Why several programs were not announced in public or were not advertised — By Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.

Ms.Hetal was on her own in the sessions, in classrooms and for every class or activity (herself instructing the batches) and in person. It was not just about money. It is very much family activity and from generations! 

When the idea to register company was proposed during a night out girls meetup with all friends talking of each-other’s specialities, school college pics & videos, everybody was from a different background. All had exact question, why there is no structured program in dance. So Ms. Hetal said, she has everything she needs and can offer one. Thats how it all started! 

Technically, Ms. Hetal never needed name of company (or could have done with her own name) as she was conducting regular private group classes and hourly progressive workshops regularly every few months which itself were consistent. Ms Hetal had graduates and 1st line of Elites long time before Ms Hetal came to USA or to DFW or even Kansas from day in Michigan as well.

Ms. Hetal was herself well aware of additional benefits with company registration because of her own experiences of business life (former salon chain co-partner in multiple brands in india). Brand owners are friends with Ms Hetal, till date. Just last week, Ms Hetal had a chat with them. Besides having a company automatically creates a boundary of rules, policies, code of conduct in between friends as well, or whoever would take services. Boundaries are never about seeking information of trainings, programs or fees and locations. #YES

Summary of Proposed Idea of Company – The idea was proposed in 2008, 2009 but then Ms Hetal’s kids were too young to set schedule in a way where ms hetal could have her own schedule. Besides, proper planning is required to start something and Ms. Hetal tried few local schools and was really pissed how fake they were and their students were burned out. Thus, with proper planning after proper schedule of her own kids, it was then registered in state of texas in 2011 just after few series of performances of her own kids (who are not 1st but 2,3,4th Line of Elites). Several company names were shortlisted but then suddenly media showed-up in one competition performance and exact photographers and media folks showed-up at other programs! Suddenly when asked on speaker, ms hetal announced the name that resonated from the judges’, media’s appreciation and from the ones short listed. Before ms hetal could change it, the name was out. The rest is history. – check this

Dance means costumes, productions, lot of preps before and after the show, planning, music editing, budgeting so announcements of several programs were not open to public. It is lot of work. Ms Hetal was thus, extremely cautious of registrations and flow of schedules, volume of students and magnitude of all the activities!

In first announcements itself, her own kids, local relatives and generation old friends, own due date clubs friends, other friends, neighbors kids were in classes so that itself filled up batches! And her own kids were very young enrolled in other non-dance activities too. Ms.hetal had car pools planned with her friends too and then social life to balance. Husband-Nagaraj would travel Monday to Thursday & occasionally Tuesday to Friday so that was other challenge to handle everything on her own. There was a-lot of planning. This is how ms hetal did it without anybody. Most advertisements were through printed local media only and was strictly by city to keep the flow of leads extremely strict and well regulated. #Exactly

As a part timer until 2019, Ms Hetal never had any staff until g2 so had to keep very strict enrollments because of above reasons and all of other fields of hetaln.com. And then other fields were demonstrated from this such as Leadership, Trainings and Research. Ms.Hetal is herself a dancer too so that requires personal physical attention on own overall physical health. Ms Hetal thus, is extremely particular on registrations, genres by locations. Once Ms. Hetal moves to part time on a certain schedule, she won’t even take registrations less than certain number. Full time from 2019 was because Ms.Hetal was awaiting her website completion. Ms. Hetal thought may be if its passive then it will be easier as she herself does not have to be in class because then well seasoned instructors can handle the class on their own just with her own direction! 

And Ms. Hetal was always in international genres too eversince her teen years because of mix culture upbringing. Thus g2 was passively created in 2020 on top of Grace Creations Brand as ms Hetal was in hiphop by 2013-2014 herself as dancer and as instructor through Micheal Jackson Series, Dil to Pagal Haen for her own kids and other public enrollments which then later were progressed to Allu Arjun Series and Hritik Roshan Series. The first batch of grace creations was also her own kids and Ms. Hetal had hired her own daughters’ tap jazz ballet instructor for 12 hour classes just to see if fusion will work!

It did work. 

Thus, if studio of own lease then might as well do it all because Ms. Hetal could direct non indian instructors as well, with such experience and in depth technical understanding of field. Ms. Hetal has a folder of studio places till date that she had shortlisted in 2019. December 2019 she looked some leased venues too. 

