About G2 Dance Factory’s history. It is our sister-brand from & by our award winning dance company/registered-group/teams to train individuals for high budget performing arts, also provide regular dance lessons and was established by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj for her first line of Elites in 2012-2013 in multiple genres in Irving & Carrollton-Coppell areas of Texas, USA in multiple genres : Grace Creations Fusion Dance Company. In 2021, G2 dance factory papers were approved and entire studio was remodelled with custom floors, by the settys and Hetal Joshi Nagaraj with certified contractors. Several floor testing was done by our elites such as Ms. Aahana, The Settys and other local dance friends of Ms. Hetal Joshi M who visited G2, at every layer of floor and we all wanted the high speed and safe floors to be flawless for shoots/stunts/stills/competitions.
Ms. Hetal specializes in re-modeling and construction through her networks and her own “direct” experience in remodeling and construction from scratch for 5 projects(India and USA with min 1 crore INR to 750K US$). This includes her own house in USA that she has fully customized just the way she wanted with builders. Some of blue-prints has Ms. Hetal’s name on it as designer 🙂
Other locations, commercial projects in Dallas, Fortworth, Arlington and surrounding areas of our regular clients will continue as per schedule and all. All the other activities as well will continue.

Justin Yoon : grads with Ms. Hetal – listed here. Justin was never available at g2 location in person because he moved to other state by the time g2 city-permits were received to conduct any activities.
Since most/almost all of our 2021 classes were still going online or hybrid for the entire year of 2021 until Oct 2021, Justin assisted by curriculam in hiphop classes of Ms. Hetal’s own batch as per his timezone-availability at Lewisville location(-in person at lewisville & online for the others b’coz of hybrid). All students performed at their levels in August 2021 mega show of 3 productions + outdoor shoots and outdoor productions in one day introducing G2 dance factory.
Ms. Hetal broke all records of 3 stage-shows in one day with her own exclusive students + her elites’ first batches – Ms. Ashna & The Settys (Nirja Setty & Samarth Setty) + Outdoor shoots + Outdoor productions by genre + Several Elites graduated by location, by genre and by program too + her other choreographers’ contributed batches(Ms. hetal is now a grandma) that usually perform in Ms. Hetal’s shows!
G2 first line of staff was hired early despite instructions to Ms. Taylor(first manager of g2) about city permits and previous tenant pending permits to city which delayed the remodling/flooring. From all the staff hired, we could only use Justin as hiphop and contemporary batches were in-session under Ms. Hetal and so he was assigned as per his timezone-availability-1 to 2 batches. Ms. Taylor was asked to take one but she did not have any experience teaching teens so we waited to assign any batch. The other hiphop and contemporary students choosed to stay with Ms. Hetal as most dances were about to be done and camps were in person with Ms. Hetal at Lewisville & Frisco FM423 with strict instructions of “in=person class” only. Infact, by the time we received permits to run the business or to remodel the place, the entire first hire of staff had either moved to other cities or we had to let them go because of “early hire and zero work”. Ms. Hetal’s students refused to leave Ms. Hetal or take any online class for any of the specialities from anybody.
Justin was moved to G1 from the time he was hired. Justin was fully experienced with technicalities of hiphop by level and in his specialities dealing with kids & teens of all ages. Ms. Hetal takes his paid-choreo work for hiphop for the students that were trained under both since several students of Ms. Hetal and G1(grace and grooves – hiphop, bollywood-hiphop, broadway styles) did the drop-in classes with him-online side by side with Ms. Hetal. Few students of Ms. Hetal & Justin (taught by both during 2021) were selected to compete in his state (where he moved) as well for a national level competition in multiple genres. so, if they were to visit for competition in person in Dec 2021, Justin was assigned to give them competition preps and routines as per the plans-locally!
Either way by the end of Nov 30th, 2021 our students decided not to go for nationals to his state because of personal trips/travels during December 2021 that was overdue because of pandemic lockdowns. Justin is since then the part of G1 group for any freelance work that may be assigned for his specialities.
2nd line of staff was hired from 2022 by Ms. Hetal Joshi M, Hetal Nagaraj right after Ms. Taylor moved. Ms. Taylor did everything that was assigned to her in her committed hours. Ms. Taylor couldn’t handle G1 brands as it was out of her understanding and so we didn’t have any work. By then, Ms. Taylor had moved too :). Website design of g2dancefactory was Ms. Taylor work inspired from her own peers site and it was made by interns & grads of Hetal Joshi M – IT speciality under Ms. Hetal’s leadership. From 2022, all online classes were moved to in-person except for a few with ms. Hetal. For example : a few of her students bought new house in some other city and didn’t want to leave their batch mates and their trainings are almost done!

