‘Cutie pies from age group 3 to 13 that have made us proud!

Once a year, Ms. Hetal regularly takes 1 batch of below 5 years by genre. Most of our Elites or Pre.Elites are the students that are our students from the age of 3 to 5 years and some are now university grads/20+/30+ or are expecting their own kids or are moms that graduated!

Ms. Hetal’s interest in early child education was ignited early in life as a caregiver to younger brother and while assisting for library programs with her own mom. She is often affiliated with several montessori programs due to her wellness programs and interest in early child education as well. This is just one activity other than her speciality of youth/preteen/teen and active adults education and thus the success in each age group, genre as well as categories or styles.

Maximum number of early education workshops as well successfully delivered and in all age groups exclusively and today we have few Elites as well that are Ms.Hetal’s student from very young age of 3 years by genre!

Ms. Hetal’s first successful batch was at the age of 19(1999) in 2 genres and was part time in this field until 2019.

‘Requirements – Qualification for this category –

It is very normal for our inhouse students to achieve so much at very young age because of Hetal Nagaraj’s multi-specialities and success. Here’s the criteria to qualify. We do not have external students on this.

  • Consistent delivery of more than 3-4 performances a year either in our in house programs or culture shows by genre with full knowledge of skillsets. For below 5 years, min 1-2 performances.
  • + are too young to compete or take part in programs as minimum age requirement in most programs is either 5, 8years, 10 or 13.
  • + level of skills that do not match the competition or commercial level of expectancy (way too beginners or too basic.) but matches to inhouse curriculam level by level criterias.
  • Represented company or hetal nagaraj dance either as group or solo or showcased company’s work or independent with their own work in any public program as per above performance eligibility.
  • Either way, fundamentals are fundamentals!

We will call them budding stars.

Budding Stars are not the graduates of any genre/category/style nor elites or pre.elites unless otherwise mentioned. These are just exceptional students that accelerated faster than other students in their levels or age groups or are our GT / Accelerated program students or are students who could do MORE than most other enrolled students. We unlocked their abilities.

Extras ? What is that – Hetal Joshi M (Fb post) as is.

We don’t have any practice of extra(s). Usually our own trained students or private class students often participate as those extras if needed and they all come by to practice or perform.

More than 3500 students trained till date (just me) and about 150+ grads in DFW itself and most often they all dance and are in touch with me. I have never had a sour grape till date in my entire history. Thus, hetaln.com was/is as you see today. It is called client relationship i think (haha). #yes#THATMany#newtoyou

So at some point, all are connected with me for some program or probably they will rent/buy costumes from me or take mentor classes/some chat is always going onn because of my specialities. With these many students and such a good relationship, I don’t need people from anywhere else and why would I.

We do not use anybody other than in-house Elites for any of our gigs or unless signed under Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 (not allowed because of expertise levels-technique specs req).

those “extras” practices are in big screen world where they have movies and such activities while ours is not into those areas yet.

It is usually easy to fill most positions ad hoc in my Grace And Grooves Group of Companies from our own student-parents base or our own choreographers network itself and most of this is because of trainings of techniques.

Since Grace And Grooves Group of Companies never had any full timers, or were full time other job work and so we usually take projects with full quotes and MOU without which an invoice or billing is not send to client and dates/time/check-ins are required in advance with specifics.

For students too, credits are always provided with full waivers/paperwork and that includes media release photo/pic/video waivers without which any work is never assigned. I am known for that as a matter of fact.

So many people approach me from every social media and sites/job sites and without paperwork, we do not do any activity. My transparency attracts them. For all volunteers too, we have a MOU. And I had mine too for all my volunteer assignments.

For 5 min of one dance too or tiny gig, we require paperwork. It is what it is. I am approached by several good choreographers (i mean really good ones and their work is so beautiful) who wanted to work with me and were not ready to sign paperwork(because of their visa status) and so I never had them for “anything”. #factsyoudidntknow.

In my entire history of my 27 years of business and 39 years in performing arts, without paperwork, I do not touch the work and I do not let anybody touch anything. I may be at several programs too or viz a versa as audience but i my not be working for them or any such activity viz a versa. I ask for it if i am volunteering as a token of some written arrangement or announcement of some sort, somewhere, something that i can put on my bio.

