Ms. Jinal’s mom was a student of indian folk dances in Kansas, USA as she was a former student of Darpana, Ahmedabad, India and from community of Hetal’s Aunt in Usmanpura, Ahmedabad (Hetal’s Aunt is also from Darpana Bharatanatyam Masters Program) and Hetal’s sister in law’s community neighbor.

When Ms. Jinal moved to DFW, Texas, she was looking to resume own dance lessons. After trying few monthly lessons at few institutes, Jinal discovered Ms. Hetal is in DFW, Texas and is one of her clients that had launched Reachh Mediaa in USA in 2013. This took 3 months to trace as Hetal Nagaraj’s legal name is Hetal M. Joshi (and goes by HetalJoshiM in media as trainer) instead. This is because there are several hetal joshi in DFW and Ms. Jinal did not know that Hetal Nagaraj is Hetal Joshi until she checked the database of her own company and received a verification from her mom as well as her bosses. During that time, her company partnership parted so database access was limited. Nonethless, those institutes were highly recommended by people turned to be fluke as Jinal was half trained in several dance forms while Bharatanatyam was fairly new and knew what was right.

Right after this re-connection, Hetal took Reachh Mediaa in 2020 to save it from litigation because of certain contract limitations which was a direct company proposal because of family relations. Jinal is former co-owner/partner of Reachh Mediaa Since 2013(with her own family members and classmates) and was first launched in Hyderabad & Mumbai as a Pvt Ltd.  
The entire family is well-known to Ms. Hetal because of performing arts & mainstream media associations with regular exchange of services between family members & companies for more than 2 decades as of 2024.

Requirement for Texas All Star Talents – For external students of other teachers or amateur artist :

It is required to complete certain hours in our office hours of time or instruction or performing arts activities for Texas All Star Talents programs, min 40 hours per week of commitment.

*****Since we are knowledge based product and services we cannot afford to have lurkers or people without background.

*****Hiring Eligibility – Legal residents/Citizens only because of consistency, sensitivity of projects, insurance and $$$ stake/time effort, visa issues or other availability work hours restrictions by visa.

*****Team Dancers – inhouse students only and those with straight background, traceability, transparency with institute/teachers name or school name/if it was in mainstream school or credit based leaarning at your college/university.

*****Must sign a contract and waivers for all releases to company’s rights and perform “certain min number” of performances/participation in company costumes depending on assignment or speciality. company workshops or auditions are held with specifics.

About Certificates, Approved by Hetal Joshi M.

Certificate is available for those who intend to take it seperately or for anybody who have lost theirs.

Fees – 50$ per course for the following students :

  • all the students who are in scholar / university programs / Dean Programs or NJHS programs for courses
  • OR Texas All Star Programs(with min requirements). Email – info@graceandgrooves.com with your details as below.
  • Any other student that do not have theirs.

Details needed to issue your certificate –

  • Details of your course/program,
  • batch number or registration number
  • location,
  • your instructors name if its not ms. hetal nagaraj,
  • the phone number provided to company.
  • email address associated with students account and the parents name is required for this
  • the year of your course with all the payment details.
  • If you have professional trainings under ms. hetal then pls send the production name and your role in it.
    • This includes if you were absent in production!
    • Specific details are required with email address in the system.
  • Since we do not take cash or the cash receipts are provided, it is easy to trace. Thus the date of cash or receipt endorsed to you via email or sms/phone or any other mode through our online systems.
  • Alternately, bank transaction screenshots or any confirmation of cash which is always provided are welcomed.

Just like all universities do not provide all the internal details of curriculam, we do not provide due to space restrictions in certificates. Certain labels or names are “enough” in verbiage to be used as common noun of curriculam name.

Eg – Bharatanatyam – Bharatanatyam Margam. Margam means Curriculam/Structure. Maths – Singapore Maths, Abacus, AP etc. Bollywood – Bollywood – Educational or Commercial or Professional.

NJHS or university signups –

Most students of educational accrediated institutes or NJHS scholar programs have their sign up sheets from school or college/university itself which Ms. Hetal signs personally and thus certificate of this is not required to be issued by Grace And Grooves(seperately).

Those sheets have assigned tasks either desired by the schools or universities or min hours as per ISD regulations and then tasks are provided on our platform if student have a specific field of interest to work under Ms. Hetal to gain experience for various lead positions in real industry but as a volunteer.

