The word Elites and the Level itself was created by Hetal Joshi M (www.hetaln.com) when her own students started achieving certain skill-sets and accomplishments along with awards and remuneration, without a single vote from anybody and purely with skills and knowledge from Hetal’s various own programs, instructions, trainings, development or with her mentorship programs with exclsuively her as in the main instruction under Grace And Grooves and under her various fields other than Grace And Grooves.
This is exclusively too because till date, company Grace And Grooves never had a full time dedicated choreographer with that expertise, real-time experience with transparency and with education, knowledge and background without any vote from anybody. Company had several fresh graduates for various services and products.

So, who are Elites ? As per Hetal Joshi M’s post, here’s the explanation of Elites, their levels and what all they do.
- Elites are graduates from performing arts to several other fields such as commerce, IT, industrial, non-profit, performing arts, spiritual & religion, media and modeling.
- These elites are the ones whom i train them for life, careers with and without their specialities/they create their specialities under me.
- I conduct these programs from performing arts to various fields and i personally teach them by taking classes. I am a certified international trainer from Executive Education, IIM Ahmedabad with Ahmedabad Management Association.
- We offer these training and development programs by field, by genre, in 10 fields & I can do that because of my 17 years of education, experience, exposure and expertise with 100% straight background and my speciality is for youth and active adults (ages 8+).
- Elites are those individuals that know the technicalities by skill sets or can demonstrate if asked. Pre.Elites are also very much like Elites and know their levels of skill sets or can demonstrate as asked by names of technicalities. Some Elites may not know the curriculum but can demonstrate flawlessly.
- Creative dancers may not be Elites and it depends on their demonstration of techniques. It is because of activities we are in.
- Some Elites represent entire brand or speciality. These Elites receive/earn perks (that usually people pay for) for building the company from scratch with Hetal Nagaraj one success at a time by genre.
- These elites become elites after they master certain skill-sets with all the fundamentals and requirements that make them successful. Elites are also the ones that have capacity to take a full load from start to finish and are trained to replace Hetal Nagaraj or lead projects in Ms. hetal’s absence with all the specifications by genre or category or by projects customization.
- These Elites are trained level by level in each activity (all activities of hetalnagaraj) for which they are fully trained in several aspects of performing arts due to intense 38 background with real experiences and scenarios of Hetal Nagaraj with all that straight background as of 2022.
- These individuals are also the ones that have hands onn training handling students of their specialities in class environments, projects as well as workshops after graduating. These students are often seen taking the lead of their assigned activities and their delivery is consistently amazing.
- Student can be a graduate but may not be an Elite or Pre.Elite!
- Elite, Pre.Elite can be graduates of our own in-house programs or genre full program OR
- Elites, Pre.Elites could be external students that have cleared the auditions with each requirement and capacity to handle projects or classes and several other leadership activities with full involvement.
- Creative dancers may not be Elites and it depends on their demonstration of techniques. It is because of activities we are in.
- Being honest about skill set with such high budget sensitive projects(for which company gets paid) is MUST requirement as several other high budget cascading activities rely on these projects.
- Being an independent model, we cannot afford to fail in certain projects because of time/money and efforts that put into it and that several activities rely on these projects.
- The only training programs that are available where students pay to learn!
- Due to massive fraud from 2022, Texas all star programs(501 3 c) is not available. These programs are :
- 1. Earn while you learn programs ( for those who have not completed their full trainings and are willing to complete with hetalnagaraj ).
- 2. Stipend internship program for fresh graduates for various leadership roles.
- 3. Scholars program for high school grads or high school scholars/honors programs or university students ( with certain hours of requirement ) by their institutions/schools/and these work towards credits as applicable and their contributions are marked towards university scholarships.
- Until 2022, Texas all star talents has a massive success with graduate in each of these 3 activities.
- Thus the Elite, Pre.Elite status is achieved, earned with a successful delivery of each of assignment/project/and such activities. We may have several graduates but they may not be Elites. Several dancers or volunteer recruits but they may not be Elites.
- This Status Is Achieved By Each Succcess level, by Skills & Earned.

Grace And Grooves Group of Companies is just one company with 38 brands and more than 3500 students taught till date under me and so i have more than 100 graduates in dfw itself by program and genre. It is the field that got me to charts of success and def news too because of my consistency from the time i started my own trainings(consistent from 38 years) and all of performing arts is my own 100%. To become elites, they have to clear certain skill sets that make them elites. I personally train them level by level and we also have our choreographers at times for other international exposure that we give them. I prepare their training plans and lesson plans with technique names and i select the creativity aspect too. This is because i know what they need!
Thus, they are my graduates. Most of them are once a week class while some are 100 hours training, 40 hour trainings, some do 25hour and we have 12 hours too, some have done more than 1000 hours or some have done more than 5000 hours. etc in various fields or specialities. Names of which by field are mentioned here.
some are also my highest paid dancers in DFW while some are succesful freelancers in their fields because of my mentoring and consults.
A few adult elites are directly hired or invited if they choose to work under us with a commitment based on their ability to be available for the company. Ever wondered, why Pre.Elites, Elites are always together in shows or backstage and follow certain protocols, safety as well as code of conduct/compliance. These students grew (some as young as 3 yrs under Hetal Nagaraj Dance exclusively) together in performing arts one level at a time or one genre at a time.
These students dance together and also did gigs together under Hetal Nagaraj Dance, Hetal Joshi M as teams and solos or duets. They are so much together that they will probably not talk to anybody else during shows and that includes seeking help.
You will always see them together as their own little group. Samarth Setty/bani/aanya with Ashna Pethe, Nirja Setty, Aahana or Mansi viz a versa Ashna Pethe with Nirja Setty, mansi, Samarth Setty and viz a versa with Hetal Nagaraj Dance. Puja Natesan, Sindhu and several our adults elites are usually and always seen with Samarth Setty, Nirja Setty akhil with Hetal Nagaraj Dance. New elites – anula. Other past elites-deepthi, kavitha.
These students never leave Hetal Nagaraj Dance‘s sight without permission and are always accompanied by their parents and so does our The Grace Effects crew and several others. Compliance is so strict around them that other than Hetal Nagaraj Dance and pre.elites/elites or their parents, nobody is allowed to dress them or help them for “anything”. These pre.elites/elites are also taught several etiquettes that are absolutely required in industry and pretty much everywhere.
These students have their own greenlight rooms because of the level of work and intensity as well as number of dances. these level are our most valuable assets of Grace And Grooves Group of Companies and of Hetal Nagaraj Dance that “deliver” with super happy clients.
These students are always very busy because of number of performances that they participate in or any other responsibilities that they learn under Hetal Nagaraj Dance and so these students “do not have time” backstage for “anything” unless it is “exclusively assigned”.
At times, costumes are designed/planned/made exclusively for them and certain master pieces in performing arts are planned/prepared exclusively for them.
From mental break from people to physical break, these pre.elite/elites are programmed to follow extremely strict code of conduct. But this is how we take care of our pre.elites and elites.
Thus Grace And Grooves Group of Companies has one of the most successful youth/teen/preteen/active adults programs in entire USA with so many activities/programs for all age groups and that are listed too. Most commercial activities are from 13+.
How do you all take care of your advance level dancers.
They are trained to treat people very very respectfully and extremely polite. It is because of Hetal Nagaraj Dance security background that grooms these dancers for safety of everybody and ms. hetal’s teachers had these too.