Summary of G2 – February 2020 was an anticipated pandemic lockdown. January itself, we saw it coming as it had become world wide and ms hetal had booked 8 shows(1-1.5 years ago) which then were cancelled as venue emailed regularly about the anticipated lockdown by city. Upon lockdown, those were refunded in full, directly thru own E-commerce site. Except advertising costs. Realtors stopped appointments in 2020 January itself. 2020 lockdown in-fact gave Ms Hetal all the time she needed to calculate everything, and was awaiting realtors to show properties on lease for her own g2 passive. Ms.Hetal used 2020 lockdown time to see if leading well seasoned instructors “away from them & in this case online” will work and it worked 3-times big as Ms.Hetal could direct them just by fundamentals and choreo plan too to achieve production themes and certain curriculam. #Exactly

Ms.Hetal’s own kids and friends kids were in it other than Ms. Hetals own enrollments (strictly by city advertisements) and it was only Ms hetal who knew what was needed, next. The lease property appointments by realtors did not resume until August 2020 because of lockdown. Thats how it was!

And then in 2020 during the lease sign up, Ms. Hetal was victim of induced property fraud (property management negligence of building permits;not Ms. Hetals own permits) in 2021 wherein delays ruined all the big budget projects of her own, her own kids, friends kids and other publicly enrolled students (whom ms hetal made just as successful). It then came down to just classes which was the biggest blow as the advertisements were planned accordingly in packages. It was automized to a point where in even the hired director did not have to chase advertisers! #YES

2021 in-fact sailed through just on Ms. Hetal’s own classes. And then, right after in a couple months, Ms. Hetal’s non profit brand “texas all star” was victim of immigration fraud, theft, deliberate fraud, trying to frame Elites in proposed projects and this harmful individual was send by a failed characterless dance company aka family in 2022. If the benefit of doubt in first 3 months was not enough then the timely backups of company emails, gadgets and icloud caught everything! See this.

Ms. Hetal knew in 2019 that these 5-6 years her own kids will transition to college back to back and Ms. Hetal will be required to be around. So, if Ms. Hetal could lead well seasoned instructors successfully online in 2020 pandemic and Ms. Hetal’s own daughters tap jazz ballet teacher then it should work if she does g2 passive. Ms.Hetal did not take new students (for herself as instructor) from 2020 or would take activities enrollments that were either short term or were rather doable if there was no other hand. So that passive leadership does not affect on her own class time, if g2 gets established. Worst case, Ms. Hetal will have to take classes herself (which was never a problem) and Ms. Hetal was in it as well (thus g2 graduates) until the damage was way bigger than she herself anticipated.

The collective damage of delays by property management company reflected in 2021 with whole bunch of cancellations fees. These fees were of all the projects that were lost only because of negligence of property management company because of delays in possession of unit (which was on them only as building permits were not cleared). City was ready to give any permit of any specialities that Ms Hetal asked for only on condition that prior building permits of the builder are cleared. The unit was empty for nearly a decade with several outstanding pending building permits until Ms Hetal set her foot in it. It was like a bag of worms of pending permits of 10 years of the venue itself(not told to Ms. Hetal). It was not until Ms. Hetal was contacted by city after Ms. Taylor identified pending permits from online city portals. Ms. Hetal barely got off that mess, as the solo owner of brand while taking her own classes, and 2022 mess made it worst. 

Ms. Hetal was able to roll of all the law-suits, other issues that were deliberately created for every issue without lawyer except by the property management company who carelessly handled situation and thus will be handled. The legal dispute was solved in 2023 December-2024 January.

2024 – 2025

2024 was the year of clearing the online systems mess and also handling international tax and Ms. Hetal’s prior business dealings which were resolved by 2025.

In 2022 itself, Ms. Jinal created an alarming data issue, obselete wear and tear of drives and dvd cracks, as company data about to touch 1 PB including Ms. Hetal’s own.

2024 – 2025

2021-2022 all pending Elites programs resumed internationally in 2025 – 2026 with a fascinating 60+ brainds on paper and 2022 data management task was much awaited and it is being handled now! In 2025, company touched 1 PB industrial level.

2025 – 2026 G2 storage was re-organized and combined to Grace And Grooves Corp which took a few weeks.

April 16, 2026 – Company cannot proceed without this upgrade. Unattended backend process will begin this weekend while Ms. Hetal’s own desktop will be set this weekend. Ms. Hetal’s husband is IT geek as well and was able to do some temporary fixes to sail through until the drives are attended.

