For the others – It does not matter as long as they use company phone, calls are diverted to whoever available and if chat box is open then thats diverted too! #YES

Company had billing manager though (marchawn, and prior to that-ms.swati), and then various other integral coordinators for internal workforce who were usually in their internships or volunteer community hours for various specialities of Ms Hetal for their own schools and colleges so those individuals are not accounted as “staff” per se!

It enables tools, registration sites and various platforms too. It handles and in past handled payouts pretty well and also issues 1099 or w2.

Portal logins are so easy that our Dhamaal Events USA By Hetal Nagaraj folks too did not face problems during online lessons too and they could check their class details online!

Ms Hetal is solopreneur so as IT geek would, she made sure of dependency on human workforce is subject to automations only.

Thats why people are required to complete internal IT trainings to keep it running.