Biggest Fraud in the history of company Saumya Bhardwaj Kaur ( we give credits for everything because why not 🙂 : 30,000$ as of Feb 2023 + 8 months of total mess (it is April 2023 and we are still re-doing entire 8months of all the work assigned to her). That’s 16 months of delays in everything and for each project assinged to Ms. Saumya. Fraud damages in $$ still under calculation.
Proceedings will occur once we are done accessing the total $ damages. Everyday something is surfacing.

Dances are so much fun even within the dance form that students love it until they achieve epitome or mastery over it. After that, they continue with their further journey.
Dances are so creative that they love to not only perform but they love to get into internships because of the way they are lead to simple steps of success. Why burn out – when you don’t have to!

Lot of fun concepts are added to appeal newer generations. But what has concept to do with fundamentals or rules of performing arts ?

Ms. Hetal’s Journey in Performing Arts Before 2004 and Her U.S. Establishment
The journey of Ms. Hetal in the performing arts is a testament to a life long passion, value of life, value of time, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to cultural education. With roots deeply grounded in classical and folk traditions, her career began long before her emergence on the American stage.
1993 – 1994 – 1995 – Gujarat, India.
Ms. Hetal was officially introduced as a commercial educational artist in drama between 1993 and 1995. During this period, she entered into a series of contractual programs(seeding projects, one after other – fulfillment of prior projects as requirement, yearly) that showcased a comprehensive repertoire of performances, spanning a range of dance genres.
These early endeavors marked her formal entry into the professional performing arts landscape, laying the foundation for a distinguished career.
1998 – 1999 – Gujarat, India.
By 1999, Ms. Hetal had already begun to make her mark as an Educator. Under the independent mentorship of her guru(s) and PR teams in Mumbai & Hyderabad, she graduated her first cohort of students in India in the classical art form of Bharatanatyam and in a variety of Indian folk dances. This milestone reflected not only her mastery of these traditions but also her growing influence as a teacher and mentor.
In 2003, a new chapter began with her marriage, followed by her relocation to the United States in 2004.
Rather than pausing her artistic pursuits, Ms. Hetal embraced the transition as an opportunity to relaunch her side hustle career in a new cultural landscape. Ms. Hetal began performing solo, participating in competitions, and engaging in various artistic collaborations—all through her own self-established public relations (PR) company. This venture allowed her to manage and promote her work independently, building a strong personal brand within the diaspora community.
From 2004 to 2006 – Michigan, Kansas, Missouri, Dallas & Fortworth | 2005 – 2010 – Dallas, Fortworth, Texas, USA
Ms. Hetal worked independently, earning recognition for her dynamic solo initiatives and unwavering dedication to the performing arts. Her growing schedule and consistent presence in the community eventually created the foundation for something more formal.
2010-2012 – Dallas Fortworth Metroplex, California, USA
In 2011, she transitioned from independent work to a structured model of arts education by founding her own company in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area. This marked the beginning of an era characterized by systematic instruction, cultural preservation, and innovative programming in Indian classical and folk dance education.
Ms. Hetal’s journey—rooted in tradition and adapted with innovation—continues to inspire both artists and audiences across continents.
Group Names Used Before 2011-2012 for Indian Dance Performances: Dallas Sitare, Dallas Dance, Irving Gals, Dallas Dancers, Desi Dancers, Naach, Dallas Boys, Desi Beats, Nach Le, Dallas Desi, Groovy Boys, Graceful Girls, Dallas Stars, Irving Boys, and others.

