Whatever is in this list, is as is. We believe in keeping our entire activities transparent because, why not !

  • PROBLEM IS SOLVED – since david emails that its some misunderstanding that he might have talked to people.
  • David Garcia – Summary – Mr. David Garcia’s only direct interaction with us appears to have been a brief 10-minute online trial session during a post-pandemic open house period. This was a one-time courtesy and does not establish any formal association as a student, service provider, or affiliate.
    • He had also submitted a work application, which was not approved by the administration.
    • Separately, his contact details appear to have been passively captured through automated systems (such as website interactions, job portals, or email integrations), rather than through any verified onboarding or engagement.
    • More notably, we later became aware—through archived messages recovered during routine system backups in February 2023—that multiple independent business owners and service providers had attempted to contact us regarding an individual identifying himself as being associated with our company or with Ms. Hetal Nagaraj. These communications, originating from publicly listed business contact channels, had been filtered into unattended or spam folders and therefore did not receive timely responses.
    • Those who reached out—primarily from within the DFW dance and service community—reported interactions that raised concerns about misrepresentation and unprofessional conduct. Several indicated that the individual’s communication style prompted them to verify his affiliation with us. Their follow-ups, often repeated due to lack of response, ultimately led to internal documentation of these inquiries.
    • It is important to clarify that, across our complete operational history and records up to February 20, 2023, we have found no verifiable association of this individual with our organization in any capacity—whether as a student, parent, staff member, collaborator, or service provider.
    • Given the consistency of these third-party inquiries, particularly during the 2020–2021 timeframe, the pattern suggests a possible unauthorized use of our name or implied affiliation. While we cannot confirm the full extent of such actions at this stage, the nature of the reports has warranted formal internal review.
    • Our organizational records, which are maintained with full transparency, have been thoroughly reviewed, and no connection has been identified. We have therefore advised those who inquired to rely on publicly available and verifiable information regarding our team and affiliations.
    • We remain open to receiving any additional details that may help clarify this matter further. Should substantiated information continue to emerge, appropriate steps, including escalation to relevant authorities, will be taken without delay.
  • We also acknowledge and appreciate those members of the community who took the initiative to inform us. Company will however submit supporting documents by the end of the month to close the matter.
  • Pratap Singh (Pratap Singh Tomer, Nritya Dance Academy, Richardson, Frisco, Texas) – This incident is recorded here. This individual has been reported for harassment to authorities with proof and traceability.
    • Pratap singh is relative of saumya bhardwaj kaur (saumya was fired due to code of conduct, theft, criminal white collar crime, forging company documents without permission, creating criminal issues in the company, child negligence of her own daughter in the shoot(which she only proposed to frame ms. hetal). And this explains everything. (as per one of the emails/chat conversations as well as google group chat that ms. hetal found this chat history in backup files in Nov 15th 2023 repeatedly and remembers having conversation about it). It has been these people’s goals to do that. how shameful and that too for what cents.
    • There has been striking coincidence with this individual and experiences with company at grace and grooves and ms. hetal joshi / hetal nagaraj herself. Anytime somebody denies of anything related to this individual, this guy doesn’t take it well causing harm to women/girls in particular as well as young boys by targetting them in social medias.
    • With all due regards, an invoice of damage is send to this individual.
    • A proposal of acquisition was also send by ms. hetal, if she can save the company as ms. Hetal knows the original owner of the company and Ms. Hetal was the first one to welcome her dance activities in DFW.
    • The time has passed by and we no-longer want this acquisition as some other striking coincidences have surfaced upon further investigation.
    • According to this individual/pratap singh : Ms. Hetal works for Arya International.
    • According to this individual/ pratap singh : some guy name himansh or himesh works for Ms. hetal.
    • According to this individual/pratap sign : everybody who doesn’t like him works for Ms. hetal or hetal works for everybody except for him!

      • throughout indepedent on her own from day 1 because of artist management companies and directly launched by her own teachers. Till date, Ms. Hetal works within her own network!
      • 2022 Himansh/Himesh :
        • We are awaiting the fees for the services these people(nritya/pratap) intend to take from us such as searching a certain individual “himesh/himansh” which was a new development in 2022.
        • That individual/himesh/himansh had also targetted grace and grooves/hetal nagaraj’s businesses/services as well. We do not know the intention behind this and we did the needful such as informing however there is no response from this company or this individual(nritya/pratap) about the remuneration of their impulse inexperienced immature behavior.
        • However, we were able to successfully remove our reviews because of Ms. hetal’s security background. We still do not know where this individual is and his intentions behind this act because while searching for him, pratap messed it because of impulsive attitude and that made it difficult to find him.
        • This individual himesh/himansh has his accounts and several dance lesson history from several dance schools as a matter of fact mostly in West Frisco/Frisco and Plano.
        • In order to take services from Ms. Hetal, you will be required to pay to Ms. Hetal. Hetal is not obligated to do anything for you, after all this and saumya’s shit-NEVER. Details of this were provided and now the window is closed forever. Do it yourself just like the way we do it. This is reported as well.
        • Pratap was informed about this individuals’ account that was accidently left open in our main company front desk and pratap has never reverted on this to confirm if he send him or if this guy is somebody else. As matter of fact, Ms. hetal had asked about this individual himesh/himansh to several people and they all reverted to Ms. hetal that they do not have this individuals’ any details or has never been their customer. And if pratap would seek IT services to further hack his account which is normal these days, he is welcome to pay to Ms. Hetal. Ms. Hetal has removed security code from his account which means any normal individual with basic knowledge in IT can do this. These social media platforms face these problems alot and can be done easily. He is more than welcome to pay for it if he is willing to cooperate.
        • Saumya was send by pratap to work under Ms. hetal to deliberately ruin everything. Why would somebody other make such a mess after all that compliance and system IT training that is provided to all the staff, be it volunteer(that commit to certain specific standard hours for leadership roles) or be it internship. Saumya has talked about Pratap in several emails which also got caught and repeatedly was asked by Ms. Marchawn and couple of other staff members as well to keep it off our work as Nritya and pratap were reported to police for harassment.
        • If as a business, you cannot reciprocate about anybody to gain clarity or cannot have a decent conversation and keep blocking as soon as your talks are done, then it means you have deliberately send these people. Why would any business incharge person would act like in such a ill-mannered way with bad language and makes it hard to converse. If it was not your person, you should have talked to Ms. hetal well.
        • Ms. hetal and our company were called several times for not only pratap (by his friends who have liked his business pages and have also shared several of their posts which shows on their timeline) but for david garcia as well. To all whoever called, we had clarified very nicely that they can do whatever they want about these people as they do not work for us and Ms. hetal will NEVER encourage these type of activities. Pratap was the only one who mistreated Ms.hetal disrespectfully and refused to reply to any of the questions or queries until all got caught on paper so obviously he has nothing to say. We do not know who else was send by this individual.
        • Nonetheless, Ms. Hetal does not take any responsibility for these type of people who claims to work for Ms. Hetal or Grace And Grooves for “anything” or are send by anybody to deliberately do these activities. It is infact a coincidence that these issues with this company have emerged from 2015 precisely the time these people entered the DFW !!!