NJHS and University signups counts towards the school ISD or university volunteer requested hours or as supplement programs and are requested by schools or university which we as company or a non profit training center approve by task specifically on paper with a assigned name of task and a date on it to complete the task and to volunteer for.

These NJHS or any of these hours do not count towards 200 hours of min requirement for Texas All Star Programs or to be eligible for any payments as you are getting those signed for the school or university and not for Ms. Hetal or the company! Valid visa for either is absolutely required.

For those who were awaiting their offer letters from universities or NJHS and started their volunteer earlier will be endorsed their hours on paper for university or NJHS the moment they are approved by their institute/ISD or university.

This information is mentioned throughout our blogs and website that we solely support all the programs by your ISD and we provide platform for it as well in and out of ISD affiliates for you to succeed. We offer you that platform to support your education on every task or field.

Full Certificates are often provided for annual programs students only as the fees of those certificates and details are included in the program and students are expected to follow through the class by class curriculam. Concert or recital is compulsory and students are encouraged to get their private solo as well in case they miss the concert/recital or a production.

Dance is about showcasing all you have learned!

These students are required to pay recital fees for this certificate. Staff in internship programs are also required to pay for these, if needed.

For the others who have either lost their certificates or need a certificate, there is a 50$ fee with above details, just like any university or school. Students are encourage to take screenshots of our blogs with their names in graduates post and use it as their accomplishment or for college submissions!

To use for credits if any or for certain awards and how to use, please contact Ms. Hetal as she will guide you well (fees applicable) on how to use those. These are seperate services & are provided to Elites only through our Reachh Mediaa Programs.

We do not provide this for others.

Ms. Hetal’s courses are acceptable in 130+ countries and Ms. Hetal has international students in 5 countries based on this credits and a success record of 6 scholarships through various programs.

Employee Retention Programs ? We never had one. Post Approved by Hetal Nagaraj

We do not have employee retention programs because we NEVER had ANY employee. Most of our work or assignments are distributed by task only or by modules and by date and timelines. This is because Ms Hetal is trainer and offers training programs within company so that all operations/automations run smooth. Every staff has to take them & every staff always takes them!

G2DanceFactorybythesettys was the first if it would have successfully established would then have created those opportunities by now!

Hetal Nagaraj Dance-International had success though because it was always the other way round 🙂. It was Hetal Joshi M – USA/America own strength always.

Ms Hetal always hires by task or modules or specific hours of fulfillment with specific contract terms and conditions upon delivery of projects as first requirement to qualify for the next!

It is a typical training module method of recruitment!

Because g2 was first exclusive own establishment(subleased under thru a property management firm) of Hetal Nagaraj that was rolled in with huge projects confirmed on paper, there were huge possibilities on having employees. The projects were that big. Those were lost only because of permit delays by the negligence and inefficient decisions of property management firm.

It may surprise all of you that entire city of arlington mocked this property management company on those decisions. In emails and on paper!

It was not on Ms. Hetal. Ms. Hetal is, was and is always that well prepared. Ms. hetal is successful business woman (from india itself and had successful partnerships in India in 3 salons) and is on 28th year of business in USA.

Ms. Hetal is that well trained. #YES

Thats something to think about. History in that.

Look at karma, ms hetal walked out with success in that. And right after that, we had other fraud & theft! Company @graceandgrooves survived that too only because of Ms. Hetal.

Be careful when you harm anything related to ms.Hetal. Ms. Hetal is that good without anybody and Ms. Hetal will walk out just fine while others will get lessons that they will hate to learn in their life. We are that blessed. Blessing does not come easy. This is called one heck of leadership!

It could have been way more worst for students, parents or clients and vendors if it was not for Ms. Hetal’s amazing experience of business, knowledge, education and expertise in all these areas of business and the field of performing arts.

We do not wish to and we have every right not to hire people that have harmed either Ms. Hetal or the company or any of the Elites. Pay to Ms. Hetal for damages and there will be possibility of external brand(not in the company ever because of prior damages) which Ms. hetal will obviously put it on her sites as well.

This company belongs to those who are responsible and accountable. And Ms. Hetal has made it from scratch without anybody throughout. That’s why Ms. Hetal’s name is everywhere. Ms. Hetal is not one of those bosses who will sit and earn money from anybody. Ms. Hetal is a trainer!

