Company never had a staff until G2.

G2 has regular payrolls.

All are project based and usually or are Workshops, after the completion of Internships-Externships, if need. Some are own students – Graduates and Elites or are Success of other non-dance specialties and have to take certain hands onn trainings. Seeding projects too have payrolls.

  • Other payouts are through portals or paypals as those are just once a while.

  • Individuals not authorized as per immigration policies are not paid.
  • Lesson plans are provided by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj to achieve certain goals.
  • For all students below the age of 18, or 20, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj is in class, personally as well or its online thus, there is recording.
  • Students have studies or are very young mothers — so cannot commit anything big but little thing — they can do.
  • These are other than internships, externships or as student engagements as part of learning environment.
  • 1099 or W2-W9 were not issued only because the remuneration did not qualify to run one, as per tax.
    • Externships cannot be above certain level of payouts. Because of lack direction and constant supervisions to match company’s budget, and goals.
