Social Media Platform Usability – Hetal Joshi Nagaraj

Social Media Platform Usability – Hetal Joshi Nagaraj

From Ms. Hetal’s Collective Post on Social Media Current Usability — Nov 4, 2026 –

My approach to social media verification has always been rooted in corporate credibility, brand authenticity, and public relations—not influencer status or monetization.

Neither my personal professional activities nor any of my companies’ operations are dependent on paid platform subscriptions, influencer programs, or monetization avenues. Should such opportunities become relevant to our business activities in the future, we will certainly evaluate them accordingly.

My present focus is various submission for PR, building independent brand identities, maintaining authentic corporate representation, strengthening public visibility, and documenting our professional and organizational contributions.

As Founder, Leader, Producer, Director and Solo preneur, I also recognize that future leadership structures may bring additional flexibility in how my companies and organizations may involve in platform engagements. As the company currently operates without external investors, I exercise considerable caution when undertaking online engagements, commitments, and third-party associations as 90% of these require upfront fees for digital advancements.

My business decisions, professional activities, and organizational responsibilities are evaluated independently, with appropriate attention to financial exposure, accountability, and operational risks. Social media engagement is a separate communication and public relations function; it does not define, direct, or determine any of my business operations, professional commitments, or organizational decisions.

Accordingly, these activities must/are entirely separate from the company’s core operations and business engagements.

My priority remains building credible businesses, brands, meaningful professional legacies, and independently identifiable brands—not purchasing visibility of social media monetization. That world is entirely different and when I have those as official engagements then i am sure that I will leap in paid subscriptions.

Although my own is entirely seperate too – which i always keep it seperate.

My any company’s traffic, visibility, and audience engagement are the outcomes of the company’s own work, my own work, my own activities, my own programs, my own various level of contributions, and established brand presence—not the other way around. I build every single activity, brand reputation independently and this includes every single individual’s account, if has following; social media platforms are simply channels through which that work is communicated and documented.

My business generates its own value and visibility. My work does not define on company’s success by social media traffic, follower counts, or platform-driven popularity. It is other way around!

People should not confuse the traffic i generate through my outcomes, Company’s PR to an individuals’ PR even if the page or account is seperately allocated for various company representations for group PR as part of company’s regular activities.
As simple as i myself submitting a link some where and it creates traffic. That’s all.
I also use my companies for my billing from all platforms as I run advertisements on these platforms and various engagement packages — often with the links in it.

About the accounts that remain frozen, inactive or dormant –

Certain social media accounts remain frozen, inactive, or dormant because they were originally assigned by me to specific individuals to carry out designated social media responsibilities as part of their respective roles and activities. Those individuals are no longer associated with the company, and consequently, their assigned accounts have either been frozen or retained in an inactive state. Usually, these are 21+ age years participants, students or staff.  #YES

Additionally, some accounts remain dormant solely because they are connected to existing plugins, integrations, or third-party services during the time of the tasks assigned.

Since the operation and account-management policies of external social media platforms are beyond our direct control, these accounts cannot simply be discontinued or removed until the associated plugins and integrations are properly addressed or transferred to another authorized company administrator. This takes long time because of response time from social media platforms.

Accordingly, such accounts are retained temporarily for administrative continuity, integration management, and the orderly transfer of access and responsibilities. Their inactive status should not be interpreted as ongoing operations, active personnel association, or a change in company ownership. I just get the name removed as the account can be used.

This should not be confused with google console intranets, google platforms or emails.

Open to Paid Verified Accounts on Social Media Platform — In Future!

I am certainly open to investing in paid subscriptions offered by social media platforms in the future, should my own and my business activities, communication requirements, or public relations objectives may require them.

I am aware that these platforms offer several valuable features and benefits on paid verification accounts that can support several tools of brand credibility, visibility, account security, and professional engagement.

My decision not to subscribe as a paid platform user – at present is purely based on our current operational requirements and priorities, rather than any reluctance to invest in such services.

When the appropriate opportunities arise, I will not hesitate to consider and utilize the available paid services where they provide meaningful organizational or professional value.

For now, this is just current PR presence that i need to get some things running. It is extremely educational, training, development, or civic in nature and thus, would like to keep it that way.

This operates on an entirely different level from the influencer-centric social media culture.

One may notice that several posts are shared in million different ways on my platforms for purely submission purposes only because public declaration is a compulsion in certain format.

It is just to submit and since public declaration is needed, i use social media to upload these – often. Facebook too i am sure gets its traffic from me on new users 😉. #Right

Social media is a communication tool for me and my companies for various submissions and PR requirements, not our business model or our identity or any influencer.

I am certainly open to establishing a separate brand (since one brand we have and can be mounted upon) in the future that approaches social media as an independent business model, including influencer-led activities, brand collaborations, promotional engagements, and monetized content creation. Should I venture into that space of influencers, I am confident that I will develop appropriate remuneration structures, professional engagement terms, and compensation packages, just as other businesses in that industry do.

Until then, my existing companies and their respective activities will continue to operate independently, with social media serving primarily as a educational, communication, documentation, and public relations tool rather than a revenue model.

I do not have any influencers who does anything for me :). Ever seen anybody sharing a single post of any of pages – other than me ? Rarely few, only if its needed. That as well is when its parents submission via company.

It is purely company PR and such activities. Every single activity is the existing activity or is completed in full.

Promotions are usually for the seasons and are regularly published-direct class videos only.

I do not do any shoots on videos that are posted currently on my any social media. Those videos were cropped to reel format and those participants are my real-world clients, or are my students, graduates, Elites, Elite Lines. There is invoice for those, there is transaction of those, and those clients-classes are fully recorded as well. Several clips are from years together, some date back to more than decade of my own clientile.

Since i am sole trainer, solo preneur as well and I only generate traffic through my own activities, outcomes – be it students, productions or shows, it is obviously about me and most often are public declarations.

That’s all.

#YES.
