Partnership History, Brand Clarification & Program Structure
The RG2 collaboration was established as a short-term co-partnership initiative between Grace And Grooves (G1) and Raagaleena (RG) to create expanded opportunities in performing arts training, productions, and community engagement.
The collaboration focused on mutually agreed activities including:
- Specific training locations
- Shared inventory and costume resources
- Creative concepts and presentation development
- Choreography collaboration within selected genres
- Accessories and production resources
- Performance opportunities and gigs
- Promotional activities
- Select community and artistic initiatives utilizing existing resources of both organizations
Brand Structure Clarification
The identity RG2 was created specifically for this partnership initiative.
- G1 represented Grace And Grooves, which remained an independently operated organization with its own curriculum, leadership, staff, students, programs, locations, and artistic direction.
- RG represented Raagaleena, an independently operated organization under its own leadership. Run by Swapna Raagaleena.
- RG2 was a collaborative brand identity created as an additional partnership platform and was not a replacement, merger, acquisition, or continuation of either individual organization.
Both Grace And Grooves and Raagaleena continued their independent operations throughout the collaboration.
RG2 Frisco FM423 Program Launch
The RG2 Frisco FM423 launch included specialized classes under Raagaleena’s independent crew leadership, including:
- Hiphop training
- Bollywood training
- Separate genre-based classes
These programs operated under the RG2 partnership structure with respective leadership responsibilities.
Following the conclusion of the RG2 partnership, the Frisco FM423 RG2 student group transitioned to Raagaleena’s continuation programs under Swapna leadership – instructor as Tulasi.
Grace And Grooves students and programs continued independently under Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s leadership without interruption.
Independent Leadership & Program Responsibilities
Grace And Grooves was under exclusive Leadership of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
All Grace And Grooves programs, teams, staff members, curriculum development, student training pathways, productions, and related activities remained exclusively led by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj / Hetal Nagaraj.

These individuals and programs were independently managed under Grace And Grooves leadership, including program responsibilities and applicable compensation arrangements.
Raagaleena Leadership
Raagaleena maintained independent leadership of its own programs, artists, students, locations, and operational responsibilities.
The RG2 partnership operated through a co-partner leadership model where each organization continued managing its respective teams and responsibilities.
RG2 Production Model
The RG2 launch production was a collaborative production involving advanced-level and adult/teen trained performers from both organizations.
The production model included:
- Combined advanced performing teams
- Shared artistic collaboration
- Joint creative development
- Co-partner leadership between Hetal Joshi Nagaraj and Swapna Raagaleena
- Swapna Raagaleena was handling advertising & schedule logistics while Hetal Joshi Nagaraj was handling studio bookings and program logistics.
- Teams remained with its respective leaderships.
The initiative existed as an independent collaborative project while both parent organizations continued their separate identities and operations.
G2 Dance Factory / Grace Creations Background
Separately, G2 Dance Factory (also referenced as G2) originated as an independent performing group under Grace Creations. G2 had nothing to do with RG2 and G2 was simply +1 of Indian dances, other than Hiphop.
This initiative of Grace Creations was developed in 2012-2013 as a fusion performance platform incorporating:
- Indian dance traditions
- Tap
- Jazz
- Ballet
- Gymnastics
- Acrobatics
- Creative Yoga
- Contemporary movement styles
The group was developed from trained students participating in programs including:
- Ballet Academy of Texas
- Dancers Workshop (Lewisville)
- Coppell Dance Center
- Texas Gymnastics/Acro
- Artistic Yoga programs
These students desired opportunities beyond traditional Indian dance training, leading to the creation of a multidisciplinary fusion performance team.
To support this vision, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj expanded her own training across additional disciplines including:
- Hip Hop
- Broadway-style movement
- Non-Indian dance techniques
- Cross-genre choreography approaches
This broader artistic foundation supported future collaborations, including RG2 ( because of hiphop styles ), where Hip Hop became a shared creative foundation.
RG2 Promotion & Sponsorship
The first official RG2 promotional sponsorship included:
FunAsia Radio / Saumil Thakkar and Ek Nazar
Promotion activities were supported through mutual collaboration between Hetal Joshi Nagaraj and Swapna Raagaleena.
RG2 Conclusion
The RG2 collaboration existed for approximately eight – ten months and was concluded due to personal and operational decisions — G2 brand launch for Hetal Joshi Nagaraj in Arlington, Texas so Hetal was looking for a studio place and India Trips Personal for Swapna Raagaleena affecting continuation of the partnership model.
Raagaleena on other hand was not much interested for g2 Arlington, Texas, USA and Hetal Joshi Nagaraj could not stop because of non stop Elite Lines which included several non indian dancers.
Following dissolution:
- RG2 branding was discontinued with mutual agreements and on good terms. Several students exchange kuchipudi under Swapna and other dances under Hetal!
- RG2 Frisco FM423 students transitioned under Raagaleena’s continuation structure while Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s batch moved to Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
- Grace And Grooves programs continued independently under its existing leadership and operational framework of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
The conclusion of RG2 did not impact the independent operations, curriculum, students, or growth of Grace And Grooves nor did it impact Raagaleena.
Current Status
Hetal Joshi Nagaraj continues to independently develop and offer:
- Bollywood training
- Hip Hop training
- Cinematography and creative media programs
- Multidisciplinary performing arts education
- Cultural preservation and community engagement initiatives
Grace And Grooves continues as an independent performing arts organization with its own documented history, programs, students, productions, and community impact.
