #YES.

Ms. Hetal has lot of family guests too as she enjoys that awesome status and amazing family life (including in-laws). Dare to be that friend or family who is always there for friends’ or extended family or inlaws entire family ? Ms. Hetal is that.

Refreshments & Perks – Vendors 2025 FAQ

Refreshments depend on the type of gig and bookings. Since Ms. Hetal books the full package (from recording, shoot, commercial, models, space & post gig work, & everything), she may need to arrange for the client send crew as well and at times, she may not be in charge for it.

This is communicated in the proposals itself. Charges vary by the activity or by level of model. Waivers are absolutely required without which Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj does not allow.

There is no complimentary anything unless it is explicitly mentioned.

We have not initiated those activities as these require significant preparation and typically take months to organize. And for each, we need post production planning as well.

We may consider starting them later in the year, as these also depend on having standardized dates for each activity. It is only for those who want to do it. That’s why we welcome vendors for external applicants for various work/gigs.

Our current focus is on class & culture activities to begin with to help establish a consistent schedule and by then ms hetal has some family work thats aligned with Ms. Hetal’s availability.

This approach supports both her personal and financial goals. Ms. Hetal has transitioned to part-time due to a recent fraud incident (the incident has caused substantial delays in several other areas of work). This being one of them as all this runs on specific online and submission requisites. Its a very big process 🙂.

Vendor programs are individual program or events and does not make you a qualified vendor as one that represents Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj or Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International like “forever”.

It is by date of performance or a particular project as applicable only.

You cannot advertise yourself as Vendors of Grace And Grooves by Hetal Nagaraj only because it is an “OPEN END” contract thats open to almost all groups or any individual as well

That’s anybody who can share a few performance clips by genre of min 2-3 minutes and willing to be the part of program for that project or date only, as Hetal Nagaraj‘s team to be in that project.

You do not need company name but legal residency and govt issued id is absolutely required. Some other tests may be required based on location. Must comply and must sign waivers.

It is deliberately an “Open End” program and flexible so that people can do their own work as well and it’s a very new program for us as well (Launched in March 2025 exclusively under and by Hetal Nagaraj, Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International).

The contractual agreement of regular vendor services as ongoing programs and gigs will be entirely different and that would be B2B!

We did have C2C though for recent gigs such as Ms. Anula (with her own group, own work and costumes of Ms. Hetal if needed.).

One is our own Ms. Anula (who is our former customer hired through audition workshop, our former choreographer whose batches are impacted because of fraud at Texas All Star brand and Ms. Anula is also an Elite by Audition who have performed with our teams in several programs, celebrity programs and gigs as team during the active years at Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj) and other was other company. We don’t have any investment schemes. We’re a performing arts training school with a curriculum-based model, unlike others. Our entertainment programs reflect our curriculum activities, which is also unique.

Where does investment even come into this?

Occasionally, we invite business professionals (not dancers or dance companies) to participate in paid business opportunities to work with ms hetal on hetaln.com and thats completely separate from our dance or artist management programs.

It is a business. Anything that has money is a business.