People have told me that I am stubborn on paperwork and yes that is how it is should be specifically in this field. How is it anybody ok to have anybody around their kids/teens or adults/students with individuals that are either not trained to handle these students or are not skilled or do not have a proper traceability of background in specialities or cannot be traced or do not understand the seriousness of these technicalities. When in this field, it is direct (face to face) in person and physical technicalities and physical interaction is involved such as formations and all the other work that invades bubble/personal space per se. We have rules for everybody that ensures safety. Thus till date, we have never had issues with so many teens, young active adults and college kids! See these many programs other than regular dance lessons and shows were possible only because of this practice and with technicalities.

Above all, It is for my safety as i have settled family/life. I cannot afford to have anybody around my family or my students without being accountable/responsible. Environment in my shows/classes is so clean that everybody feels safe from seeking help without gender/age bias and are extremely well guided. Nobody is ever confused about their roles. Everybody knows their code of conduct. Everybody follows those protocols of safety. Those who do not follow these code of conduct are requested to leave without any delays. The time/effort/$$ that is involved are way higher in stakes than anybody else. Thus, the success too! See these many programs other than regular dance lessons and shows were possible only because of this practice and with technicalities.

It is that clean. I do not take those assignments either. Legal paperwork/quote/invoice/contracts/terms and conditions/MOU with specific details/insurance waivers/media releases is required means required. This is how I was introduced to performing arts and it has made my path very very clear.

We do not hire or seek any volunteers for anything if it’s not listed or without paperwork. It is what it is.

Since most of them are my own classmates or my own trained people or people apply directly on my sites and job sites do offer very good candidates(as per g2 experience) and so it is rare that i will hire anybody from just about anywhere!

Once a while I pm somebody for certain specialities if they are interested and if they do not sign paperwork then I do not chase anybody. Transparency/Traceability/Paperwork/MOU/Waivers/Passport/Driving License/Legal Status Paperwork is required depending on country as our work is often in those places/venues/people and lot of work is with minors and teens and so it is required to submit all these documents for safety, traceability of individual, insurance and payment purposes/if any.

Not a single day, anybody has ever worked for this company and viz a versa without paperwork/waivers or invoices. Record!

Hetal Joshi M takes speciality with full trainings in each of it and Hetal Joshi M hires people if she needs and after hiring people too, Hetal Joshi M involves in every tiny work (at times it also includes lot of after work or before work without which that project or work will not exists).

Just an example – once in one of our studios, we had a sudden booking the next day early morning and guess who was arranging for it at 10pm the previous night. Hetal was arranging for it with 2 of her elites. That gig was 2000$ gig that led to other 5000$ of gigs and series. It is called to value everybody’s time and yourself as well.

To bag that gig, hetal was booked for it (that’s hetal’s mastery and that is how beautiful ms. hetal is that she gets gig on her face value & skills, irrespective of her weight/skin color or anything infact. dare to be this beautiful! hetal has 27 waist and she gets a gig, hetal has 32 waist and she gets a gig- dare to be this successful and beautiful in every shape, color and size. facts yes. here’s the example of her all her shape/size and color) and our g2 coordinator(marchawn) had also spend her time to coordinate all of that with paperwork and all the process that is absolutely required before the gig to begin. Ofcourse, hetal pays taxes as all this is with full paperwork. That’s a straight 30% cut.

Who hired g2 coordinator ? Hetal Joshi M. Who paid for marchawn’s time/admin and who advised/supervised on what/how/process/paperwork to do that? Hetal Joshi M.

You can either work for it to learn-FREE or you pay for it (if you are a pro like our g2 admin marchawn was then you get paid).

Texas All Star Talents is a volunteer program(where you work for free to learn and to lead too if you listen then you learn or you get fired). that’s passion and love of field.

who attracts all this ? Hetal Nagaraj and Elites’ work and the way she does it. That is creating opportunities with success!

Who took advantage of this gig ?

All the pre.elites and elites in the company. That’s money, love, passion, education, knowing where it leads to/awareness, impact, and everything else.

Would you prepare and arrange for a gig from 10pm to 12 midnight just because somehow everything and everybody got aligned by 10pm and for a project that big the next day. Who ran to studio to arrange for it ?

Hetal Joshi M/ Hetal Nagaraj did.

It is also called sacrificing your own time for something to achieve and for your own teams.

Why ?

Just to save 2 hours so that the next day, all classes can run on time as scheduled for everybody and the other days were all fully scheduled. This is called value of time.

