International Artists — Privacy, Documentation & Independent Project Practices
At Grace And Grooves Corp., we recognize the privacy, creative ownership, professional independence, and individual rights of international artists participating in performances, workshops, tours, collaborations, educational programs, media activities, and other creative engagements.
Our approach is designed to keep each artist, activity, project, authorization, and billing arrangement clearly separated.
1. Artist Records & Personal Materials
International artists’ personal records, photographs, portfolios, biographies, documents, professional materials, and other artist-specific information are not routinely maintained as a permanent company archive.
Materials provided for a particular engagement are treated as specific to that activity and its intended purpose.
Previous submission of materials does not automatically establish permission for their future retention or use.
Company never saves any records.
It is not company’s responsibility to save any details or records of international artists as those may change over the period of time.
2. Photographs, Videos & Media
Photographs, videos, recordings, promotional materials, and other media involving international artists are not automatically retained, published, reused, distributed, or repurposed for unrelated activities.
Where media is required for a particular project, its handling and use are subject to the applicable authorization, waiver, release, or agreement.
Thus, media is asked every single time.
3. Portfolios & Professional Documentation
Artist portfolios, résumés, biographies, press kits, technical information, promotional materials, and similar professional documentation are treated as engagement-specific materials.
They are not intended to become an unrestricted or perpetual artist database.
4. Waivers, Releases & Permissions
Appropriate waivers, releases, permissions, or authorizations are signed based on the specific activity and intended use.
The applicable document determines the scope of the permission.
Authorization for one performance, workshop, tour, project, photograph, recording, or other activity does not automatically constitute authorization for a separate or future activity.
For any company or brand, indepedent rights and waivers are signed.
5. Every Activity Is a New Activity
At Grace And Grooves:
- Every performance is a new activity.
- Every workshop is a new activity, be it for performances or be it without performance
- Every appearance is a new activity.
- Every tour engagement is a new activity.
- Every collaboration is a new activity.
- Every media engagement is a new activity.
- Every educational engagement is a new activity.
Previous participation does not automatically establish continuing permission or authorization.
6. Every Project Is a New Project
Each project is independently proposed, evaluated, documented, agreed upon, administered, and completed.
A prior project does not automatically create continuing rights, obligations, permissions, deliverables, or authorization for another project.
Remuneration or pending dues are usually deducted or added based on previous balance of accounts.
7. Every Billing Is Entirely Separate
Every billing is independent and project-specific.
An engagement may be:
- Proposed by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj / Grace And Grooves, based on a specific artistic, educational, cultural, production, or promotional requirement; or
- Proposed by the artist or the artist’s authorized representative, including as part of an international tour, visiting-artist program, workshop tour, performance tour, or other professional engagement.
Accordingly, each engagement may have its own:
Scope • Fee • Deliverables • Travel • Expenses • Schedule • Documentation • Waivers • Agreements • Delivery is upon the full cycle remuneration model.
No prior invoice, fee, or engagement is intended to establish an automatic rate or continuing billing arrangement for a subsequent project.
8. No Blanket Authorization
Participation in one Grace And Grooves activity does not create blanket authorization for the future retention, publication, reuse, distribution, promotion, or commercial use of an artist’s photographs, videos, portfolios, records, documents, or other professional materials.
Each intended use is considered within the context of the applicable activity and authorization.
9. Clear Separation of Artist & Project Information
Our operating principle is to maintain a clear distinction between:
Artist → Activity → Project → Authorization → Deliverables → Billing
and to establish the applicable terms again when a new engagement begins.
10. Our Commitment
We believe international artistic collaborations work best when expectations are clear and each engagement is treated independently.
Our guiding principle is:
Every activity is a new activity.
Every project is a new project.
Every authorization is specific to its purpose.
Every billing is separate.
This approach is intended to respect the privacy, creative ownership, professional independence, and individual expectations of international artists, while providing a clear framework for Grace And Grooves’ artistic and professional collaborations.
The Brand takes independent enrollments.
This Brand does not offer Launch Programs – those are to be purchased — seperately packaged under Reachh Mediaa Brand.
The activities of Reachh Mediaa are not to be mixed with Dhamaal Events USA brand at all.
11. Graduates and Productions – Recitals —
Brand does not have graduates per se as these workshops are ad-hoc, progressive or are one time activity.
The company has not conducted these regularly or are exclusively announced, if so.
Although, company has some success in Elites Line of Delivery during 2020 Pandemic times, only because of compulsory lockdown and such restrictions.
Elites when available often take part in Online Programs.
Dhamaal Events USA Programs do not have recitals – as in current date (September 4, 2026) as it is too early on this.
- In Person Success –
- Current success is also in “in-person” workshops of “Navaratri Raas Garba-Dodhiya-Festival And Community Culture Workshop” by Anish Rangrej, visits to DFW, Texas, USA.
- Revanta Sarabhai’s USA tour was cancelled/postponed because of Covid in 2020, thus activities are on stand-by.
- For the other artists 2020 Academic Year Only —
- Current success is in “online” workshops — mostly non performing workshops for level in particular genre – penned and selected by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj as these were exclusively Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s own students which she instructs level by level.
- International Artist when visit — often perform as part of their USA tour and may conduct in-person workshops either proposed by themselves or proposed by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj, thus the terms may vary.
- Brand is successful for online – local artists as well.
- The affiliations of several individuals or the brand itself did not begin until – after all the series of programs were planned in 2015 and after the completion of Recital 2016 : Dance of Gods Ft. Adi-Shakti – Dance of Divine.
- Hetal Joshi Nagaraj’s planning was all the way until 2021 and this includes hall bookings as well. Only additional times were to be added if any additional activities.
- All enrollments are handled through http://www.graceandgrooves.com. Prior to http://www.graceandgrooves.com – It was dhamaalevents’s own website wherein the registrations were handled.
Hetal Joshi Nagaraj keeps her own seperate, entirely as her own kids are part of this whole program. Leadership changes to Hetal Joshi Nagaraj in this brand.

On a lighter note — Company already has surpassed more than 1 Petabyte of Data and cannot even have bulky emails with several attachments and other artists videos and material — that take up space.