2012 : Grace And Grooves LLC was established and registered in State of Texas by Hetal Nagaraj.
Programs and Clientele Overview:
Indian Folk Dances and Bharatnatyam were the primary programs offered.
Private group sessions, including Couple Dances, Therapy Dance Lessons for Couples, Marriage Parties, Mehndi Nights, Birthday Parties, Sweet 16 Parties, and Bollywood Fusion with Classical Dances, have been ongoing since 1999 under the guidance of Hetal.
The majority of clients were Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) legally settled in the Dallas Metroplex area, including participants from Vidya Vikas Hindu Temple classes, Northlake College, and other local colleges. A smaller portion of the clientele included Non-Indians, such as Mexican, Italian, and African-American participants, as well as students from various religious backgrounds seeking guidance on dance dramas incorporating Indian dances, similar to Hetal Nagaraj’s training.
Over 50 students of all ages, ranging from 5 years old to teenagers and young adults, were registered in these programs.
2013 : Grace Creations performing team was formed
Grace Creations Program Overview
The Grace Creations performing team was established to foster the fusion of various Indian and Non-Indian dance forms and styles. It was designed for experienced and trained dancers seeking to elevate their creativity and perform regularly.
All students were trained exclusively in their respective dance forms and styles, with artist collaborations forming a core part of the program. [Click Here]
Bollywood classes were offered to private groups and friends, specifically targeting select performances or competitions. Student enrollment for these classes was structured as group sign-ups.
Pre-Elementary Bharatnatyam classes were introduced in Irving, Coppell, Keller, and Southlake, Texas, and were exclusively taught by Hetal.
Approximately 15 students were registered for the exclusive Grace Creations program, having been trained in various Non-Indian performing arts through dance institutes and schools. Some students had also earned school credits in their Independent School District (ISD) programs in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip-hop, Contemporary, Theater, and Lyrical dance.
Other participants included Bharatnatyam students from different styles, Kathak dancers, and Odissi dancers, along with those trained directly by Hetal
What inspired to create these fusions ? Her own daughter’s experiences in non-indian dances.
Background and Formation of Grace Creations and G2 Dance Factory
Ms. Hetal’s daughter received five years of formal training in institutional, educational, and non-commercial dance schools in Tap, Jazz, and Ballet as a pre-competitive and competitive dancer at the city and state levels before transitioning to Indian dances and recreational Hip-hop training.
Her daughter’s decision to leave non-Indian dance forms stemmed from feeling isolated as the only Indian participant when advancing to higher levels. Consequently, she discontinued her training in non-Indian dance forms in 2011 and shifted to Indian dances. Despite this transition, she maintained strong friendships and continued collaborative training in non-Indian performing arts from 2011 onwards, ensuring a positive and safe environment.
Following this experience, in 2011 and 2021, Ms. Hetal encountered several other parents whose children faced similar challenges. This led to the formation of Grace Creations in 2013, inspired by Ms. Hetal’s deep-rooted background and the positive, supportive relationships she had built. Grace Creations was established as a hybrid platform, integrating Indian and non-Indian dance forms.
Subsequently, G2 Dance Factory emerged as an advanced extension of Grace Creations. It was established as a separate brand focused on commercial, professional, and educational governance.
These developments significantly enhanced Ms. Hetal’s existing institutional knowledge and expertise, which she had gained through training with her teachers in India. Her extensive experience working with institutional performing arts schools and choreographers in non-Indian dance forms in the USA provided her with valuable insights. Diversity has consistently been a part of Ms. Hetal’s life since her school and college days, reinforcing her ability to create inclusive and enriching dance programs.

2014 : Bharatnatyam was introduced with structured curriculum.

A structured full-course program in Bharatnatyam, following the Kalakshetra style, was introduced with an enrollment of eight students.
2015 : Bollywood, Tollywood, and Indian Movie Dances was introduced.
Recreational Classes were introduced in Bollywood and Bharatnatyam(Southlake) for those who don’t want to perform or do it strictly for recreational purpose.
Structured Program was further enhanced for Bharatnatyam, Folk Dances of India, and Bollywood/Tollywood/Indian Movie Dances.
Bollywood/Tollywood Dances got Level by Level structure to focus on body mechanics, movements, ability level as per age and was successfully implemented.
Choreographers started teaching independently their own works with minimal or no supervision or with/without direction from Hetal Nagaraj.
Skype Lessons were introduced for Bharatnatyam, Bollywood And Indian Folk Dances and successfully implemented and continued. Choreographers : Hetal, Buvaneshwari.
Professional Bharatnatyam And Kathak Choreography Classes were introduced for students with background of advance dance forms or dance styles exclusively for competition and special feature purposes.
Classes in Bharatnatyam, Bollywood(Private Group Per Event) and Indian Folk Dances were offered separately in Irving-Texas, Coppell-Texas, Southlake-Texas, Frisco(Private Lessons and Workshops), Plano-Texas, Grapevine-Texas, Keller-Texas, Flowermound-Texas.
Hiphop Classes at recreational level started in late 2015 – 2016 Jan exclusively by Hetal Nagaraj – www.hetaln.com