This is just one example. This is called prioritizing what is important to company and people in the company.

Did Hetal take marchawn’s work of coordinating and all the other post gig work ? No – why ? It is called respecting the value of other’s speciality as per job assigned. You think, hetal would not have been able to do it. Hetal can certainly do it. It is called control.

Who aligned everything to make it happen ? Hetal Nagaraj/Hetal Joshi. This is called leadership.

Who benefitted from all of above ? Entire Company.

This is called impact on so many people’s success, to make it happen and attracting opportunities. That gig opened door to several other possibilities because Hetal did it.

Hetal Joshi M is always there because Hetal Joshi M has never had anybody senior in multi-specialities or “being available” (more than 50 specialities in performing arts only) and so at some point, everything stalls if hetal is not there. That’s why Hetal Joshi M name is there everywhere.

Very Good Question – Is there relaunch services for artists or anybody?

No, we do not have those and those are totally dependent on previous engagements with company.

Since we never had to relaunch anybody, till date. History of 39 years of Hetal Nagaraj Dance and in history of Hetal Nagaraj Dance‘s 27 years of business!

We don’t offer / cannot offer relaunch services for those that have incurred criminal fraud/harm or have not brought substantial business or loss of creditability to company.

We are self-reliant business and because of high budget activities in all types of services/products, the environment itself has lot to offer if you know how to use it wisely.

As you see, so much success of each and every individual is this easily traceable under me/hetalnagaraj. We had deepthi, mansi, jinal, we have all types of people. See so much success.

For the others, most of our seasonal instructors know of their work with us by their multi-specialities because of their on-going seasonal & consistent work and delivery.

The MOU and contracts are specifically created by each individual according to time commitments by those individuals and as per legal guidelines/immigration/labor and minor laws as well. #YES

That is how we have several seasonal instructors that often come by and they all complete their work too as you see.

It is not that hard to achieve if you commit to work by passion, creativity, love and all that is assigned.

It is assigned because you signed for it and it is assigned because that is what company needs! Everything that you select from the list provided is assigned to you just as you asked. This includes certain specialities that you may not want to work on and that is also excluded.

Such as you could be a writer but you do not want to engage in any writing work and that is fine too. Thus, the responsibilities are predetermined. Thus all this success! We love to value you, your time, investment if any and specialities. How you value us is whole different story.

So much is achieved without an excuse just by doing the needful by everybody. So I/hetalnagaraj do not see a reason further more for anything else. Most of our own seasonal instructors are in their degree programs or are in high school years and so their commitment is often low and so everybody abides by those who are full timers, most of time – it is me and jinal shah that are always available since we know whats going onn in clients’ requirements and submissions.

****obviously the people that are fired are never called until accountable (since this is our first criminal fraud/issue that got caught red handed) and after that accountability a seperate collab with full fees is applicable. it is better that way.

We are not a freebie company and we don’t compete with anybody as our entire list of activities other than regular classes are on a different level.

We have our own world that we are busy with!

There is a cost involved to launch every product or service or artist or any other activity and there is a cost for creating these opportunities that Hetal Nagaraj Dance has to incur too.

Several elites work is dependent on Hetal Nagaraj Dance herself and Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 as well as other activities that are extremely important.

Our company is made with lot of love, mutual respect, generations of mutual deliverables, trust and reliability on everybody’s predetermined set of responsibilities. Each work is so important that it has a cascading effect. We can’t risk other people’s work.

Either way, you are always welcome to apply again. We know our truth and we know what we do. You are not the only one we have had as you know and that our success ratio is this super high with 1 leadership – hetalnagaraj.

a complete discretion based on previous experiences and history of your engagements with company is always considered during the hiring process, if any.

We don’t have any volunteer opportunities until further notice due to this massive fraud and misuse of Texas All Star Talents program. We do not want to buy any brand either until this is cleared. Hetal Nagaraj Dance is swamped with work b’coz of all this.

***Also, we do not have online classes at this moment. So i/hetalnagaraj is not sure why people ask if we have online classes. we already have our own “on going standard instructors” that we use as we need as our our MOU with them during the times of online classes and that is from 2020.

People are always encouraged and more than welcome to join Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 programs that are for Texas All Star Talents as well;these artists usually pay for the opportunties and all the submissions/coordination takes times. It is quite some work with legal protocols to be followed as well with waivers and several forms.

