Stage performances representing company or Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International or internship is different story and thus belongs to company or Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International me as a solo owner. Not to students. Students can use it as “learned” not as “theirs”. They can show it as “dancers” not as instructors.

My own example —

Also, this being said when i talk about 1999 independent batch of mine, it was exclusively my first batch without my mentors or gurus—-on my own as full graduate.

1999 is the year of completion of my independent-batch. One cannot calculate the year of beginning as independent educator aka guru.

As the completion of batch is considered as the milestone! Not the beginning of the batch. My internships were over just a year before and thus, all of my prior to 1998-1999 makes me a dancer-artist and not an independent educator.

If i was with any company that i would work for then it will be under the direction of or director’s name. But i never worked with any company.

Technically director and company owner pays to various services to provide you a readymade infrastructure or in order to create it. But that does not give you right to waste it. Terms vary. #Right

On other hand, when student pays for fees, student pay to learn .

Just like i pay to master specialities to learn so it goes in my experience, my trainings or background. That experience can make me own the trainings i take and not the work.

My trainings in certain specialities with certain master level personalities becomes my skills.

You all own the university “curriculam or trainings” when you pay the fees ? hahaha.

No – you all own the degree or the certification, or the course aka skills learned from it.

When in teachers training institute like mine, you learn certain specialtiies pertaining to training and development as well along with being a dancer or just recreation. Something just a little above! A proper curriculam is by all means needed to have fun .

A strong PR can easily bag you a good $$$$. i am made of this. This sets me apart from everybody.
