We do not have employee retention programs because we NEVER had ANY employee. Most of our work or assignments are distributed by task only or by modules and by date and timelines. This is because Ms Hetal is trainer and offers training programs within company so that all operations/automations run smooth. Every staff has to take them & every staff always takes them!

Ms Hetal always hires by task or modules or specific hours of fulfillment with specific contract terms and conditions upon delivery of projects as first requirement to qualify for the next!
It is a typical training module method of recruitment!
Because g2 was first exclusive own establishment(subleased under thru a property management firm) of Hetal Nagaraj that was rolled in with huge projects confirmed on paper, there were huge possibilities on having employees. The projects were that big. Those were lost only because of permit delays by the negligence and inefficient decisions of property management firm.
It may surprise all of you that entire city of arlington mocked this property management company on those decisions. In emails and on paper!
It was not on Ms. Hetal. Ms. Hetal is, was and is always that well prepared. Ms. hetal is successful business woman (from india itself and had successful partnerships in India in 3 salons) and is on 28th year of business in USA.
Ms. Hetal is that well trained. #YES
Thats something to think about. History in that.
Look at karma, ms hetal walked out with success in that. And right after that, we had other fraud & theft! Company @graceandgrooves survived that too only because of Ms. Hetal.
Be careful when you harm anything related to ms.Hetal. Ms. Hetal is that good without anybody and Ms. Hetal will walk out just fine while others will get lessons that they will hate to learn in their life. We are that blessed. Blessing does not come easy. This is called one heck of leadership!
It could have been way more worst for students, parents or clients and vendors if it was not for Ms. Hetal’s amazing experience of business, knowledge, education and expertise in all these areas of business and the field of performing arts.
We do not wish to and we have every right not to hire people that have harmed either Ms. Hetal or the company or any of the Elites. Pay to Ms. Hetal for damages and there will be possibility of external brand(not in the company ever because of prior damages) which Ms. hetal will obviously put it on her sites as well.
This company belongs to those who are responsible and accountable. And Ms. Hetal has made it from scratch without anybody throughout. That’s why Ms. Hetal’s name is everywhere. Ms. Hetal is not one of those bosses who will sit and earn money from anybody. Ms. Hetal is a trainer!
Nobody was ever available and they all gave hard time to Ms. Hetal so now Ms. Hetal will not ever have them for anything.
For those who do not know, the company was not open for public registration as students or volunteer staff either until 2012-2013 because prior to that, Ms. Hetal’s services were for friends and family only or those whom she knew personally or thru her Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj PR teams.
Ms. Hetal never enters any partnership, collabs or any work without paperwork or contract/terms/conditions.
That’s why it is this transparent!
History or Patterns never repeated in a million graziilion years.
