Whatever is in this list, is as is. We believe in keeping our entire activities transparent because, why not !

  • David Garcia – ALL of below
  • + we found Mr. David Garcia and this issue has been reported as well.
  • He has never been our student or any service provider anywhere in third parties. He took a 10min trial class of kalaripayattu (ONLINE) & it was with manojbhai(Indian instructor coz of odd hours of request) as Ms. hetal was not available. From this 10mins, a few minutes were to talk about fees and how it works for registration. We never provide trial class but it was during open house time and it was post pandemic so it was provided as a courtesy of 10mins. That does not make david our student at all.
  • He had applied for some work which was disapproved by admin itself right upfront on the same day.
    • However, this individuals’ email address was in accumulated email addresses in one of the company address book that is auto generated( as soon as it comes in contact via integrations of any of our sites or job sites or any fwds or submissions of job or performing teams) and gmail saves it automatically (without any effort from user to do so).
    • He had emailed to 1 or more email addresses of the company with his resume and it seems his conversation started off bitter with admin in writing. We use google integrations and so when we combined all our company admin’s address books in September 2023 and we searched again for some names. And so we found. It was by the name that his email address was found and with that, we requested his details.

  • Either way, below activties are true and we have a proof of it.
    • we received multiple text messages on our former-admin phones from various business owners or service providers (or company numbers that were declared in public for various announcements/events/programs/call back numbers etc) that were somehow unattended and it went directly to unknown spam messages (that came to our notice in February, 2023 via icloud backup / during our routine backups of all our gears) that this individual in particular is calling other businesses and claiming that he is from our company or something to do with Grace And Grooves company or related to Ms. Hetal Nagaraj.
    • In our entire history of all services as of Feb 20, 2023, we never had this name, either as student or as a parent or as first or middle or last name or as any service provider till date and we don’t know where to find this name anywhere in our database for any services!
    • People who reported this incident to us via phone or sms or texts-imessage were random service providers in dance businesses in DFW and we were told that this individual is acting extremely rude to them and so they called our admins or the numbers they had (for our company relations) to verify if this individual worked with us.
    • Some of them called again and again since their messages were unattended or were not replied to or were directly filtered to spam by our systems and for which our admins have noted this incident (only because they called and asked about this individual), in our company notes and so we had to declare today as it came to our notice!
    • We thank for those who called to inform us about this individual! We hope to receive number if anybody has saved it as we were told he called in busy times and so they couldn’t save this individual’s number.
    • It seems like more than 3 businesses around the similar time frame in 2020-2021 called with regards to this matter if this individual has anything to do with our company or worked for us!
    • Since our database is transparent through out the history from the day 1 we started our company, we just ask them to check our site and search the name. We always declare everything with respect to staff, collabs, interns, choreographers irrespective of anything. 
    • We will wait until the end of March 2023 to see what this is about and to see if we can receive any further information about this individual and then we are reporting this individual to authorities without any delays and we will let them find this individual.
    • We are seeking people’s help in this regards and if you know any number that you may have saved as this individual called/texted you etc, or may have called you, please contact Ms. Hetal directly at 972 979 2559.
    • Although, we have come across about 50 Davids who have spammed to our publicly posted company emails with some or the other seo services for which any of our company members have never replied to any of those seo marketing emails and these were directly filtered to spam! These type of emails are common to businesses where phone numbers and email addresses are publicly posted on sites and social medias.
    • Since our company was build by Ms. Hetal Joshi M, Hetal Nagaraj single handed through out with all acquisitions and mergers or her own trained people that she trains from start to finish – All or most people are her own friends/family or graduates/her own students.
    • 2020-post pandemic to 2021 was the first year that we hired through job sites with more than 1000 applicants responses that applied for various services to the company.
    • By 2022 December, most of these were either laid off or fired or they moved to different city. And so, from our seo services to every single service that we have in company is all Ms. Hetal’s classmates and family itself and so we never needed any such services! There is an account for all the hires here including the interns and grads that work for us. Other services were rendered directly through our website service provider itself and reachh mediaa since 2013.
    • We always work with direct clients and so we never had a third-party client like people usually do or most of our third-party clients are women businesses with an exclusive staff of women with barely any men (the names of their husbands too we are all well aware). we tend to work with women businesses unless they are from my personal dance training groups or from our own business groups. We checked all our chats/iMessage’s/emails, and we can’t find this individual anywhere.
  • Pratap Singh (Pratap Singh Tomer, Nritya Dance Academy, Richardson, Frisco, Texas) – This incident is recorded here. This individual has been reported for harassment to authorities with proof and traceability.
    • Pratap singh is relative of saumya bhardwaj kaur (saumya was fired due to code of conduct, theft, criminal white collar crime, forging company documents without permission, creating criminal issues in the company, child negligence of her own daughter in the shoot(which she only proposed to frame ms. hetal). And this explains everything. (as per one of the emails/chat conversations as well as google group chat that ms. hetal found this chat history in backup files in Nov 15th 2023 repeatedly and remembers having conversation about it). It has been these people’s goals to do that. how shameful and that too for what cents.
    • There has been striking coincidence with this individual and experiences with company at grace and grooves and ms. hetal joshi / hetal nagaraj herself. Anytime somebody denies of anything related to this individual, this guy doesn’t take it well causing harm to women/girls in particular as well as young boys by targetting them in social medias.
    • With all due regards, an invoice of damage is send to this individual.
    • A proposal of acquisition was also send by ms. hetal, if she can save the company as ms. Hetal knows the original owner of the company and Ms. Hetal was the first one to welcome her dance activities in DFW.
    • The time has passed by and we no-longer want this acquisition as some other striking coincidences have surfaced upon further investigation.
    • According to this individual/pratap singh : Ms. Hetal works for Arya International.
    • According to this individual/ pratap singh : some guy name himansh or himesh works for Ms. hetal.
    • According to this individual/pratap sign : everybody who doesn’t like him works for Ms. hetal or hetal works for everybody except for him!

