Hetal’s cultural, spiritual and faith programs :
This specifically as some of our instructors refused to take certain projects. Ms. Hetal took them as well. These were most of time focused to dance competition, cultural ethnicities and fusion of seculiarism.
Below is just an example of how diverse Ms hetal is, as a company!
These faith programs are other than the regular programs and often these programs run under Ms. Hetal for various spiritual or multi religion organizations that are seperately held as well.

For those who do not know, about Ms. hetal’s religions and countries –
- Ms. Hetal Joshi is born pure brahmin – Hindu (5th gen of Global NRI, India)
- All life studied in convents & missionary schools, and studied 3 religions as Value Education, India.
- Ms. Hetal’s entire career bosses were mixed culture, mixed religions & diverse and that includes her own teachers/guru(s), in India and USA.
- Ms. Hetal’s first partnership was under Germans and Russians (Catholic Christian, half-Jewish & Whites), in India.
- During Ahmedabad and Delhi disputes/riots, Ms. Hetal was saved by a Muslim in middle of mad crowd, not once but twice!, India.

- Ms. Hetal’s first Arab (but Pharsi/Farsi/Irani student) was at G2 Dance Factory to learn a Irani Folk Dance for her brothers’ marriage.
- One of the biggest project in performing arts was by a Hindu group as well. mixed – citizens and 1st gen, USA.
- Ms. Hetal’s one of the biggest supplier was also a Gujarati Muslim while trader was Gujarati Christian, India & USA.
- In DFW, Ms. Hetal’s first line of Elite’s very first Graduate in Folk was Nepali. Her specialities were focused to Hindu Performances (Nepal is hindu country). citizens of USA.
- Fusion Company that you see Grace Creations and later G2’s first batch in 2012-2013 had students from India, Pakistan, Iran, London and USA from religions – Hindu, Christians, Arab & Islam! (citizens, 1st, 2nd gen), USA.
- G2’s first hire & g2 manager were majority South Africans/citizens though;through job site. They were hired by manager, earlier than anticipated. check this., citizens
- Ms. Hetal has taught in all 3 religions in their respective religious and spiritual practices and has right to preach all 3 of them, on paper, in India and USA. citizens.
- Ms. Hetal’s first youtuber influencer was from Nepal whose customer wanted to learn his dances through Ms. Hetal, in person, USA. citizens.

We do not conduct any activities in absence of parents. 1 legal caregiver or 1 parent is always required for any activity.

The most amazing part of it is, that nobody ever asked religion or country during these competitions or competancies of submissions.
People are always amazed by the names of participants! It confuses their brain.
That is why, during conflicts between religions or countries, Ms. Hetal does not take any stances of any of them.
- Ms. Hetal’s own life is multi cultural and multi ethnic/multi religious.
- Ms. Hetal is nominated and several times endorsed to awards because of this niche unbiased approach to Performing Arts!

I will truly miss the sponsored opportunities of BADSHAH and A.R. Rahman due to recent Indo-Pak conflicts. You all have no idea how much i will miss these 2. My whole playists is ready with costumes. I have several wins on those for my Elites too #YES
My Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj has been rated and nominated several times as the most diverse company in performing arts, extremely multi-religious, multi-cultural as well and i cannot take a stand for any religion or country. When i am at place where I have to, that’s when I will. Currently, it is irrelevant.
I have studied all religions and have immense love for all religions and faiths. I hope the issues settle and extremists can stop the hatred and all the mess so that people can live “together”.

Anyway, we are gradually emerging from the recent challenges. My training batches are to resume in full capacity, and I have a significant backlog of work with Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj to catch up on.
It does boil down to bringing money in (as an self reliant independent business) instead of sponsorships events.
Hopefully soon i will have my own teams or teams through Vendors of Grace And Grooves by Hetal Nagaraj or Auditions Teams of Hetal Nagaraj to share that load.
I do not compromise on my schedule since i moved part time.
I am in no hurry to grab those sponsorship programs at all and i definitely want to include those more often but to start on that for later in year. It is amazing to do those!

My first business partnership – In India – was with an indian (a mentor of mine, still in my network & a very good friend), my first marketing manager was a russian (who is like my family now), and my business plan manager was german.(NOW my family friend) City-Ahmedabad, Gujarat/India. They were also my classmates. My first and oldest cloth supplier for my costumes is/was a Muslim who protected me in riots, I was educated by convents & fathers/nuns, I was lead by some of the most amazing hindu spiritual leaders/men & women! My neighborhood had dominance of South Indian Brahmins & blend of business-gujjus. I earned everything I own and that is what my mentors/guru(s) taught me.
