As of May 2026, Ms Hetal has 10 Elite Lines in various countries including USA.
Ms Hetal wanted to go all passive in 2021 itself as she had exclusively achieved by 2015-2019 itself thus, G2 was planned accordingly.
Elite Line at first, was a noisy tantrum request to Ms Hetal to do more and be with company, and as independent as well.
Idea was instilled to exist by Digvijay Singh because of his massive corporate experience and basic knowhow of local compliance in 2017-2018.
It was for his soon to graduate son. Around the time, his son graduated as a business major with MNC corporate job. This entry in corporate worlds made him understand complexities of work life and basic compliance.
Upon graduation from Ms Hetal in 2019-2020, he just needed artistic direction and other leadership guidance of Ms Hetal.
This idea sparked in all of Ms. Hetal’s 21+ adult students Graduates and Elites and own kids too loved the idea.
This created Elite Lines and thus 1 to 7 were lined up in 2019-2020-2021 itself.
8, 9,10 graduated and became Elites and Elite Lines back to back from 2020-2026.
2022-2024 work was nearly at paused levels because of massive multiple fraud to company and to Ms Hetal.
All 10 are Exclusive graduates, Elites of Ms Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.
Current Elite Lines are 30 years and Up, although most fresh graduates in MNC Corporate life may be eligibile for it.
Current Eligibility as per those in this program, is minimal. –

Must be in full 360 corporate life to understand complexities of compliance or work life unless trained under Ms Hetal Joshi Nagaraj.

Must represent company or Ms Hetal exactly in manner of verbiage provided on every specific activities of approved tasks.
Must be aware of basic compliance, transparency of every work and recordings.

Remuneration subject to contract and waivers-through assigned portal id.
All work post production must be regularly submitted in master file.

But, it is a skill to entertain such positive stubbornness.

Background & Inception (Pre-2010):
Prior to DFW, Fabric & Textile Division – www.hetaln.com
In DFW, Ms. Hetal’s journey in the fabric and textile industry began prior to 2010, in collaboration with her classmates and fellow alumni from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT- India, some are in DFW while some moved here b’coz of Ms. Hetal’s influence/due date friends as well) and various other states and Ms. Hetal’s lifelong friends. Together, they formed a dedicated team that specialized in fabric sourcing and precision cutting. Ms. Hetal’s own network is widespread internationally across Paris, Turkey, Iran, Dubai in fashion itself. In few years, Ms. hetal will reach indonesia & china as well.
For those who may not be aware, Ms. Hetal had also intended to pursue a course at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). However, due to her commitments to internships, a student job, full-time college studies, participation in a weekend scholar program, and preparation for the IIM CAT examination, she was unable to accommodate the NIFT course in her schedule.
In DFW, local tailors and manufacturers supports bulk production needs of Ms. Hetal because of Ms. Hetal’s precision cuts, detailed direction and supervision. Ms. Hetal specializes in Co-op as well along with industrial setup of entire infrastructure. Raw Materials & certain products are from India & other countries.
Notably, Ms. Deepthi assisted in tailoring exactly as per Ms. Hetal’s designs and precision cuts for one of company’s own large-scale order when shipment was delayed by local manufacturer for Bollywood Pre.Elites in Irving, ensuring timely fulfillment. On a joke, once they raced who was faster. machine or Ms. Hetal. Guess, who won! Ms. Hetal. It took them just 2 days to complete the whole order.
Students loved the costumes so much that they bought it instead of using it. It was celebrated as well as they took liberty to post them on social media, other than their performances.
Expansion (2010):
By 2010, Ms. Hetal was proud and honored to be the chosen supplier for over 10 dance institutes across the United States, Canada, and India.
Her services extended beyond textile supply to include custom packaging solutions, logistics coordination, and comprehensive inventory management servicing small businesses, mid-sized enterprises, and corporations alike.
This attracted several gigs in industry by various manufacturers for model.
Recognition & Market Leadership (As of 2021):
As of 2021, Ms. Hetal’s brand had grown to become the leading wholesale designer and supplier for classical and Bollywood dance costumes, props, and production sets.
Hiatus (2021–2024):
From 2021 to 2024, the brand temporarily paused wholesale operations due to issues related to online fraud as most of the booking and sample match was through online systems.
This time was used to resolve digital security challenges and as well then, revamp backend systems to avoid such frauds. Thus, Texas All Star Talent Program is paused indefinitely for external students.
Upcoming Relaunch (June–August 2025):
Wholesale operations are set to officially resume between June and August 2025, with renewed security infrastructure and continued commitment to excellence in design and distribution.

Her own music recompositions and remixes fall in category of creative commons and with that, more than 3500 mixes are sold to clients as independent billing other than dance school programs at grace and grooves. This is one of the favorite activity of Ms. Hetal other than all the other favorites :). Very soon, these mixes will be available on one of the music platforms by genre and category with all the details.