Automated Systems – Company and Ms. Hetal depends on several automatic online systems, tools, apps, gears to name a few as Ms hetal was independently in it and exclusively as well. Magnitude of billing activities requires this setup for easy transaction transparency. As an IT scholar, it worked well that way and it worked well for all under Ms. Hetal till date until the fraud deliberately caused harm as it is extremely transparent model as well. IT training is compulsory to avoid system backlog and system lockdown. It was left untouched by the fraud individual. The systems were build custom created for security that it will lockdown but not let data go in wrong hands! Exactly what happened. It locked everywhere and every single one of them where in permission was denied. Because temporary fixes were not helping. Ms.Hetal wondered during the system run in the 5th month about these system triggers until some emails surfaced one day in end of 7th month during regular backup. In 5th and 6th month, it was extremely busy back to back performances and data management was under the major task to avoid data loss from obselete data drives. But before data management could initiate, Ms. Hetal faced centralized “online” system back log because of unauthorized uses of account. This led to immidiate firing of the texas all star program fraud individual as the IT training was untouched.

Right after, Ms.Hetal had to pull out from not only taking new batches, gigs and lot of activities, her regular work (that could have paid for everything) and instead attend all the mess caused by the negligent irresponsible frauds caused deliberately, back to back.

Only Ms. Hetal made the infrastructure so only ms hetal knows in and out of it.

Ms Hetal never initiates any batch or activity if she thinks she cannot complete it and anything Ms. Hetal does is strictly by date, time, holidays on paper scheduled ahead of time. Without online systems, or even proper online workable E-Commerce platform or gears, how long can one take classes or take fees too as company is regular tax payer!

At some point, music and apps to edit music and such is needed. Then comes the part of data management upgrade which was to initiate in 2022. #YES 

Little Background about Ms. Hetal – Extremely well planned calculated life to keep in mind other fields, family and other priorities in life. It does boil down to investment of money, time, physical boundaries and mental well being of herself and family too. Ms Hetal is a dancer in multiple specialities from the day of her own trainings at age of 4 and 6, she never did one genre. Eventually in her teen years during her 1st set of graduates, ms hetal knew she could direct when time is right. It was very much like subjects in school and always leading naturally until she was educationally groomed in field of training and development itself. As part of her own schooling, performing arts was easier for ms hetal to take on as elective as compared to other activities in school. So the body itself is used to balancing it the way her own body “accepts” overall health. This creates mental well-being as well to handle throughout the years, 41 years to be specific as of 2026 May, consistently and regularly! 

Why Ms. Hetal avoid certain business tactics – Ms Hetal never wanted any investors as this is educational field and it requires mastery of skills forged through practical applications of theoretical knowledge or education instead of mere certificate. An investor pressurizes this process, may create bias in favor for the liking (for any reasons and without results) and it will ruin the results of others in teams and it will harm those who have worked for specific skills or even cause bigger losses or damage to Elites’ life. 

Grace and Grooves is not Ms Hetal’s 1st business per se so Ms Hetal knows limitations with investors. Every field has pro and cons of investors and each is entirely different. It is not easy to master certain skills as it requires understanding of fundamental applications itself. it cannot be pushed. Ms.Hetal’s programs are extremely unbiased and is for individuals from all walks of life. Ms. Hetal totally means this. That’s why till date, Ms.Hetal has made sure not to have investor. Ms. Hetal will slow it down but will not have investor in certain fields or brands, and deliberately.

This explains why certain programs are not advertised in public. Also, Ms Hetal’s own kids are very much international achievers of few Elite lines. It is extremely personal to Ms. Hetal.

Some programs are not even available to “general public” pertaining to visa restrictions and ability to perform certain skill set either because of visa or because of abilities, or are just for in-company performing-Elites.

People have to understand onething that if you cannot respect time, money, efforts of Ms.Hetal or Ms.Hetals family participation levels along with sacrifices that Ms.Hetals’ family makes or Elites (who showed results on paper long time before company was victim of fraud) and you may want to sleep on a well prepared company per se then you have no right to take any lessons, or do anything either with Ms Hetal.

Calling it family comes with much larger accountability and price! Ms.Hetal never calls anybody as her family. Remember this. You have no idea what Ms. Hetal has been through in these years. it is very much family business. #Exactly 

People should take chance on their own money, time, on their own life assumptions based on their own parenting and on their own people. Ms Hetal does not have time for irresponsible people. One life. In todays world, DIY is a trend. #Exactly

It is this simple. It is all Ms.Hetal only. Read this again and think. Brain is not an app.

Company is clear on website too and if these many individuals (6000+ successful grads, 9+ lines of successful International Elites, 6+ schools, roughly 250+ clients, NJHS, college families, special needs kids, regular kids as young as 5 year old and 10 years while some in younger year of 18, 21, 25, 30 or gifted individuals to list a few people) did not face problems of understanding website or programs then it goes without saying, others should have no problems understanding it. #Exactly