If you are somebody who is going to argue with teams and make it extremely difficult to work with or Hetal Nagaraj Dance and throw tantrums for these protocols or precisely anything (after all this success under @hetalnagarajdance and full transparency) then you might as well do it yourself and show us how it’s done(haha) just on your expenses. Not on Grace And Grooves Group of Companies or Hetal Nagaraj Dance‘ or Elite’s expense. Who are we to stop anybody.

I/@Hetal Nagaraj Dance hires people as Grace And Grooves Group of Companies needs. And until 2023, we used to have Texas All Programs as well. We did that for G2 Dance Factory as well.

You are more than welcome to read all this several times if you feel the need to understand it at your pace. We will add this to that employment post as well. Certain projects/time/once it is gone, it is gone as these are by contracts in years or months. We try our best to recover whatever we can from the lost projects. We move onn with applicable steps to prevent in future and obviously whatever legal is required is usually handled.

@hetalnagaraj does not have time to redo as hetalnagaraj has timed her life with certain goals. www.hetaln.com. certain projects are extremely time consuming with high stake of $$ and so it is next to impossible to get those redone or fetch those until very long time as these are all contracted. It depends on damages and several funding as well.

Collabs do repeat often as it is very much like accountability w/friendship that have benefitted all elites and both the companies financially and so we do those often.

Because of pandemic, some of our artists were not launched or due to g2 delays( and are mentioned as well) as the lockdown restricted several of their activities or after lockdown and so online activities were not possible and so those are exception to all of this. And so we work with them for other projects or as it may come or if any, on a friendly note depends on specialities and MOU as well.

However, accountability is extremely attractive. It brings the trust back and money pays for everything. It is about money, passion, love, and it is about everything! Accountability in $$$ brings probabilities of relaunching and that depends on damages.

That is why, all this success was and is possible. Company cannot lie for somebody that has not done a thing or is taking other people’s credit or work and fails in that as well. It is about getting work done and so if you are trying to be irreplaceable then work for it(in your other hours). First the work assigned needs to be done in the hours that were committed, it is expected out of you that you will complete those first as assigned. In this business, it is required that certain steps are “done first” as lot of work is dependent on it. As much anybody favors anybody, it is what it is. Company or company programs or transparency is not available to be misused.

Our boss/hetal works like crazy to make everybody successful with a dedicated admin that schedules everything just for hetal and then company. How do you think, all these opportunities and $$$ were attracted. Look at hetal’s own activities.

We do not hate anybody. We do our work. We do not allow anybody to claim to work for us only because of niche work that we do and that specialities and $$ are on high end.

Types of Career and Employment!

  1. By hourly based on experience and education or formal training – company advertises for you and arranges for you, takes all the coordination work. Expenses are incurred by company!
  2. % only if company does not have to advertise you or you handle your own coordination. Usually that is when people bring their own teams usually with friends and family and we provide support with tech and all the mentorship ideas and themes or concepts by genre. We as company provide you a docking system with opportunities/platform/as long as all waivers are signed and protocols are followed.
  3. partnership of investments and profits or losses – with those that are at par with us and our activities and understands the importance why certain techniques are required in certain audiences. we cannot argue with anybody about these factors. – most collabs are example of this.
  4. board member – we do not have that model and we choose never to have it. Since we never had a consistent or constant staff or full timers.
  5. salary – monthly salary with gas/travel/food perks. selected individuals willing to work 40hours standard salary and standard perks.
    • Till date in the entire history, only deepthi was offered with a work visa if she chooses to do.
  6. 2 submissions required & bio – 1. background/training/dance/performance/teaching videos 2. live audition/in person.
  7. We do not believe in over-time. do your work on time and leave on time! We do not like overtime.
    • Exceptions – Unless of-course at your own will, you are willing to deliver MORE then you take it (in off hours of your hours assigned) and deliver! Don’t hang it in air. Several staff people such as mansi, deepthi, tejaswini have done this type of work and have delivered and they got their perks too and earned too. Any of these exceptions are “not” paid for.
    • A reason why these people have earned such respect in company. All team members love to work with them. other perks are provided as per gigs or projects or MOU/depends on work or project/program if assigned by hetalnagaraj/hetaljoshim!
    • We don’t expect you to take a 10$ work that was somebody else’s contracted work and deliver for 500$ or equivalent perks and seek appreciation for that stupidity and all of that in regular working hours where that work was not assigned to you and other work was waiting to be done in work hours because offices close at 5pm and that is loss of day (which was more than 1000s of $$). If you lack this common sense, you should work for somebody who is ok with that (e.g : flyers, social media pics or social sharing or posting). this work is often transferred to seasonal media students that often hop in for this type of occasional work or for recommendation letters + we have our established teams as well in India/overseas that are ms. hetal’s own classmates/community people that are contracted to provide these jobs for lesser cost). This is example of saumya bhardwaj kaur. There was a reason why this individual was fired from volunteer assignments.
  8. International artists – workshops, module based projects or existing skill based classes depends on contract/stay/visa or MOU. – Anish ji, manojbhai, ms. neetu/kalakshetra.
  9. Straight background required means required at all times, paperwork MOU of responsibilities must be approved/signed/agreed to with full waivers.
  10. Texas all star programs are not available until further notice due to massive damages in company.
  11. company Id(s), social media logins of company or their own names, gears, gadgets are not provided to anybody unless they are students or any type staff of company. Just because somebody decides to do it does not mean they work for us. Several people these days do a lot.
    • We have found our own video on some tiktok (as top 10) that does not mean that we submitted it – we don’t do reels submissions unless it is asked and whenever that is asked, we will think about it and what to submit and how/other specs. somebody else have just randomly put it up there. we don’t know anything about them.
    • We do only Mainstream media and online culture programs or competitions if any.

