Elites and graduates should be able to do anything they choose within the specialties they have learned. While they may take other specialties from others too.
My company offers roadmap, within company and within my limitations of budget, my availability and my priorities.
In my company — Of course, it is about me in my company since i am the one who does it on paper. What is wrong with that. I pay for everything, I take the risk, I provide, I am in every activity, of-course it’s about me. How is it that somebody did not question my top performing Elites or their names when it was mentioned. I allow teams to do it so that they can learn, get trained and educate themselves in various areas of this field.
My passive too is about me. It boils down to money.
That is the whole point of training and education.
While I am very much here for them. I would never judge anyone for the path they choose. People take trainings, courses, and programs according to their time, finances, availability, interests, personal life commitments, professional responsibilities, capital limitations, and individual circumstances. This same flexibility should apply to their availability to the field itself.
My trainings or even workshops are not choreography workshops like most do. My are pure technique workshops—it enables students to use it. I don’t emphasize on choreo but my emphasis on “how to use in choreo”.
Interns and externs use my money, resources, and budget within my limitations from how they would use their own.
That is part of learning, growth, and gaining experience, and I would not judge about their finances. 4000 Exclusively instructed graduates of more than 60 brands and 11 Elite Lines, i cannot force a single of them for anything. People come and go. This field is like this.
Every field has lucrative ways to enter, build, create, contribute, and evolve. A person does not have to follow only one predetermined route simply because somebody is successful in it.
They may choose to work under me, continue with me after reaching a certain level, build something of their own, or combine different professional directions. There is no force involved. With me, the choice remains theirs at every level about their independence.
I am very much here for my elites and graduates to take ownership under my guidance when they are ready, and I am equally here for those who want to continue working under me and very much for those who want to do “on their own too”. But when there is a screw up in their own independent journey—which i did not even embark or send to or guided to then don’t come to me or blame my company or me for it — they did something on their own—is on them.
If i screw up, i do not go to my teachers unless I feel the need of consult. But I did not until now so that’s whole different story.
You all go to university when a graduate messes up something ? Exactly, this is how it works. They can definitely come to me if they think that – I can help them get out of it. But i cannot force myself on them for anything. I did not tell them to screw up. Once they graduate or do anything of their own then I do not hold any rights on anything they do.
Be it good or bad.
As their guru, instructor or an institute, if good–i am always proud. If bad then i guess, shit happens in real worlds. It is when you step out of to be on own—shit always happens. Because if you are under me – i won’t let the shit happen because of my real life experience and my education, knowledge and trainings.
Fraud and such other are inevitable in every business. There will always be these worthless people ruining lives of everybody, that’s all they do.
Know my background and family – I am not some fraud, no family or professional background, some naturally gifted with no sense of direction or no results or an untrained natural after being gifted or born with it, or some untrained experimental geek who would be irresponsible to do certain activities like those who do it only because they don’t value their time, money or others life.
And to do experiments on kids or learner levels or theories proven dangerous in history without a legal consent of parent or kids is not even an experiment—-thats a crime. Some concepts were thus limited to movie worlds-seasoned experienced adults because of its dangers. Those who are educated will understand why certain things are not be demonstrated in learning levels of kids or lives of people itself. Thats called humanity. Not ethics.
A gifted mechanic experimenting on machine is different than kids or living beings. Not even animals but human beings. These comparisons are not even at par.
How can one compare a non living gear to a “living life or new life” who is just knowing the world through environments their own parents provide—and undeniably these are through these type of teachers, schools, colleges and overall social circle.
My relationships with my elites and graduates are personal and professional matters between us. They are not anyone else’s concern. Just as relations with me anybody is not anybody’s problem. My graduates and elites can remain part of their respective groups under me, and they may do something with me if that is what they choose.
And they may do something of their own. How does that make me not like it, who is anybody to judge that without even asking me. Are they confusing my money or representing me without my permission in any activity ?
I think, I have made them pretty famous that their name itself speaks of their historical achievements under me, on paper. Long time before they even graduated or became my Elite!
It is about time we recognize that people can forge their paths from everything they have been trained in, everything they continue to learn, and everything they evolve into or mere understanding of “their own ability by their own capacity and funds or priorities”.
I have every right to not only question every individual who enters my life with their value. Only because i am not some copied-bio-out of blue individual with no life, identity, or no purpose of my own like those headless chickens, nor do I need to misrepresent or defraud anyone like lot of individuals in DFW, i see are.
