THE PROGRAM WAS ESTABLISHED and REGISTERED INDEPENDENTLY.
The timeline is clear.
Ms. Hetal Nagaraj had registered, established, and operated the batches before inviting any friends to participate.
The program, registration, training structure, and operations were already in place before those invitations were extended.
Friends joined after becoming aware of an existing and functioning program upon Ms Hetal’s invite and they knew Ms Hetals background was vast in these fields during several meetings and large scale networking and various performance activities.
In those days, Ms Hetal would conduct progressive workshops, very often!
It was never a friend thing. The friend’s participation did not establish the program or alter its origin. It accelerated for sure, but those groups too were created by Ms Hetal, herself :).
Some 30% were own due date club friends. And then, various advertisement packages and her kids’ private charter school kids’-friends.
Definitely not the first batches per se in 2011 (of Ms Hetal exclusively) but the first ones under the Grace And Grooves, Grace Creations and Grace & Grooves – company name “after the registration of company”.
Some were registered just before the EIN was received in 2011.
The program was developed through Ms. Hetal Nagaraj’s own initiative, training, research, planning, leadership, and own solo performances and creative works from her own launches from 2004 Michigan, 2005 Kansas, and DFW-2005-2006, along with Reachh Mediaa’s first launch of PR programs.
As a solo preneur, own pathway it is. No co-founder.