Nobody was ever available and they all gave hard time to Ms. Hetal so now Ms. Hetal will not ever have them for anything.

For those who do not know, the company was not open for public registration as students or volunteer staff either until 2012-2013 because prior to that, Ms. Hetal’s services were for friends and family only or those whom she knew personally or thru her Reachh Mediaa Since 2013 By Hetal Nagaraj PR teams.

Ms. Hetal never enters any partnership, collabs or any work without paperwork or contract/terms/conditions.

That’s why it is this transparent!

  • Alpana Jacob – All the bharatanatyam dance (all 5 dance pieces, once a week program regular student, did all the recitals) submissions failed for all the bharatanatyam dance pieces & a feedback or techniques missing and had to redo the entire margam, adavus, jatis with Ms. Hetal Nagaraj including the footwork and the entire form.
  • Submissions were for artist management programs Reachh Mediaa / Educational and Non Educational Category.
    • Submissions are submitted without the names of candidates or guru.
    • For those who do not know, Ms. Hetal never asks for guru’s name as long as we have the videos unless parents themselves provide it.
    • This is because we have lots of categories where a candidate can be submitted and at some point, some dances can be used for at least one category under Reachh Mediaa Programs of Artist Management. We welcome all dancers from all backgrounds.
  • Ms. Hetal herself was not aware of this until all the submissions got disqualified and had to back trace with parents about the guru and all the submissions failed because of lack of techniques.
  • Parents tried to reach Alpana Jacob for this fraud because all submissions failed and to recover the $$$ and there is no reply since then. 10,000$ & all that time/driving – wasted. This isn’t the only case, there are several cases. See below)
  • With Ms. Hetal’s training, techniques and creativity, the only one we have ever known to win all the Margam competitions of each dance piece for straight 10 years exclusively under Hetal Nagaraj throughout.

Budding Star Category 3 to 13 years age category

‘Cutie pies from age group 3 to 13 that have made us proud!

Once a year, Ms. Hetal regularly takes 1 batch of below 5 years by genre. Most of our Elites or Pre.Elites are the students that are our students from the age of 3 to 5 years and some are now university grads/20+/30+ or are expecting their own kids or are moms that graduated!

Ms. Hetal’s interest in early child education was ignited early in life as a caregiver to younger brother and while assisting for library programs with her own mom. She is often affiliated with several montessori programs due to her wellness programs and interest in early child education as well. This is just one activity other than her speciality of youth/preteen/teen and active adults education and thus the success in each age group, genre as well as categories or styles.

Maximum number of early education workshops as well successfully delivered and in all age groups exclusively and today we have few Elites as well that are Ms.Hetal’s student from very young age of 3 years by genre!

Ms. Hetal’s first successful batch was at the age of 19(1999) in 2 genres and was part time in this field until 2019.

‘Requirements – Qualification for this category –

It is very normal for our inhouse students to achieve so much at very young age because of Hetal Nagaraj’s multi-specialities and success. Here’s the criteria to qualify. We do not have external students on this.

  • Consistent delivery of more than 3-4 performances a year either in our in house programs or culture shows by genre with full knowledge of skillsets. For below 5 years, min 1-2 performances.
  • + are too young to compete or take part in programs as minimum age requirement in most programs is either 5, 8years, 10 or 13.
  • + level of skills that do not match the competition or commercial level of expectancy (way too beginners or too basic.) but matches to inhouse curriculam level by level criterias.
  • Represented company or hetal nagaraj dance either as group or solo or showcased company’s work or independent with their own work in any public program as per above performance eligibility.
  • Either way, fundamentals are fundamentals!

We will call them budding stars.

Budding Stars are not the graduates of any genre/category/style nor elites or pre.elites unless otherwise mentioned. These are just exceptional students that accelerated faster than other students in their levels or age groups or are our GT / Accelerated program students or are students who could do MORE than most other enrolled students. We unlocked their abilities.

Below 13, we do not do gigs or any commercial programs or any commercial activities unless they have their own agents due to minor or labor policies in industry.

It is very common for all our students to know what they are doing by skills. Dance is that much fun here that students graduate by the time of their 16th or 18th bday. some as early as 14th bday if they don’t miss any class or if they take all workshops too during holidays. We allow students to enroll in all the activities as per their own time commitments. Most elites start at 3.5years while some at 5, 8, 10, 13, or 20 or active adults.
