8. Operational Challenges & Program Disturbances

System Disturbances & Fraud to the company (2021-2022 Period)

During this period, the organization experienced operational disturbances associated with several brands, which then were duly reported, documented because of level of damage in the company, reputation and company’s revenue caused due to fraud-criminal disturbances, system interference concerns and code of conduct, which were escalated to relevant authorities for review.

Individual disturbances were –

  • Deliberate pauses in program delivery systems by creating unnecessary setbacks without understanding brand workforce.
  • Deliberately delaying administrative workforce despite the task priority to high income projects.
  • Demotion from every brand and leadership assignments – inability to correct.
  • Inability to take leadership roles, being absent in all the work assigned.
  • Delays in certain project pipelines by creating unnecessary setbacks.
  • Unauthorized activities without consent of company or Ms. Hetal
  • Unauthorized activites outside visa limitations.
  • Program disturbances caused due to code of conduct, despite regular reminders of several waivers.
  • Unauthorized permissions to minors in certain activities without consent of Ms. Hetal and Company.
  • Reallocation of internal company’s resources that contributes toward system recovery and continuity, without permissions.
  • Forged Documents, contracts without permission of company or Ms. Hetal and outside limitations of visa and deactivated automated contract platforms without permissions that ensures transparency and traceability of every contract discrepency.
  • Unauthorized payments received to self in name of company, without consent of company or Ms. Hetal and never received to Ms. Hetal or company.
    • Individual in above fraud interferences – Saumya Bhardwaj Kaur / Saumya Kaur – Not a 20 year old-student and is 30+ year old, defrauded company the Ms. Hetal with fake resume.
    • Despite given all the opportunity to start fresh as a training school would;until company-emails revealed dangerous activities being planned to harm Elites. Individual is reported to authorities.
  • These are verified through the following documented incidents such as evidences of emails, emails to lawyers falsely accusing company or company’s elites or Ms. Hetal, text messages, recorded clips or videos of unauthorized activities and unauthorized permission to minors, refusal of permissions, verified internal findings with unathorized transactions, unauthorized activities outside visa limitations, findings of unauthorized activities posts on social media, contractual disputes because of forged documents, compliance concerns, or formally reported matter to local authorities.
  • These verifications were caught on company’s assets such as company provided gmail ids to converse within company, icloud backups, gadgets and gears backups – phone and laptop, external drives and memory cards — usually provided to every individual in university or student programs for leadership smooth operations.
  • Several emails and details were deleted from gadgets, or company assets and Ms. Hetal was able to retreive them all.

Other disturbances – loss of million$ worth of seeding projects of 13 Elites and several small scale projects at G2 Arlington location due to negligence of property management company in pending building permits, not conversed during contract to company until director found out through city-portals. Certain access to city-portal is not available until permit application is in process as it contains details of previous owners or until city supervisor is followed through. Public access portal was not updated with respect to property until the matter was addressed by Ms. Hetal.

When these projects rolled back because of delays of locations of permits and back to back fraud, Ms Hetal had to bear the costs of all the cancellations and several legal mess that was caused by these individuals. This marks as the worst period in the history of Ms. Hetal’s or company’s life.

It is essential to know that company and Ms. Hetal survived these dangerous setbacks despite certain individual’s deliberate attempts to cause harm to every single individual within company and to clients. Ms. Hetal’s Information Technology-Intellect and collective experiences of life have saved entire teams, key contributors to company and Ms. Hetal’s own family. This also, saved mis-use of database and personal details of individuals.

Program Continuity and Operational Resilience

Despite these challenges, core instructional and performance programs continued in modified formats, including in-person, hybrid and online delivery models.

During this 2021–2025 period, right after these incidences, the organization encountered significant catastrophic operational disturbances and documented compliance-related concerns that affected several programs, partnerships, and revenue-generating activities. Certain matters were identified through written communications, administrative records, and internal documentation processes, requiring the organization to implement corrective operational and governance measures.

As a result of these challenges, some brands and initiatives were/are temporarily paused until funds are received in full, while some are restructured so that organization remains focused on protecting program integrity, participant interests, and long-term sustainability.

Although several Elite Lines, training initiatives, and organizational programs continued successfully under the leadership of Ms. Hetal through the use of contractual safeguards, structured oversight, and continuity planning.

The organization remains committed to transparency, compliance, accountability, integrity of the company and the country thereby strengthening internal operational systems to support sustainable growth and responsible program management moving forward!

11. Risk Management, and Operational Continuity – 2021-2022 –

The organization has experienced operational disruptions that have impacted certain training activities and program engagements across multiple functional areas. These disruptions affected continuity at scale and required immediate implementation of internal controls and corrective administrative measures. In response, the organization has relied on existing contractual agreements, documentation protocols, and compliance safeguards to ensure continuity of essential services and protection of program integrity. These mechanisms have enabled the organization to maintain operational stability and uphold its commitments to stakeholders and participants. The organization has since strengthened its governance framework, including enhanced oversight procedures, documentation verification standards, and internal accountability systems.