2015-2016 – All Elite Students were trained separately –
For Targetted Indian Folk Dances by Hetal,
Professional Bharatnatyam by Hetal,
Professional Kathak Workshops by Mansi and then further by Hetal.
This created need for costumes for their teams as well or just friend and family that we allow to perform on our stage.
This led to the launch of Jazz it Up By Hetal Joshi M (2015–2016), a wholesale costume supplier brand supporting performing arts schools across the USA.
Jazz it up is the economy brand that was exclusively launched as an E-commerce brand on and w/name of www.graceandgrooves.com for wholesale costumes.
2016 : Musical Dance Dramas were added to Annual Programs.
The initiative focused on encouraging dramatic dance elements (Natya and Navarasa) under Hetal’s supervision, with 4-8 minute routines based on organizers’ requests. Grace and Grooves aimed to complete all Navarasa by year-end for students across various dance forms.
The Grace Creations Program was temporarily paused.
Classes in Bharatnatyam, Bollywood, and Indian Folk Dances were offered in Irving, Coppell, Southlake (recreational), Frisco (private lessons/workshops), Plano, Grapevine, and Flower Mound, Texas. Bollywood recreational classes continued for dancers not performing regularly.
2017 September And Onwards :
Dance Forms and Bollywood was separated with seperate DBA to submit in different competitions and audiences.
Nruthyakala Dance Academy : For All The Indian Folk within Categories.
Nruthyakala Folk Dance Academy By Hetal Nagaraj was bought by Ms. Hetal from her own senior and now its a DBA as assumed name for our folk initiatives by curriculam and all that folk activities (unlike other dance academies).
Kalasri Classical Dance Academy :Bharatnatyam Program made it to seperate DBA to submit to different competitions, audiences and to demanding trends of creative Bharatnatyam choreography works from university trainings & past trainings of Hetal Nagaraj’s Mother – Lt. Smt. Daksha Trivedi Joshi (D.M Joshi), Guru(s), Institutes & Schools. Exclusive to Pre-Elementary, Elementary, Standard, Creative and Accelerated Bharatanatyam Dances.
Bharatnatyam Theme & Dance Dramas will dance under Kalasri.
Name is inspired from Kala as in art and Shri/Sri/Shree written as “श्री” in Devanagari. Wherein, Sri is salutation given in tamil language with regards to Bharatnatyam where sri is most acceptable layman term for shri or shree or “श्री”. Likewise in Sanskrit.

2018 September :
Rg2 Dance Productions was formed in collaboration with Raagaleena Dance Academy (A Premier Kuchipudi and Bollywood Indian Dance Company In Irving) for various locations to provide bigger, better and more refined quality dance works for all the Bollywood, Hiphop and related dance productions. Very First Dance Production of RG2 Productions went LIVE in LIVE audience on September 29, 2018 with around 15 advance dancers of Raagaleena Dance Academy and Grace And Grooves LLC in total and with an audience of over 250 people.
ALL Costume & Jewelry Exclusively Designed, Provided by Hetal Nagaraj.
Dhamaal Events was launched in partnership with more than 25% share with Hetal Nagaraj and as part of Grace And Grooves regular events for all the dance related major outside/international guests/faculties activities other than routine dance lessons on social media. 2018 December :
RG2 Dance Productions was dissolved with mutual agreement between Grace And Grooves LLC and Raagaleena Dance Academy due to unpredicted emergency travel dates of owner of Raagalaeena Dance Academy.
Anantha-1 was successfully showcased without ANY Bollywood or other dances.
Costume Line launched successfully.
2019 – Dhamaal Events was bought in FULL 100%.

Anish Rangrej Visited DFW AGAIN and this time Dhamaal Events made a louder noise with structured level by level Navaratri Garba & Dodhiya Workshops. From Beginners To Intermediate and Advance. Lot of dancers who had started their workshops with Hetal last year as beginners or intermediate had a chance this Navaratri season to complete their Intermediate and Advance steps with Anish as the sudden dates of his arrival and workshops aligned.

2019 September 14, 2019 – Our first Bollywood Dance Production featuring Sarvaa Dance Production featuring Bharatanatyam, Folk And Bollywood along with an exclusive Fusion Category of Dances was successfully showcased in DFW of North Texas at Killian Middle School.
2019 November, 2019 – Our Very First Kalaripayattu Batches Begins Officially with first set of batches.

The Elite brand was later launched in 2018-2019 to cater high value customers for commercial productions.
The Elite brand is not named per se but it’s sales was no later than 2021 under www.graceandgrooves.com exclusively under Hetal Joshi M.
2020 April 1 : Grace And Grooves first time Online Classes for existing / enrolled students started (due to shutdown/lockdown due to Covid 19). Classes to her own friend circle, friends, families, dance teachers’ students has been happening from 1999 as continuation.
2020 April : Several new teachers/graduates of Grace And Grooves started first time internships under the leadership of Hetal Nagaraj. Some started their first time teaching internships!
2020 May : Grace And Grooves took over Reachh Mediaa, a blog & artist management company that was owned by freelancer and was taking care of company’s blog/you-tube releases – video submissions from 2013.
2020 May onwards, all the classes including the NEW registration started for DFW Areas of North Texas. Online Class Schedule.
2020 June End Onwards : Santosh, our pre-judgement competition team member started teaching online. He was also our featuring artist for Sarvaa Dance Production 2020 which got postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns/show cancellations.
In 2020, g2 dance factory was formed as DBA and venue-papers were signed in Arlington, Texas, USA. The brand was created by Hetal Nagaraj to create our own teams for Grace Creations Fusion Dance Company and to enter the world of Non-Indian Performing Arts with full trainings for those who are well-settled in USA and have embraced the culture as well as diversity in their life.
For those who don’t know, Ms. Hetal’s own daughter has full 5 years of trainings in institutional/educational/dance school/non-commerical – tap, jazz, ballet as pre-competitive and competitive dancer/teams/city and state level before she moved to Indian Dances and recreational-hiphop training. From 2012 itself, several collaborations continued with her own hiphop/jazz/contemporary teachers under the leadership and other contributions/participations of Hetal Nagaraj from 2013 to 2019 with indian dances for the love of performing arts and create fun-fusions for those students who are 2nd/3rd generations in US. Some recreational batches and performances of hiphop and contemporary also happened in Irving, Lewisville/Carrollton and Southlake from 2013 to 2015 by her own teams who were fully trained under various faculties hour by hour/year by year by her or by teachers she had hired from Coppell Dance Center and other freelance institutional-non-commerical-choreographers. Those teams in 2013 to 2015 won hiphop competitions as well and in 2016 the program was kept on-hold because same teams/students were in the curriculams in Indian Dances. Other than that, their trainings in other hiphop technicalities were required to go to next levels as well.
From academic year of 2019, Grace And Grooves/G1 and Hetal Nagaraj again started her exclusive batches of Hiphop and Contemporary again from they left(with same students). And g2 was then finally established!
2020 marks the year of Grace And Grooves Group where several of our pre-judgement competition judges and team members start teaching regular basis for our online and in-person classes along with Hetal Nagaraj.
Including Hetal Nagaraj, all of them are International Teachers/Dancers/Artists as of 2020.
Dhamaal Events Website was moved to grace and grooves website. A DBA was formed under Grace And Grooves in 2020 to carry forward the legacy under same brand. Check NEW page of Dhamaalevents.