      • throughout indepedent on her own from day 1 because of artist management companies and directly launched by her own teachers. Till date, Ms. Hetal works within her own network!
      • 2022 Himansh/Himesh :
        • We are awaiting the fees for the services these people(nritya/pratap) intend to take from us such as searching a certain individual “himesh/himansh” which was a new development in 2022.
        • That individual/himesh/himansh had also targetted grace and grooves/hetal nagaraj’s businesses/services as well. We do not know the intention behind this and we did the needful such as informing however there is no response from this company or this individual(nritya/pratap) about the remuneration of their impulse inexperienced immature behavior.
        • However, we were able to successfully remove our reviews because of Ms. hetal’s security background. We still do not know where this individual is and his intentions behind this act because while searching for him, pratap messed it because of impulsive attitude and that made it difficult to find him.
        • This individual himesh/himansh has his accounts and several dance lesson history from several dance schools as a matter of fact mostly in West Frisco/Frisco and Plano.
        • In order to take services from Ms. Hetal, you will be required to pay to Ms. Hetal. Hetal is not obligated to do anything for you, after all this and saumya’s shit-NEVER. Details of this were provided and now the window is closed forever. Do it yourself just like the way we do it. This is reported as well.
        • Pratap was informed about this individuals’ account that was accidently left open in our main company front desk and pratap has never reverted on this to confirm if he send him or if this guy is somebody else. As matter of fact, Ms. hetal had asked about this individual himesh/himansh to several people and they all reverted to Ms. hetal that they do not have this individuals’ any details or has never been their customer. And if pratap would seek IT services to further hack his account which is normal these days, he is welcome to pay to Ms. Hetal. Ms. Hetal has removed security code from his account which means any normal individual with basic knowledge in IT can do this. These social media platforms face these problems alot and can be done easily. He is more than welcome to pay for it if he is willing to cooperate.
        • Saumya was send by pratap to work under Ms. hetal to deliberately ruin everything. Why would somebody other make such a mess after all that compliance and system IT training that is provided to all the staff, be it volunteer(that commit to certain specific standard hours for leadership roles) or be it internship. Saumya has talked about Pratap in several emails which also got caught and repeatedly was asked by Ms. Marchawn and couple of other staff members as well to keep it off our work as Nritya and pratap were reported to police for harassment.
        • If as a business, you cannot reciprocate about anybody to gain clarity or cannot have a decent conversation and keep blocking as soon as your talks are done, then it means you have deliberately send these people. Why would any business incharge person would act like in such a ill-mannered way with bad language and makes it hard to converse. If it was not your person, you should have talked to Ms. hetal well.
        • Ms. hetal and our company were called several times for not only pratap (by his friends who have liked his business pages and have also shared several of their posts which shows on their timeline) but for david garcia as well. To all whoever called, we had clarified very nicely that they can do whatever they want about these people as they do not work for us and Ms. hetal will NEVER encourage these type of activities. Pratap was the only one who mistreated Ms.hetal disrespectfully and refused to reply to any of the questions or queries until all got caught on paper so obviously he has nothing to say. We do not know who else was send by this individual.
        • Nonetheless, Ms. Hetal does not take any responsibility for these type of people who claims to work for Ms. Hetal or Grace And Grooves for “anything” or are send by anybody to deliberately do these activities. It is infact a coincidence that these issues with this company have emerged from 2015 precisely the time these people entered the DFW !!!
