When will Hetal Nagaraj consider a co-founder, investor, or board?

Until then, she evaluates opportunities, variables, and alternatives based on her own journey and own capacity.

Her journey began independently in the late 1990s and has continued independently ever since.

This field can be started as individual solo performer. One does not need anything big for this.

She has been a solopreneur throughout her professional or career journey, building what she does on her own terms.

Her performing-arts work has remained particularly exclusive for a very specific reason.

Whether it is Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj, Cqunce Inc., or Sarva Information Systems — the foundation has always been her own initiative.

Sarva Information Systems came into existence with the influence of her husband’s IT background, need of IT infrastructure within company, while occasional third-party IT contracts provided flexibility only after she achieved appropriate immigration status. The journey of IT had began in her college days!

Those engagements were never with an American employer.

Cqunce was created from a practical need of her own.

She already had dedicated staff handling copyright and content-publishing management across London and India.

That work originated around 2013 as part of an SEO-related service structure, alongside her own graduate-level expertise in the field. And is handled by her 1st graduate who manages this blog too.

It also developed around her own needs involving immigration documentation, pre-litigation documentation, business compliance, contracts, and business-dispute resolution — areas in which diplomacy and documentation were essential.

All of this occurred after obtaining the applicable EAD-GC authorization and within the immigration permissions applicable to those activities.

There was a reason for this as her own kids were students.

Participation does not equal ownership

Having students, interns, staff, contractors, or participants does not automatically make someone a co-founder, investor, initiator, or board member.

Teaching students under supervised leadership, leading own programs without peers or mentors, investing her own money and time, running internships under her own name, or creating programs where participants paid fees are all part of her own organizational model and does not make these students — co-founders, investors or even board members.

An intern who graduates, a staff member who resigns, or a contractor who successfully completes a project does not become a co-founder, initiator, board member, or investor simply because they participated – something that a student does at university and school.

Nobody was asked to pool money. Nobody was asked for favors.

At every new brand or new project—-potential investors who had requested information (not the students) are asked, if interested but not chased as it is this busy.

Ms.Hetal cannot wait for any of them to reply either for project to commence.

It goes very fast! Somehow it becomes Ms Hetal’s own exclusive. Some she had to refuse because they replied too late!

Thus, Ms. Hetal has never pursued that pathway.

As her own children were/are students, she intentionally avoided pooling-money models.

RG2 was another example — there were people interested, but she still chose not to structure it in investing pool model.

Ms.Hetal is not a co-founder of other companies either. Her businesses and initiatives have been built independently.

Ms.Hetal has always hired legal residents and Americans where appropriate, with engagements structured according to applicable Texas, nonprofit, federal, and immigration requirements and the individual’s eligibility and contract terms based on these.

RG2 could have become a co-founder arrangement.

Had RG2 continued successfully, Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International and Ms. Swapna would have been co-founders.

Instead, RG2 was dissolved by mutual consent after both sides recognized several upcoming international commitments and challenges involving their respective teams and families.

Also, Ms. Hetal was moving toward a more passive role, while Ms. Swapna was not ready to take that approach.

The decision was therefore deliberate and calculated, particularly because Ms. Hetal already had her own exclusive own instructed – substantial graduate base by 2018 and many of those students were approaching completion in subsequent years back to back until 2024.

G2 would have evolved to be G3—-had RG2 reached that success stage, particularly because Ms. Swapna’s primary interest was limited to hip-hop only beyond Indian forms.

G2 itself is an extension of the broader Grace Creations Fusion Company By Hetal Nagaraj commercial lines.

From the beginning, Grace Creations focus was never limited to Indian fusion.

The creative scope has included — among many others:

Ms. Hetal was never particularly concerned about “Indian fusion” itself.

Documented performing-arts and film-industry history shows that Indian fusion concepts have existed for decades from 1970s. Several movie songs too have it and Micheal Jackson’s -black or white song has it too – showcased in a certain thematic style.

In everyday usage, Indian fusion is often simply misunderstood as “Bollywood” — when Bollywood itself is not synonymous with fusion.

People have confused “Freestyle” as Bollywood too!

While freestyle is actually fusion of non indian dance in a contemporary and modern movements and is not Bollywood!

In layman terms, bollywood is not fusion. and Fusion does not mean Bollywood! Either can be performed or not — is whole different story and often goes by the event itself.

At the end of the day, the distinction is simple:

Participation is not ownership.
Employment is not co-founding.
Graduation is not investment.
Collaboration is not automatically a board position.

And Ms. Hetal’s journey, from the late 1990s onward, has remained fundamentally her own.

Nothing out of blue.

This is something a full graduate would do with such a background, environment, such a business acumen, advertising, marketing and digital knowledge, finance acumen, expertise, vibe per se, class and standard of performance level to cater to various audiences, knowledge, infrastructure specialities, education and such a structured upbringing.

Grace And Grooves Corp is not her 1st rodeo. Biggest one – Yes!
