Vendors Services from March 2025 —

What And Who are Vendors –

Vendors are individuals, companies, organizations, or service providers that supply products, materials, technology, equipment, professional services, or other resources to a business or organization.

A vendor may sell directly to the end customer or operate as part of a business’s supply chain, and report to Hetal Joshi Nagaraj and the billing is strictly through Grace And Grooves Corp. A special contract and waiver is endorsed to vendor to represent Grace And Grooves Corp, and/or Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.

The vendor may own their own work along with company Grace And Grooves Corp may own it as well as Company provides platform for it, despite the selection of steps or choreography and at times custom art work. This is between the vendor and Ms. Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.

Vendors can include:

• Product vendors — clothing, costumes, merchandise, equipment, supplies, printed materials, etc.
• Service vendors — accounting, legal, marketing, PR, photography, videography, consulting, staffing, training, maintenance, etc.
• Technology vendors — software, SaaS platforms, hosting, cloud services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI tools, payment systems, CRM and communication systems.
• Production vendors — venues, staging, lighting, sound, décor, fabrication, printing, costumes, props and event-production services.
• Educational vendors — curriculum, instructional materials, workshops, training resources, educational technology and specialized instructors.
• Professional vendors — contractors, designers, architects, engineers, consultants and other specialists.
• Wholesale vendors — manufacturers, distributors and suppliers providing goods in volume for resale or organizational use.
• Marketplace vendors — businesses or individuals selling through platforms such as online marketplaces, creative marketplaces or booking platforms.

Brand Runs Under – This brand services will run under G2 Dance Factory – Multi Specialities, Multi Genre, Multi Cultural, Multi Category.​

G2 dance factory was created officially to welcome all cultures, and specialities and is an extented version of Grace Creations Fusion Company (Grace Creations from 2013 – Indian & Acro/Gymnastics only). Ms. Hetal is throughout solo owner. The above links show how it was created. Ms. Hetal founded Grace Creations & G2 for her own children’s training in tap, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, acro, because of her own multi-specialty indian and fusion performing arts as well as creative/artistic yoga. Since 2013, it has benefited over 4,000+ students in Dallas Forthworth-Texas USA, London, and India. The programs were/are massive success by genre and is welcomed by all diversities.

Ms. Hetal had a success in her first set of graduate in 1999 in India.

Ms. Hetal teaches herself under Grace And Grooves Programs, performs solo, exclusively other than her own teams within company & often collabs across her own 50+ performing arts specialties exclusively. Some of the most successful collabs and highest number of collabs in DFW. Link.

Vendor Relationship

A vendor relationship generally involves:

Business need → Vendor search → Qualification → Pricing/quotation → Selection → Purchase/contract → Delivery → Payment → Quality review.

All the other packages are seperate.

Qualifications And Eligibility For Vendors : 

• Please refer to the qualifications and eligibility for all the vendors.

• Ms. Hetal’s own FB post about certain FAQ. 
• Blog 
• What happens if Ms. Hetal does not accept certain these gigs ?
  • – It gets cancelled. 
  • – These are relatively modest ones and not the party ones.

Accounted as Ms. Hetal’s own as Ms. Hetal could have herself delivered too! #YES

These programs contribute towards the total programs as well which are conviniently listed.

Purely CUSTOM, per request ONLY.

• Miss Hetal never had vendors before. Ms. Hetal’s Elites would deliver it (if available).
• Until 2019 it was part time, so Ms. Hetal limited gigs or infact any programs that you see.
• Also, never had those request before. Most request prior to those were solo workshops & solo performances only, by genre or syles and categories. That suffices Ms. Hetal’s workshop list!
• Ms Hetal does not direct or guide them on anything. Only safety like govt ids etc. They are not the part of mentor programs either. It is an open-end gig. It gets over once gig is over.
