Fun Fact – Chapter Many May Not Know 
The idea of establishing a dedicated studio space was actually proposed much earlier, around 2013–2014, when opportunities were being considered along Beltline near the Sai Temple area, Coppell. This was during her first shoot for a gym commercial as Ms. Hetal had a seeding contract, for herself until 2015. #Right
Around the same period, Coppell Dance Center on beltline/macathur was preparing for a transition toward the 121/Lewisville–Denton Tap area, creating an availability of Ms. Hetal Nagaraj‘s own infra if Ms. Hetal Nagaraj was interested in taking up the whole lease as is. Studio was built on solid flooring unlike the floating ones.
At that time, Ms. Hetal Nagaraj made a conscious decision not to proceed with a full lease transfer or immediate studio expansion. The decision was not due to lack of students, demand, or community support—it was based on timing, own professional priorities, and long-term planning of own kids trainings.
During that phase:
Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International was working with growing student groups across multiple locations, including South Irving, Keller, and Southlake. There were 25 students in each location as the program was initiated in company’s name in 2010.
Ms. Hetal had just resumed her IT career path after a professional break because of young kids and her trip to India in 2010 awaiting EAD-GC status. Her children were in elementary school, requiring significant time and involvement. Many classes and activities of own kids for non-dance activities required back-to-back weekday commitments. Her husband, Nagaraj, was traveling Monday through Thursday, creating additional family scheduling considerations. During that time, Ms. Hetal Nagaraj‘s inlaws’ were younger but her mother in law developed spinal injury making her physically challenged to handle young kids for longer hours. #Right
With those responsibilities, Ms. Hetal chose sustainability over rushing into expansion. The decision allowed her to continue building strong foundations, develop systems, and grow at a pace aligned with long-term goals. Foremost of all, allow her to have undivided attention to her own kids and family.
The space behind/near sai baba temple on beltline and macarthur was then leased to a university freshman year college kids for their bollywood dance school-go figure which one.
