With some companies in India, she continued working remotely in USA as they could not find replacement for 2-3 years because of large size projects until Ms. Hetal Joshi M – USA/America trained somebody to replace her. Extremely high pressure and sensitive areas plus sales so its’ nerve wreck everyday. Her replacement kept getting fired and Hetal kept coming back until Hetal trained some marketing and sales fresh-1st level executive graduate.
Ms. Hetal had told them before also, the area is something nobody can touch except for a degree holder because of precision of knowledge. They did not listen until they understood to listen. Certain fields are extremely high pressure but it pays well too. #YES
From 2004, all of them are independent solo preneur. She trains herself all students, personally in class. G2 was thus carefully planned and 100% passive.
Where does Ms. Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International say she worked for anybody ? She offers corporate compliance, corporate trainings and such to other businesses as consultancy, as a service provider. Business Launcher too. She attracts those clients. #Right
