  • 1999 – Ms Hetal’s 1st Graduate’s company and semi IT as well, for various digital platforms. Handles this blog.

  • 2008 – 2010 – Launch programs packages and enrollments marketing and advertisements
  • Prior to 2009 – 2010 – Manual forms, payment through Indian Talent Management PR Company, and various Platforms.
  • 2010 – 2011 E commerce Word Press Site Grace And Grooves. Site backend developer – Lu Nguyen.
  • 2012 – 2013 E commerce HTML full site – Anita,
  • 2012 – 2013 Seo integrations to site and packages to digital advertisement-marketing packages.
  • 2014 – Company’s 1st Intranet administrative services
  • 2015 – Site Maintenance – Backup, Gateways, logins – Hetal And Nagaraj.
  • 2015 – Program And Brand Planning, anticipated, was invited to some mergers and acquisitions of some brands.
  • 2015 – Enrollment and Admin – Swati, Admin Non Dance – Texas All Star. Semi IT – payment gateways, parents login, online forms.
  • 2015 – various link and scan codes, specials and coupon codes on analytics, digital, links to print marketing and trackers.
  • 2016 – Database Management injected because of high volume of enrollments and activities.
  • 2015 – 2017 – Seo Plugins external site integrations Jaimini Vyas. Later moved to Prushti.
  • 2016 – 2018 – All Content, Database Usage, Database Mapping, Records of Combo vs Singular Classes as per Ms Hetal’s directives and supervision for LIVE records such as online systems – Nirja Setty, Samarth Setty, Ms. Hetal herself.
  • 2017 – Parents Portal and Front Desk.
  • 2017 Log Management Task and Systems.
  • 2017 – Ticketing and Bulk Orders moved to Grace And Grooves Corp.
  • 2017 – 2018 – E commerce site moved to Wix on Grace and Grooves.
  • 2017 – Ms Hetal had her 2nd IT fresh graduate extern in 2017-2018 in USA, without dance.
  • 2017 – Ms.Prushti Dave. Direct Externships IT only – The training was successful at Grace And Grooves itself for the following as below. Permissible as per immigration. Website UX Developer, Maintenance – Prushti Dave. Below projects and respective teams –

  • 2017 – Company’s 1st overall stock register of gears, shoots and non dance inventory.

  • 2018 – Subscriptions Register and Renewals.
  • 2018 – Some unwelcoming experiences of other seo company, matter is solved and funds are received.
  • 2018 – All functional data moved to external systems to avoid risk of stalled systems.
  • 2018 – Autobackup of all systems, and manual schedule.
  • 2018 – Dhamaal Events USA migration and other merger acquisition migration to company website.
  • 2019 – Non Profit Portal – Cqunce. Tactical Integrations, Risk-Challenges by Nagaraja.
  • 2017 – Initiation of Ms Hetal’s Student Database from all previous archives, various registration forms, past online platforms of enrollments csv files.
  • 2017 – Company’s 1st own CRM
  • 2017 – Ms Hetal’s very first IT training module for interns, externs, volunteers.
  • 2018 – Company’s first icloud integrations – Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
  • 2018 -2019 Tally Records with every enrollment and activity vs billing and payments – Jinal Shah, Digvijay. The work completed in 2023-2024. Pending review for Ms Hetal completed in 2025 December.
  • 2021 – 2022 – Archival Schedule
  • 2021 – 2022 – Company new gears, external database and external plug ins for Company’s very 1st staff – G2.
  • 2021 – G2 website content – Taylor Hayes, approved by Ms Hetal.
  • 2022 – Fraud to several brands, deliberate mess to systems and platforms – organized crime.
  • 2022 – All Online and Social Media Systems Stalled. Uploads of several company blog posts, Frequently asked questions, Company statistics–stalled. Database locked.
  • 2023 – 2024 – Ms Hetal brought the entire infrastructure up and running for Elite Lines.
  • 2024 July – Archival Schedule Initiated.
  • 2024 – 2025 – IT requirements of gears, gadgets for overall media as per approved Trademarks.
  • 2024 – 2025 – All data moved to London.
  • 2025 – Online Systems and necessary data accessible worldwide.
  • 2025 – Log of all trademarks and copyrights in multiple countries.
  • 2025 – Renewals of data management gears, online systems and data bank design.
  • 2025 – 2026 – Archival Schedule Completed.
  • 2025 – Music, Media management injection.
  • 2026 – Music Library Data Management, Payment gateways, integrations, platform integrations, Forms and Contracts.

Company is not hiring, currently.

Texas All Star Talents Programs are paused until funds are recovered in full, undisputed.

Ms Hetal will continue on her own as it was part time anyway and Ms Hetal was on her own anyway. Unless mentioned.

Some brands are never open for external individuals and are for in-company graduates, elites or elite lines only for company’s own goals.

Any of these above individuals do not have any IT teams, are freelancers and have their own work life schedule or direct students, interns, externs of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.

Their association with Ms Hetal dates back to more than 3 decades while some begin their 1st steps itself with Ms Hetal as various students.F

For those thought about anything, 2009 – 2012 itself very late 🙂