*****It is crime to represent company or individual without permission or unless assigned on paper with full social media & media rights waivers. Pls do not use any of our company or any of our individuals name for your purposes without hetal’s permission in written. We are a training school and we cannot afford to entertain those actions that could put other people’s work (some as young as teens) at stake. Ms Hetal’s specs are seperately mentioned and are not mixed with company’s contribution because company needs Hetal. It was always the other way round. ALL classes are recorded FULL for quality purposes.

ALL individuals are required to sign the contracts / MOU or Waivers for safety of everybody without which not a single performance/gig or any project or volunteer work or 1 min of work is “ever” assigned.****** History in this too.

We are not hiring at this moment. We do not seek any volunteers at this moment. More on this and about our relaunch services. Selective full time hiring based on straight transparent background only.

  • The type of projects that we work are extremely demanding as these are commercial projects so give it a yes or no. We don’t want to hear stories of why and all. 2 simple words. yes or no.
  • If you are going to throw tantrums, be disrespectful to full timers and elites then you can do it yourself. don’t work for us.
  • Initiatives are always welcomed but safety first and budget or time commitment should be discussed. want credit, work for it. don’t take other people’s credit.
  • if you are going to discuss and bring ideas as team member respectfully then only join. Watch yourself grow if so! We have several people that have wonderful ideas and all are successful.
  • If you cannot be a team then do not join. every time there is emergency. might as well be in emergency all day.
  • We have people that work for us for 2-3 generations and there is a reason why. To make your work place valuable to be heard is by doing all this is to value everybody. hetal is client and vendor for 2-3 generations too. Your boss is not your friend but some bosses make you really well and that is how hetalnagaraj/hetaljoshim was made. Thus this success.
  • We are training school. It is to make you successful, if you listen!
    • If you deliver amazing, we will listen. Don’t lie – Learn!
  • Just like that life of 3500+ students, 150+ careers, 6 scholarships of scholars program were not made by hetalnagaraj/hetaljoshi with successful delivery of more than 295 programs/projects – exclusively by 99% involvement and more than 30 lines of various projects or brands.
  • ALL OF THIS IN PART TIME UNTIL 2019.

A whooping 30 income streams of the company were build exclusively by and under Ms. Hetal success and leadership – ALL activities other than regular dance lessons with 99% of her own time/presence and participations. Here’s why hetal’s name is everywhere.

Do you know, we never had a staff list and all of that until people started blaming company, hetalnagaraj/hetaljoshim and elites to satisfy their dirty politics, incompetence in deliverables of the projects. Do not take other people’s work within company when you did not sign for it. After this practice, nobody dares to blame the company or elites or hetalnagaraj/hetaljoshim.

This field does demand practice hours and such other work which is to be handled by artists themselves in their own hours and are not subject to any remunerations.