August 8, 2021 : Hetal Nagaraj broke her own several records & made a history in Entire Performing Arts:
Exclusive by genre – 3 dance productions in 1 day (Anantha Classical Dance Production, Rang Folk Dance Production & Sarva Cinematic Dance Production) featuring Bharatanatyam, Kalaripayattu-Dance, Kalaripayattu- Martial Arts, Chhau Dance & Martial Arts, Indian Folk Dances, Bollywood, Tollywood, Theater/Drama, Dance Drama by genre, Literature and Language Series by Genre, Hiphop, Indian Hiphop, Contemporary, Fashion Show by her teen groups! Each of her production were non-stop 2 hours. First production started at 12 noon and last one ended at 730pm.
Longest Danceathon of straight 19 Mins featuring our pre-competition teams and her national level elites – by genre.
Hetal herself performed a full dance routines with/without her students in Bharatanatyam, Hiphop, Folk Dances, Contemporary, Kalaripayattu, Chhau, Fusions and Fashion Show Routines.
Hetal started her first show w/her students at 19 years under her teachers. Hetal broke her own record of that too when her 18 year old’s first set of students performed flawlessly – that signedup exclusively under Ashna’s own name – NOT under Hetal’s name :). Ashna Pethe.
Hetal’s Graduate Samarth Setty(Age 13) had his first solo student who performed beautifully on stage(Age 7).
Hetal’s own graduate Nirja Setty(15) had her first set of intern classes in Bharatanatyam. Her own student – a 12 year old started her sub-internships as well for those who needed help.