These improvements are designed to reduce operational risk, ensure regulatory and contractual compliance, and support long-term program sustainability. The organization remains committed to maintaining transparent operations, safeguarding participant trust, and ensuring all educational and training activities are conducted in alignment with applicable laws, institutional requirements, and grant compliance standards.

12. Contractual Structure and Program Engagement Framework –

The organization utilizes tiered engagement agreements designed to align participant experience levels, project complexity, and operational requirements. These agreements are implemented primarily to ensure organizational safety, clarity of scope, and proper allocation of responsibilities across varying types of engagements. Standard participation agreements are typically project-based and are not intended to create long-term employment obligations unless explicitly designated as full-time or long-term strategic roles. Certain high-complexity, high-budget, or sensitive turnkey projects may require advanced technical competency, demonstrated experience, and established reliability prior to participation due to the operational demands and risk profile of such work.

Entry-level participants are generally introduced through structured learning, training, or supervised project environments that allow gradual skill development and progressive responsibility. Advancement to higher-responsibility roles is based on demonstrated capability, technical proficiency, and successful completion of assigned deliverables. Many engagement agreements include defined duration terms or completion-based structures to ensure clarity for all parties and to support flexible participation models. This structure is intended to provide participants with autonomy while maintaining clear organizational boundaries and compliance with project requirements.

The organization prioritizes ethical engagement practices, transparent expectations, and role-appropriate responsibility assignment to ensure fairness, safety, and sustainability across all programs. Completion of task with respect to funds received to company, without bringing setbacks to company or individuals within the company is a benchmark of delivery.

13. Team Appreciation and Engagement Structure –

This communication serves as an appreciation to all individuals contributing their time, effort, and expertise to our organization’s programs and initiatives. We recognize and value the commitment of our team members, many of whom balance professional roles, academic responsibilities, and other personal commitments alongside their participation in our work.

The organization maintains a flexible and structured engagement model that accommodates individuals at different stages of professional and academic development. Participation in programs may include students, professionals, and collaborators engaged in either full-time commitments elsewhere or concurrent educational pursuits.

As part of our program framework, performance-based teams—including Elite and Pre-Elite designations—are integrated into existing training and production structures. These designations reflect levels of experience, responsibility, and project readiness within performance-oriented teams, consistent with established program standards. Our approach is designed to support inclusive participation, skill development, and progressive advancement while maintaining clear expectations, accountability, and alignment with organizational objectives.

We remain committed to fostering a respectful, structured, and development-focused environment where all contributors are valued for their time, effort, and dedication.

Anantha Dance Production Series

Anantha Dance Production Series…………..

Anantha-1, a dance production series showcasing beauty, elegance, creativity, as well as infinite possibilities of Bharatnatyam, Indian Folk Dances, Rabindra Nruthya, Manipuri And Kathak. All of this without forsaking fundamentals.

ananthaflyer2019Idea of Anantha was implanted in 2018 January when we had faced some challenges that opened doors to other possibilities.

First announcements were made to public in various medias from Nov 2, 2018 and onwards. Every year it just happens that as Grace And Grooves LLC plan their annual programs/recitals and they come out so beautiful that it ends up in dance productions with and without dance-musical dramas.

But the idea of dance recital was not enough for Bharatnatyam and Indian Folk Students after getting ready for 30-45 mins with all that make-up and costume. These students were to be taught the possibilities within the dance form and show it off separately. So, Anantha Production Series it was!

With straight background comes unlimited (Anantha) creativity. Thus, the name of “Anantha” was given to this dance production series with each dance showcasing unlimited possibilities in each dance forms. The name and concept is inspired from several dance production houses or dance institutes like that of her mom, own teachers, formal gurus, dance exponents such as Daksha V Joshi, Mrinalini Sarabhai, Daksha M Joshi, Tanjore Brothers Original Margam, Kalakshetra Foundation, Natyavihar Kalakendra. This intense training of over 34 years has given a shape to Hetal’s own dance creations within exclusive Indian Dance Forms such as Bharatanatyam and Indian Folk Dances. Some dances have also received exclusive copyright permissions to republish under the name of Hetal Nagaraj and some have received competition awards early this year and years before as well.

Anantha opened its door with Anantha-1 in 2019 to begin with on Jan 27, 2019 at Plano Courtyard Theater, Plano, Texas, USA from 330 PM to 730 PM and was a houseful event. The event was an introduction event to her elite students such as Ashna Pethe and The Setty Siblings who are in advance trainings from years now and Rinku Das-a budding artist of Dallas-Forth, Texas. These students roughly danced for more than 2 hours. In Anantha, their intern choreographers, performing teams got every opportunity to be creative under the supervision, direction of Hetal Nagaraj and yet feel challenged without forsaking fundamentals of each dance form. All of it with full safety on practicing it in the right way. It is not about perfection, it is about doing it right.