My goals are rooted in my personal interests from my mainstream school days Grade 1 to Grade 12th) — all of this —- money, success, growth, achievement, independence, and, most importantly, creating value at every stage of life which is my own path. Proven traceability of every activity, on paper, tied to bank, transactions, endless availability of pictures and videos literally from anywhere from my batches. At times, I may just turn around to areas not ventured before—based on personal priorities, whats the buzz in it. Sometimes, I venture to bring out the best from them as a trainer would.
I won’t be mad, if my grads do it on their own. With the background, training and experience of real worlds of entire different level that I forge–they should. I just do not care what they do outside.
How is it that nobody asked about things I do —- to bring those activities in my company.
All the money, hours of preparations — any word on this ?
Let’s just count this — Basic.

- A phone with a 2 TB icloud – $9.99.
- Some get company laptop – minimum 800$,
- then comes memory card (50 to 80$ per card), and
- external drives(100 to 200$ for a 2TB drive),
- pre-made music which takes about 30 mins a minimum to work on choreo (average cost of pre-made music is available on google),
- playlists and
- production planning,
- insurance to book literally any place under my risk,
- permits that run under my name,
- some get visiting cards too – design and print cost.

- The day from morning 8am to 6pm, it takes me just book for whole year —
- Just the paperwork itself – 3 productions, 1 recital and 1 heavily ticketted event.
- 1 Whole day goes in costume line up and such other design, on paper.
- Then comes the implementing part of it — that takes multiple days. minimum 75 students per production.
- Certificates – team takes 2 days to do this. Just this.
- post production planning — If i ask you to send me a file of production, it will take you min 5 hours to process the production of 2 hours itself.
- and then comes my own time that I spend personally to inject certain techniques a
- lesson plans for the results — I want to see it happen!
and then comes the subscriptions — seemingly to various platforms, which you may later use for yourself as you did not even know about it until, you got it from me —— While I did not get mine from anybody, i only create my own opportunities and for people who believe in me?
The dancers, customers and interns or externs are tools, that’s about it.
I dare you afford this on your own — So, yeah with this infra, don’t come and tell me a thing. Your power to me stands on this.
I do not have any peer, mentor or leadership to report to for anything.
It is the risk that I take to provide this. So Yes, it is Hetal Nagaraj’s company and that’s me —
So it is about me and money because it pays for everything. It is very much about my family too. Correct ?
About Products and Services – Are you telling me — when I sell soap so I should not sell shampoo and then comes the package of whole bathroom set.
This being said, my own kids are not some nepo born in my life or once a while visitor in my own activities but are Elites and Elite Lines—not something to disregard on performance level. One of Highest level too. My kids are not my 1st graduates or Elites but are top on the list.
As a family does and a family invests time, money, efforts to be able to provide all this. Do you know the risk i take to bring this all on surface ? Are you taking care of my kids, when my activities run late – NO. My husband does. When my payments run late from receivables, are you paying me ? NO – my husband pools in. Who is supposed to take care your own kids when you are work – your husband or your family. Am i as an owner of business — supposed to ?
Simple. What does this tell you.
Training opens doors. Learning creates possibilities. Education creates derivatives and a living. Experience shapes the path. Personal circumstances influence the pace.
As a well seasoned professional with such a success on paper, i have trained – all of them on my own thus, i just do not care.
So yeah, do not bother my Elites, or Graduates. Let them be. Let them do whatever they do on their own or with me. If with me, its about and within my budget, goals of my company — this simple.
The leadership is accountable in accordance to the governance, not according to Assumptions.
In that assumptions by who ? by people who have barely known a thing about the field or experience, not achieved anything or can’t even control their own moods — This in itself is whole different worthlessness.
So I, Hetal Joshi Nagaraj with this background, results on paper, family background, very successful family member in family from career to personal life, multi-generational international environments, achieved certain levels of spiritualities and in 3 religion-faith practices, educated, experience of real world of such a well maintained documented life —-
By all means — will question the mere existence itself of worthless, uneducated, inexperienced or experiences from worthless activities, incompetent and reckless people with no life of their own to even have a proper judgement about anybody, why only me.
About my treatment to people and mental health —- The fact that I have multi-generational students, most successful parents program, mother daughter and father son programs on paper graduates, freelancers that are sometimes work for decades of endless projects, dancers and dancers kids or families, multi-generation project based staff, as in need —- itself talks about treating people and mental health with me.
My own solo demand in market – Just my solo pathways of certain job posts has gotten more than 2000 responses for every work i put it out there from every single culture or religion. This clearly is an indication about me and anything about me. I do not need some worthless trashy failed life’s opinion to judge me on anything.
I do not even have to dare. I will instead question the treatment of frauds who create shit in others life.