Hetal as well Grace And Grooves Altogether broke our own record this time for having maximum number of LIVE Shoots during the show itself – Outdoor and Indoors as part of our own show on August 8, 2021 without having you-tube channel.
Theater Series Part 2 went LIVE on stage with full dialogues, acting, music/sound and light effects under Hetal.
We broke our own record of having several virtual students – who went on stage as is with full costumes and routines!
Record Breaking 300 people visited as running audience that were our dance school parents-just her own students’ strength and more than 70 students participated in this event. Outsider artists, teams, guest artists etc and texas all star activities were strictly prohibited this time due to Covid.
From March 2020-Aug 2021 : Over a dozen shoots happened for the shows that got cancelled.
Record breaking 8 shows were cancelled due to COVID-19 from March 2020 to August 2021 for which advance planning was done including international artists and several of our own teachers-who visit US often. They all live here & travel often.
The first order of Retail was delivered in Jan 2021 (just after the pandemic lockdown) & before the G2 brand initiation for lease in Arlington. Based on this, in 2021 August, Grace Creations Retail infrastructure was designed, planned and implemented exclusively by Hetal to cater to custom request of retail sales for local dancers for smaller orders.(Less than 15-20 costumes), this included G2.
2021-2022 –
G2 dance factory was registered under Grace And Grooves under Hetal Nagaraj / Hetal M Joshi exclusively. G2 story.
Ms. Hetal faced a multi-million$ fraud from a newly hired volunteer scholar program individual other than the forced inducement by the property manager and vp’s decision for g2 commencement of lease without permission which was just before the newly hired volunteer fraud. This is other than the online financial fraud that occured on our online systems.
The collective fraud and online fraud resulted in huge mess that jammed our online systems “entirely” and several other backlogs everywhere. Individual Saumya was fired the moment everything was caught.
2022 –
Texas All Star Programs was / is paused until further notice.
Reachh Mediaa Artist Management Program is only for own graduates.
August 2022 –
Audition Programs Launch for Sponsored & Performing Programs.
Page was however created in 2025 as the program was stalled in 2022 right after Bhoomi Trivedi’s Sponsored Program of Hetal Nagaraj.
Program was stalled because of massive fraud of 2021-2022 & Ms. Hetal had to put off everything to handle issues.
G2 dance factory plugs were pulled out because of massive damages which resulted in lawsuit which could have avoided if property manager would have coordinated well and if the fraud did not occur. The company lost several clients which were bagged for that location back to back for straight 8-9,months, as a huge pipeline of shoots and scheduled workshops due to sheer negligence of incompetant property manager and during that time as well, the commencement date was not discussed upon and for rather forced without prior notice which resulted in other unprepared issues.
Further more, company saw what it did not see in place like india in 27 years of Ms. Hetal’s own business & 39 years of life such as theft, contract forgery, mess in online systems resulting in jammed systems, mess in stock/inventory registry, chaos, mess in subscriptions, confusions, complaints from venues handled by saumya, deliberate effort to harm Elites by ruining their projects, complaints on code of conduct, slum area behavior of certain parents that was led by saumya and endless police complaints pointing to just one person – saumya and eventually Nritya/Pratap.
All systems of Grace And Grooves run on icloud based applications & portals. We take regular backups of everything from gadgets, gears and company laptops to online activities. Retreiving data was matter of time by dates of backups and was tedious or time consuming and was thus, traceable in 2024! Appropriate steps are taken on this.
Several locations of Ms. Hetal and several other artist’s lives were impacted because of this fraud and delays of g2 which resulted in catastrophic damages in other locations as well because of backlog.
When it comes to Ms. Hetal, YES, you are allowed to dream BIG! That is ms. hetal’s strength and capacity. Company runs on Ms. Hetal exclusively other than all the other activities.
This resulted to complete freeze in hiring and a pause until further notice on Texas All Star Programs, 501 3 c programs.
Year 2024 –
ALL locations were minimized to several operations and activities so that Ms. hetal can focus on clearing all the backlog which further impacted Ms. hetals’ personal life as well and that resulted to several backlogs of several pending family work in personal life. Only Ms. Hetal knows this because this entire build of infrastructure is mastermind of Ms. Hetal. The system backlog took longest time because of integrations to several portals and sensitive information of passwords and phone number to each!

Manojbhai and several Dhamaal Events international instructors were scheduled in 2020 but then because of pandemic, their USA visits were postponed until further notice.

G2 is/was moved out of USA keeping it’s location low key until it reaches international.
March 2025 Hetal successfully delivered an international program through consultations and on paper design of entire production as well as program in 3 cities (internationally while Hetal was in USA) & with extremely happy clients and viral videos of those stage performances all over twitter, youtube and tiktok. It was a big hit!

IRS (INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE) grants Grace And Grooves LLC, a status of CORPORATION for stocks and trading.
December 3, 2024 –
United States Patent and Trademark Org (USPTO) grants Grace And Grooves, a registered trademark to Hetal Nagaraj/Hetal Joshi in 8 products and services in education and 8 of them in mainstream entertainment as well!
February 14, 2025 –
Vendor Applications were Opened for the first time in history of Grace And Grooves as well as Hetal Nagaraj’s own performing arts timeline. Link.

All contracts and IT infrastructure were updated to address potential future issues, based on prior fraudulent deliberate activity by a volunteer on company devices and several other issues. Click here.

All classes that were exclusive under Hetal Nagaraj continued as before;Hetal had to however downsize the locations and not take new students because of hetal’s time was required to clear all the mess.
Moved G2 Out of USA in 2023 without delay and launched it successfully with gigs, shows and artist launch programs.
G2 was acquired by The Settys due to their substantial monetary investment, losing full control on G2 activities and downgraded my own partnership to partial partnership.
The comprehensive restructuring of all company’s technology and its associated brands was initially planned for 2022 & was postponed due to substantial fraud incidents. These incidents resulted in multiple setbacks and excessive costs arising from subscription overload.As a result, the initiative was reintroduced by Ms. Hetal in 2025, as a significant upgrade to the existing infrastructure, focusing on automation and inclusion of Ai tools. Ms. Hetal single-handedly revived and upgraded all brands, companies, and activities from scratch, expanding internationally which is planned to be completed by April 15th, 2025.