Hetal Nagaraj is artistic director of Grace And Grooves LLC.  This is her 4th dance program in a row showcasing A Grade Indian Dance Productions with each dance as a reflection of her experiences, trainings and now the degrees. It has been peculiarity of Hetal that her dances include Nritta, Natya and Nruthya as its basic components with balance of Tandav and Lasyam. Each dance of her has a name to define with its subject in the dance along with dance themes that are full of life, happiness, thankfulness, blessings and above all beautiful costumes that she herself designs. But, Anantha-1 is Hetal Nagaraj’s VERY FIRST exclusive dance production for Indian Dance Forms and A Tribute to Rabindranath Tagore Famous Literature and Poems which as a matter of fact matched to our production name. All the students had so much fun learning and practicing for Anantha-1 during their regular class hours itself and no additional class is required. It is not like you pay, you get to be part of it, and be done with it. It is what they have learned, they’ll showcase.

No outside students were allowed to perform or take trainings or as part of freelance dancers. Even the guest artists are/were students of Grace And Grooves LLC enrolled in their exclusive programs. Anantha Dance Production Series is about Grace And Grooves LLC students and their team only. Hetal Nagaraj selects them for this dance production and not everybody is able to make it to her list.

We will always had a special guests like this time we had Rinku Das who will do their own dances and stick to our themes or request with their team or solo but they are our special guests.

From students who wanted the thrill got it covered along with students who wanted the fun of natyam alone still staying in their respective dance forms.

Who said dance forms are boring..Not at Grace And Grooves!

Congratulations to Students Samarth Setty(Age 11) and Tejawini(Adults) for completing their entire Bharatanatyam Margam in Anantha-1 by performing under the strict supervision, instruction and guidance of Mrs. Hetal Nagaraj. This was made possible by dancing back to back for straight 3 hours from Pushpanjali, Allaripu, Jatiswaram, Thillana, Group-Shabdam, Creative Bharatanatyam, Copyright Bharatanatyam Dance Pieces, and Rabindra Nruthya as well. This also means, that it can be very much called their own arangetram, if they choose not to do it as solo arangetrams, separately.

This is Hetal Nagaraj’s 2nd round of completion of full margam from start to finish by teaching it to various students. At Grace And Grooves, we aim to make sure you understand everything you see while we are just doing our job.

Every beautiful thing under this sky has a name and so do the dances.

From the thrill of nritta, beauty as in lasyam, fun of natyam, devotion as in bhakti and tapasya as in training, power as in shakti of tandav and possibilities as in Anantha- the infinite and we are still in same dance form when we do it right!

Anantha-1 Dance Production was made possible by Dhamaal Events in association with Grace Effects ( Gopal S and Dinesh Kumar for photography and videography services).

Big Shout Out To These Young Teenagers who had their paid student assignments at Anantha-1. Aditya Sangole as our Sound Technician and Emcee Yashika Nabar for our Dance Production Anantha-1.

Anantha-2 Dance Production is next scheduled in March 2020.

Dates & Times Will Be Announced Shortly.

Call NOW because time and tides wait for none…. 972 979 2559.

Why Seperate Names For Each Programs?

We always get this questions by people who do not know the art-forms.

That why Seperate Names For Each Programs?

We thought we will pen it, finally!

Bharatnatyam Dances:

Bharatanatyam Students DO NOT want to even hear about what Bollywood/movie dance students are doing.

Funny but true that they are perfectly fine having Indian Folk Dances around during recital times but they want to hear ONLY BHARATANATYAM NEWS.

But they want something of their own that they can rule it for whole 2-3 hours. All that makeup and costumes takes 1 hour just to begin and you just can’t learn dance and leave it there. How to learn to be creative as you walk in this journey!

Thus, Anantha dance production series was started to bring out the creativity in this art form…

Here, check our Signature Bharatnatyam Program

Indian Folk Dances:

Indian Folk Dance students DO NOT want to see Bollywood/Indian Movie Dances posts anywhere happening in their newsfeed or anywhere around them. To them, culture is lost in peppy beats and those thumkas are not ok! Forget about infusing them together.

Here, check our Signature Indian Folk Dance Program.

We are proud of what is not in these dances 🙂

Bollywood Dances :

Indian Movie Dances/Bollywood/Tollywood/Whatever-ALL wood 🙂 students do not want to even hear the Carnatic Music! And Folk Music is not always appealing to people who have lived half of their life talking about movie stars and hearing those peppy beats!

Forget about seeing their dances on one page and don’t even talk about ta tai tai tha..

Here, check our Signature Bollywood/Tollywood Dance Program.

