2014-2015 – Reconnected to Ms Own guru(s), schools and training centers in India.
After 2004, Ms. Hetal did not personally attend or take additional aka “new” courses, lessons, or training with her own institutes, gurus, or training centers until 2015, in India.
Although from 2004, Ms Hetal entered in non indian styles and genres of performing arts in USA – couples, and hiphop. The rest non indian genres were because of her own kids.
2008 trip to India and via emails from 2009-2010-2011 during establishment of company years, Ms Hetal initiated first contact to gather her own details from her institutes, classmates and batch-mates and to also check activities she can conduct through enrollments.
During the 2015–2016 “reconnection” period, numerous plans were discussed. It was sort of catching up to existing activities of her own course-institutes, former companies she worked for, after a decade of her own completion of courses and internships.
During her stay in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, Ms. Hetal also attended several week-long courses to further broaden her knowledge and skills.
The original purpose of the 2015–2016 visit was simply to reconnect and meet, not to enroll herself in additional courses in India.
Here’s why Ms Hetal took some courses in 2015 –
It was an odd time of year with no productions or show performances opportunities as it was academic year exam time in India while in some it was school opening time-middle of everything.
Just a week before Ms Hetal’s travel to India, her father in India received some emergency conference and meetings request. Her father was-is heavily occupied in his occupation on national industrial level requiring him to travel. From a year of 2025, he formally retired but offers consultancy. Ms. Hetal would usually accompany her father to his conference venues, but many of the destinations were explored before or offered little of interest to her.
Ms Hetal was to be with her father anyway for the rest of month at Navi Mumbai – Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and other gigs were linedup. She also maintained a well-established network of her own preferred shops, class mates, batch mates and with purchases coordinated nearly a month in advance, allowing her to complete shopping in roughly half the usual time in hot summers of India! While her own appointments were spread across the week.
This created a week of gap of absolute no activities until time of her own appointments and gigs were right after in India.
Rather than let the time go unused, Ms Hetal attended a few week-long courses that aligned with her interests as anyway she needed to sweat for “herself”. Those were also not entirely new, they were just an addition to existing ones, sort of cherry on top.
In Dallas Fortworth, instructions to younger students or learners do not offer much of power packed “sweatathon”. Ms Hetal had too many “learners” in those years of various age groups and needed to steam out!
In prior years of India visit, Ms Hetal conducted some spiritual camps and activities at her family ashrams and those trips were younger kids and family functions so were busier than the 2015 one.

2015 – Ms Hetal started having her first set of graduates, Elites—thats why, Ms Hetal “reconnected”.
Not because Ms Hetal needed any help.
In 2010-2011 itself, Ms Hetal leveled up at certain level to supervise well seasoned instructors because of non indian collabs for Grace Creations Brand, owner to owner type of collabs and not to take any mentorship.
2005-2010 were focused to progressive workshops, individual folk by folk lessons until the completion, instead of full folk curriculam. Thus 2010-2011 was the time that required the method in madness aka structure was penned exclusive by Ms. Hetal Joshi Nagaraj to leverage all benefits at once because of high numbers of enrollments of her own lessons across South Irving, Keller and Southlake in Nepali and Indian Folk Dances. And, simultaneously upon receiving a full legal status of EAD-GC, all the gig billing needed a company “entity”, other than kids schedule on a predictable routine!
During 2014-2015 itself, Ms. Hetal grew to 6 locations of her own, the weekend ones part time for various brands in particular either through regular programs or through workshops. See list here.
And these other factors, Line of Elites and the time of brand list “in formation”. Not to mention, the ideology.
Dhamaal Events was the only reason of those reconnections and then shows and tours. And, for ALL Star International Judgement Panel – which is mounted on Texas All Star Platform – Official Brand of Company.
Ms Hetal is full graduate from academic year 1997 and independent on her own from 1998-1999. Ms Hetal’s 1st grad, Elite and now Elite Line handles this blog too.
2014-2015 was also a year to roll collab locally in Dallas Fortworth Texas USA, project collab, location collab, competition-Fogana collab only if Ms Hetal or her own daughter was participating in Fogana. It was not company collab either at all and only in those 2 batches per se exact. Indu Aunty made sure of this and so did Ms. Hetal as Ms. Hetal did not have any extra time. Fogana time is Ms. Hetal’s peak times of productions, recitals, PR programs and summer programs.
Ms Hetal has or had no interest in acquiring or mergers either as per her plans of several brand launch. Thats why shorter collabs are adequately mentioned. As a solopreneur, Ms Hetal had to be mindful of all she can take on plate, through various brand activities, or even collab of project, without a full time workforce or a pay-roll staff. The workforce she had back then were her own students in trainings, not the staff. Thus, their availability were limited to hours of utilization as well.
Until now, all the companies aka brands that fell in Ms. Hetal’s hand were on their own. Ms. Hetal never proposed. They only proposed.
Ms. Hetal finds many activities of other companies to be overly exhaustive, with limited long-term value or practical application or just annual lessons. Her focus has always been on the quality, purpose, excitement of competitions and all the fun it brings and ultimately –the outcomes of an activity rather than its name or genre.
And money as one of the motivating factors; even if its philanthropic efforts. Her billing itself was fairly big to begin with and Ms Hetal would “adopt” the whole charity or organization for whole year and not for just one program. Fundraisers.
As a scholar who used several activities towards education—until stepped in commercial industrial areas of performing arts, and as a full graduate herself, and guru who directly trained multiple generations without relying on recruited instructors, Ms. Hetal’s focus has been on refining physical abilities to promote wellness and good health through her own programs. As an immigration consultant and student worlds knowledge of universities and education systems consultant in multiple countries, she has a knack on these matters.
It aims personality, public speaking, philanthropic, community, society wellfare, cultural aspects, looks and body build, well being, classy vibes and good evergreen-fun by genre, styles, trends, fashion, field acumen, award winning non stop, and by fashion too, and several students benefit from various scholarships to some of niche universities.
Talk about all fun and vibe that carries through generations and years and years, people find it amazing that they keep coming back :).
The only time it does not happen is when Ms Hetal does not enroll.
Besides, Ms. Hetal invested in promotional packages for multiple years which then restricted her to take new projects if those would ad-hoc come along the pathways. It would also disturb her schedule of kids so she avoided.
As a solopreneur raising young children with school and extracurricular commitments, she chose to focus on her core programs rather than diversify into the many additional activities offered by other companies. To Ms Hetal, other companies were just one of the products and services.
By 2017 during her site hetaln.com, Ms Hetal could gather all she needed including her own family specifics.
Thus, Enrollments remained extremely limited, as Ms. Hetal did not employ instructors and primarily focused on personally teaching her own students while balancing her children’s activities.
Those commitments alone were substantial and part time itself created all this! Ms. Hetal’s proposals are of entirely different type. These do not speak of acquisitions or even mergers.

The rest is history.
Ms Hetal till date makes sure that if she sweats, it better be measured for 360 reasons. Not just one degree of it.