We are asked this lot of times, sometimes when people call……..Why Compete!!! What does it get you ? Do you compete because you are not confident…LOL NO…!
Here is why we have culture to compete, perform and do educational activities.
You heard that right, culture to compete is encouraged but not necessary. Our job is to inform you, tell you pros and cons. You do it or you do not it, there is no compromise in dance 🙂 You will still learn the same exact thing even if you do not compete and in same number of classes!
Competitions that we go to are : Healthy, Fun, technique focused/education field/ and lot of them come with really good $$, some are strictly amateur level while some are really good/tough/hard/strict/competitive on techniques and other rubrics. Read about rubrics!
Benefits of competing or even giving the best performance, if you were to give !
You compete because it is not always for the win….! Some competitions will teach lot of other things that even education mainstream will not give you that exposure. It is about being there, feeling it, going through it that will give you the experience.
It teaches healthy sportsmanship…You will still be friends, classmates whether or not you got the wins or lose!
You compete so that you know what comes out of you, under that pressures!
You compete so that when you lose, it does not bother you. It becomes fun!
You learn to lose and still do it all over again & learn to never give up.
You win it and still do it all over again; as if it never happened.
You do competitions to understand life is not about competing. It is about giving your math exam after losing 5 different competitions and still get “A” without a cry. Oh, you bet, elites have gone through that a lot of times. Just like that you do not win. Times they have not won…and still had their exams later next week…Read About them here.
You do competitions so that it gives you a refined audience who knows what you are doing and they have every right to comment or critic on your performance that you will not get in culture or festival audiences or even in those reality show competitions.
You compete as if you are giving your post exam that is optional and fun.
You compete so that when you are there, you do not lose it, no matter what happens on that day. It is the process that teaches you.
You compete so that you learn to trust your trainings..from laughing, smiling, crying, moods or whatever that may come….even if you had worst day of your life.
You compete so that when you get feedback (some competitions come with educational feedback), you do the fixes and do it all over again. It is the pressure under which things will happen that may surprise everybody!
You compete so that the girl or boy you just met took your 2nd place or 1st place or 3rd place and that life is all about how best you did and for what. You get to judge yourself, understand + and – of it. And what could have got you that 1st place, if you would have prob listened to your teacher. Mind you, sometimes too much/over practice too causes failures!
You compete so that you learn to balance everything. It is like a dart board, you hit or miss, you will play it again until the board or the dart is available!
You compete to lead and take charge of your groups’ decision for changes that may happen or support as team member when required. It is not always about you.
You learn to let go your ego and learn to respect others and you learn to never laugh at others. You know what it takes to be there. It is the process.
You learn to get tired, exhausted under pressure and still do a flawless job just as trained without letting audience know of how bad your day was.
Some competitions comes with perks/well most that we do…some $ that students earn for themselves and pay off their own fees and we do too, some give other benefits. It just depends on type of competitions.
Competing in competitions fosters not only healthy environment for sportsmanship between students, teachers, parents, and their own friends but also lot of times depending on rubrics or type of competitions, you will amaze yourself. We have had sweet surprises when our elites forgot their dance moves and made up something(surprise-their own genre steps!) and still got 1st place. Our teachers wondered that time as to where did this step come from and yet the genre suffices and gets them 1st place. Nobody knew till date if it was mistake! While there were days when we had “oppps” moments too then back to point 10. Finish the dance even if you lost that split of the second….get back to it, right away!
Do you know, not all our students compete. While not all our students perform either and yet they all learn the same exact dance/technique and routine. We did it from over a decade just in DFW of North Texas ….and will continue to do so :).
This is the magic of training…And that is why whether or not you compete, there is no difference in what we teach you or these learning skills! Competing in educational competitions exposes you to educational field and not to entertainment field. Both are different and so are the dances. The entire choreography changes & techniques are far off. You will know when you will do it separately. We have them both under us for seperate category of dance requirements and they all are seperate. They are like two parallel lines that will NEVER meet or agree to each other. And for sure, that is something not to be compared or discussed. You compare when they have something in common!
Only Best Part about all the educational field dancers is that they fit very well and succeed in entertainment world of their genres because of strong knowledge, techniques/originality in them and the process of the trainings that they go through comes with its pros that no education or experience will teach. While entertainment dancers find extremely difficult to fit in educational field and related state of affairs. It becomes difficult for them to understand concepts, techniques and choreography too. Either way, this is just our experience whenever we had choreographers from entertainment field or direct industry who do not know this process of education. While who are we to argue when it comes to parallel lines. Those who have never done it will not know it!

Winning 1st 3 prizes for solo(s)/group(s) in Indian Dance Competitions for over a decade in our genre of specialization for non-voting Indian Dance Competitions sounds like a big thing. It actually isn’t if you follow curriculum and keep it fun. For us, it has been a norm for Bharatanatyam, Indian Folk Dances & Bollywood/Some Tollywood and from 2013-Fusion!
HOW ? We love to share how we have been winning from over a decade in all the “stage dance competitions” and how our elites have come this far with such good paid commitments.
So, here’s our HOW TO Win Indian Dance Competitions for Dummies…!