Grace Creations :

Fusion dances is whole new story and is not everybody cup of tea.

Whoever dives in it will have to do the trainings.

Why ?

  • So that they don’t harm their body while trying something new that their body does not identify..
  • So that they can dance all their life in-spite of all the wear and tear that their body goes through..
  • So that you can look beautiful and be exceptionally creative.

Guess what, Students of Fusion Dances at Grace And Grooves LLC can still define their dance moves with names 🙂 And yes, all of them has NAMES.

Biggest advantage of separate brand name on each activity is billing, contracts as well as advertisement followup becomes easy / traceable on expenses and accounts. This includes standard laws that are applicable directly without any contract!

Because money is business, business is money, passion is business too and so is fundraiser! This helps in clarity of each activity, genre and style as well as category.

List of our activities we do by genre, style and category – https://wp.me/p7EbkV-42u

Above ALL what differs from Audience & Dances is : Some businesses or dance academies are bought either from Hetal Nagaraj’s own partnerships or bought in full price, as is with full inventory. This is other reason, why these names cannot be changed. The presence of these academies in various social medias were so vast before the merger with Hetal Nagaraj that it makes it impossible to merge on any platform other than putting them in the websites. No Social Media merges these accounts due to differences in services. But otherwise, Check one of the speciality of Hetal Nagaraj : Mergers & Acquisitions.

How We Choose Competitions and Competitions we go to: READ HERE

Voting/Reality Competitions –For Pre.Elites/Elites Only.We strongly do not believe that you need people’s votes/or dirty politics to win the competition or an award. Your dance has or should have more value than all of that.

  • For any Reality Competitions or Gigs, we do not allow below 13 yrs, irrespective of your Pre.Elite/Elite Status unless you are an exception like www.thesettys.com.(these kids had a direct commercial walk in gigs from the age of 8 months old and 3 year old through their own parents or agencies & were established by the time they were 5-8 years old or by the time they enrolled for the program for other trainings).

Fusions – For Trained Pre.Elites/Elites Only. Our trainings have given us so much that we are never run out on creativity within the dance forms. Fusions  are our signature creations from year 2000 due to Hetal Nagaraj’s own professional trainings in several genres which Hetal took to keep up to industry demands in educational as well as commercial field such as workshops, trainings for gigs and performances most of which was trend. Such as Ms.Hetal Nagaraj’s Kathak choreography trainings.

Competitions or submissions for awards are NOT compulsory but it always adds an extremely high benefit to students that compete in these programs as these are curriculam & by level with required elements per level, at times precise skill list is also provided.

    • This exposure provides a great sense of stage etiquette, sportsmanship, confidence, critics and how to handle and mutual respect within several specialities. Unlike reels, dancing LIVE before the audience boosts confidence!
    • As we are a dance school, those updates of these programs/competitions/awards are often send to parents and teacher/student/parent might choose to participate.
    • It depends on requirements of these programs or competitions or eligibility criteria. Trainings are for techniques. Techniques include everything(creativity is technique too).

Not all students compete for all types of awards or competitions or publishing awards by eligibility. Most reasons are :

    1. submission process is extremely precise (strictly by age and so several are very young to apply or do not meet the cut off dates).
    2. Eligibility criteria is strictly by skill level and so several students may not qualify if students have missed few classes or the preparation time is much less than needed in most cases.
      1. Suddenly “to master a skill” for a competition is extremely challenging (mentally and physically) as compared to mastering a choreography or adjusting a particular dance by time limit and so we recommend that you do not compete.
    3. formalities/forms/coordination/waivers and 100% transparency. These formalities require 2-3 hours to submit just 1 entry/participant and thus there are fees associated with everything (and there are program/competition/participant fees and then costumes and several other fees).
    4. Multiple round entries. Most Teens often apply for multiple rounds as “physically”, it is easier for them to perform multiple rounds and obviously are trained.
    5. The dates of competition or submission doesn’t match the availability of either teacher or student or parent/responsible adult supervised parent or caregiver.
    6. Student/Teacher/Parents are not mentally ready or somethings do not align.
    7. The date conflicts with exam dates or family vacations (since most are scheduled w/booked tickets). Competition dates are either scheduled by org earlier than 3months or are usually 2-3months prior. Depends.
    8. Occassionally, family emergencies such as sudden death, sudden sickness of participant or parent responsible for adult supervision of participant, sudden travel of supervised parent or a very good deal for international vacation for whole family.
    9. and thus a student usually prefer to perform in our in-house or our own programs/shows until it alligns. All with full trainings under hetalnagaraj and are extremely beautiful/graceful dancers.
    10. All our dancers will showcase techniques and all the attributes of performing arts because of our training. You can see all our students in all our in-house shows taking lead thus earning Pre.Elites and Elites Status! One such latest example is Aayan.
