Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International didn’t necessarily start with an “ecosystem” and company—-Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj and then created brands around it. The ecosystem emerged from the requirements of own advancements as a need 
. Ms Hetal is too busy to create a company for no good reason LOL. Not an inch of effort to create company.
It is not future, idea, plan or pitch hehe.
It is achieved. Trademarks copyright, some approvals too as in latest development.
2011 itself was late. 2011 she had her own performances and achievements of 1999 on advertisement materials.

Some proposed being co-founder, all this is achieved on her own and is not awaiting “to do”—it is her own personal solo journey as an artist, dancer and educator; co-founder is not after somebody achieves.
When Ms Hetal starts something new, or anybody proposes something new “thats not existing on hetaln” based on mutual expenses, profits and income—-then it is or it may be. Or something may be but has not incorporated then that makes co-founder if somebody agrees.
At times even an investor is not co-founder. Even if one puts a shit load of money, investor is investor. Investor is not a founder. Investor becomes founder when he/she is in every process, whole idea, process, training or directs trainings to achieve results such as this field and decision making process.
Sponsor is sponsor, not a founder. Producer is producer and not a director or actor, unless the roles are shared .
This in Ms Hetal’s case, Ms Hetal is solo so her own roles are shared as every role as director, producer, investor in her own programs, creatives, design, training program, songs, productions—everything, leads-advertisement campaigns and marketing packages too LOL, sponsor for own stuff, artist herself, educator herself based on her own fields.
Referrals do not make co-founder either. Graduates, Elites or Elite Lines are not co-founders. They are just extention or continuation of program on new terms as Elite Lines have a corporate or business acumen and other worldly real life experiences to stand at par with Ms Hetal. Not like those frisco plano small worlds that do not even have proper billing, driven by moods, rage, assumptions and all the rants of their own made up stories.
Everything in their world is just okay. #Right
Our worlds are very different on entire other level of work and where every word is weighed by exact meaning. There is no okay here . Clarity is extremely important. We cannot even trust Ai documents. We cannot even have an individual on certain immigration status as workforce either because of our work.
Mentor is not co-founder. Services are paid to lawyers, accountants, university for courses, institutes for some courses, tax consultants, immigration lawyers, external photographers crew for additional backups based on severity of matters or additional consult —- to name a few. These are not co-founders. These do not even belong to company. They are service providers
This field allows an individual to start solo without much capital or can directly hire too like Ms Hetal did for g2. Ms Hetal is result of her own full trainings ever since 1998 and a very good business intelligence. Ms Hetal never had a boss or mentor above her for anything.
Feel free to debate this. It varies by each role. Worthless people who have never achieved anything in their own life will argue this. Right ?
Passive is founder because passive fuels the idea, goals and can hire others to get it done. G2(solo founder), RG2(co-founder) were passive direction of her own to fuel it from goals to idea and money. Ms Hetal didn’t want to be in class in those brands either as educator, artist or a workforce role like the other brands and thus, as above.
Somebody can hire Ms Hetal too .

When that happens, it makes Ms Hetal — a workforce, not a cofounder or founder. Ms Hetal can acquire other businesses too. Even if she flips the whole company to a magnanimous awesome level, it does not make Ms Hetal a co-founder or founder. Eg-Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj. Reachh Mediaa was acquisition, a very slow one.
Companies do these type of regional acquisitions all the time before jumping to big haul acquisition of entire company, globally.

I do not even have to dare on this. 100% well said. I do not have any mentor, guide or peer who changed anything in me. I come from schools and extremely well established infrastructure in every single field. Needless to say, it reflects in my work. Talk about thankful for those environments, my family and my overall upbringing .
I am as i am as i was before, and i have way bigger plans than most may have dreamed of. My lifestyle is also exact same. Just some dance activities have minimized as it was expected to be passive so that i could focus on bigger avenues and my own solo journey as an artist and i am swamped in lot of work that i was to do–if it was passive.
The biggest unanticipated worthless crap was – fraud mess which caused loss of passive income and my own money from fraud is something i await. And yeah the catastrophic mess from it was just as big as my whole operational setup. It is currently working too just at very slow pace. But that’s about it.

All you see today is something that was to be done in those times from 2021 to 2025. Some blog entries are non stop from 2015. Some new developments of permanent merger or acquisition and Elite Line — is an addition. All the other posts were/are as is too.
Clarity of subject matter and timelines as well, be it Grace And Grooves Corp By Hetal Nagaraj or Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj or any brand was also documented as per registrations and various brand launches. Thus, company moved to being a Corporation.
My passive decision was under planning from 2015-2016 itself — during the establishment of blog and seo activities as it was alot back then itself. Thus, i never started new batch at one location as soon as all were graduates, elites or elite line levels. It was location time since then. I knew I needed one. This too was way before I re-connected to my any former institutes or gurus or teachers.
That’s why my website idea became a project itself in 2016-2017.
It just took some time for me to get it all together in 2021 as I had line up all brands and also, because most had graduated and as a solo preneur, i have to think about my family too.
As matter of fact, 2020 was initial G2 Dance Factory By The Settys North America USA plan but in 2020, realtors were not showing the properties. That’s only delay of pandemic.
But other than this, the success of my own online programs made me push for G2 Dance Factory By The Settys North America USA in 2021, relentlessly. And it did happen as soon as realtors were showing properties and then i had fraud right after back to back.
Not one but thrice back to back. This fraud could happen in any business! These frauds are – 1. Property management fraud, 2. Jane doe’s Immigration and theft to Texas All Star Talents By Hetal Nagaraj brand, and then 3. i had some credit card fraud who tried a charge back on one of the big amount gig. 4. the deliberate acts of jane doe to mess the systems — i am lucky that database got locked. VERY – my systems worked through the roughest times.
Besides all this, every single activity is on routine too such as database devices upgrades, upgrades on gears and lights, upgrade of entire music gears and systems that we use, more check points on systems because of recent frauds, portable gears, other ways to do legit payments to avoid chargebacks type of scams, some program will not resume until all funds are recovered, more strict policies and very strict immigration policy — just to name a few.
I am in little mess myself on body, skin and other health but that’s all temporary. Nothing I cannot roll back to. As a not so acute Edema patient, its normal for me to change in body. As a former sportsmen too, it is very normal to change my skin and hair color as well. As a diet and wellness consultant, I do take care of myself. As a scientific approach to my all fields and thoroughly well trained to handle all setbacks of life as a dancer as well, i am less likely to get sciatica and such other issues that on an average dancers complain about.
Stress and certain lifestyle causes lot of this.
My brain is working (haha), i learned 2 new technologies too and entered Ai. Thankfully, I am healthy.
The fact that i don’t do just the classes and just the supervision-coaching makes me use the property for nearly 60+ other brands/products and services. My permits of venue allowed me. I even asked whole building price to calculate my future for entire hetaln.com. Even if other pandemic strikes, i had more than 59 brands to look forward to. I hope the blog posts makes sense of all i am into. It should.
I do not have any regrets at all. I did not lose anybody. I am as i was. I do not have feelings in business and contracts.
Everything is this legit and 100% TRUE. I will do it bigger too in near future, just with right people who don’t like to shit around with their worthless lives. One life