One of main attributes in stage competitions/for all genres are : Techniques. Techniques also means right amount of expressions required at certain techniques or mood used in the dance, coordination if group, comfort level of dancers with respect to dance, stage presence and personality, choreography, costumes, makeup and drama aspect. To do it right, you have to feel it and go through it which at Grace And Grooves is a norm! Because our owner herself comes from that background of competitions from over 2 decades! Be it Bharatanatyam, Indian folk dances or Bollywood/Movie inspired dances; usually these dances are non-commercial dances. For bollywood or tollywood dance industry genre, there is level of dance and name of dance as well. As we all know that bollywood dances emerge from various forms or styles or certain drama attributes and thus will always have name.
However, there are certain category of dances within bollywood that do not have name because they do no follow a form or style and are purely for entertainment or let’s just say – NO RULES thus, these dances makes them commercial dances and usually gets disqualified in first round itself if you do it in-spite of rules given. Open category of competitions usually accepts these for example – most reality show competitions are based on this! That dance industry/world is entirely different than education studio. Education world competitions are to encourage the dancer to follow the rules, get finer in it and excel with feedbacks and let’s just say prepare them for higher grounds of possibilities within the form or with fusions later, if trained. Then, break the rules-it is completely dancers wish and instructor’s wish! None-the-less, our students have won these open category dance competitions with their actual dance forms itself or with fusion depending on what is allowed. Usually it will depend on judges, number of rounds in competitions and students training level in that genre. Everything goes in there…
For Bharatanatyam/Classical Dances & indian folk dances, the category is always non-commercial and standard as it is dance form. Even for entertainment, creativity is out of this world if used within the form. Most classical dances are actual dance formats/margams itself and then there are dance dramas. Not to confuse with dance musicals!
There is this entire category of exclusive Indian Folk Dances that is entirely different than the dances that are into Community stage dances/cultural dances/regional dances/bollywood inspired folk dances/ethnic dances/creative folk dances. Why ? Because of rubrics of judging and rules that go with it is entirely different for both these categories. You cannot possibly compare Folk Dances rubrics to Bollywood or with Bharatanatyam. With Bollywood having different types of techniques and some folk dances do not even have expressions as their main factor. Likewise, Bharatanatyam nritta if done will lack several attributes of nritya or natyam itself. So rubrics are often kept in % by the genre or type of entries.
Depending on competitions, they categorize fusion dances or they put them in open category. Concept of fusion dances is very simple! Some go by dance done on other music to be considered as fusion because their argument is that if dance is not danced on its actual/real music then it is not that dance. That is true but if u do not consider music at all and see the dance without music; what will you name it? That raises lot of fundamental questions. So these occurrences have been very rare in over 10 years of history that we have participated. We had 2 such competitions that we came across in entire history of 10+ years where they had that kind of rule! We got 1st place in both anyway. The only argument to this was you cannot name that dance as fusion unless 2 or more dance form or styles are used. Rest are very clear about categories & thus you’ll know it well.
Some competitions are very transparent to names of judges and their experiences and that is fun! Last but not the least, whether or not there it is any voting. If voting then how many % is counted towards total judging points. What age group we are competing in one category/genre is also important factor for stage like dances!!
Then comes, prize money if there is one or something of that sort. Then it is motivating for students who are doing competitions regularly or something of that equivalent value. Nobody wants a 10$ trophy after spending money on hours of practices, competition fees, costumes and that just adds to a collection without a meaning!
For us at Grace And Grooves, it has been other way round. Our students have earned more, earned bigger opportunties than what they put money in! It is just boring for our students who have competed from over 10 years now to go for $10 trophies without the meaning to it. They rather spend money 50 to 60$ and do shows with us where they know they are going to get recognition, feathers to wear that they can own as skill-set, showcase as their own, perks, discounts and many more fun things to take home. A beautiful memory to take home. Budget is very important factor too!
Alas, comes the winning part after all that! Most difficult & unpredictable of all!
Just like that you do not get the wins in 1st 3 places & $$$ prizes. Here are some standard points that we have come across for rubrics in judgement & we would absolutely love to share with you:
1. Expressions 40% depending on genre. Some genres strongly requires that this element isn’t the part of dance because of restrictions on costumes, mask, type of song/pure technique competitions, or certain type of dramas. so % is then distributed.
2. Techniques 50% & % is distributed
3. Comfort level of dance & body movements-rest % divided, solo or group and as per difficulty level.
4. Coordination to music-rest % divided, if solo or group.
6. Costumes-rest % divided
7. Makeup / Dramatic effects of dance : % is divided by genre.
7. Props & usages
8. Choreography and Innovation in dance form without losing genre category—-some competitions have this highest! some have these 2 seperate.
10. Culture aspect depending on dance (if required depending on competitions since we have been to some of most difficult & strict competitions too!!!)
