Manager roles as in leadership roles are provided for Students, scholar paths or university prospects through volunteer programs. This is the only way in the company management. All the other paths are fairly longer and company hires trained professionally usually through job boards only. Company never welcomes anybody without proper background security and other background check!

  • ALL of the BOLLYWOOD/CINEMA students of Hetal Nagaraj had graduated, or were Elites & were performers of Hetal Nagaraj and all brands of Grace And Grooves, and were winners of Bollywood competition before 2022 itself and that is before saumya joined the company (as student program as aspiring college student and which she never applied and lied to company/hetalnagaraj). Ms. Hetal had stopped taking new students for several locations in 2022 itself so that Ms. Hetal can do other projects and such activities.
    • G2 was 100% passive with strict instructions to all choreographers and managers as well as leaderships to strictly make Ms. Hetal unavailable for lessons and Ms. Hetal has her own batches that she will rather continue. #YES
  • ALL the students were exclusively under hetalnagaraj as part of Ms. hetal’s own program at Mirchi Dance Academy and under Grace And Grooves Corp. The rest were as well Ms. Hetal’s own students that Ms. Hetal gave if she could handle it, which she could not!
  • Saumya never attracted anything and did not bring any students either that was ever worth to either company and did not do anything rather ruined everybody’s life & with proof.
  • Saumya was only given NEW set of students. Never any other set of students of any other level as Ms. Hetal was not willing to come to Irving or in G2.
  • Not from Ms. Hetal’s background or institute—an external hire from google search and applied on her own to company.
  • Failed Auditions – Saumya was not elite and had failed auditions—read why.. A cousin of Pratap/Nritya Dance Academy, Richardon, Frisco, Texas (Pratap Singh Tomer), (Owner of Nritya Dance Academy – Pallavi Patel) reported for cybercrime, explaining everything in 2017 after repeated alerts not to do so. They target businesses by spreading rumors and secretly placing people to cause harm.
  • To emphasize – Saumya is not an elite or pre.elite of anything under any of our programs. Saumya’s daughter has not danced with anybody under company either. they both were however welcomed to do performance of any type since she is not quite a dancer and thus was not included in pre.elites or elites. This was at no cost while others usually pay to perform and no permission was granted to do it free.
    • Participated in three Reachh Mediaa programs without paying. Dances were widely disliked for inappropriate moves, which she refused to modify despite audience objections.
    • Saumya owes the company $3,000 in perks for opportunities others pay for. Her daughter never took her classes, as seen in studio videos and her own messages stating her daughter dislikes dancing or prefers contortion. This is as per all class videos that Ms. Hetal often monitors through security recordings in studio.
    • It is company’s generosity, all staff members are welcome to perform voluntarily; it’s never enforced.
    • Saumya was interested in enrolling her daughter in the Reachh Mediaa Artist Program for artist management. However, she was unable to proceed due to the mandatory fees. Additionally, her daughter did not meet the minimum age requirement of 13 years. We do not permit individuals below 13 to perform unless it is under their own responsibility. Saumya was aware of this!
    • Company cannot offer much in volunteer perks, as the program requires significant coordination and admin work, which justifies the fees. She was already provided perks at no cost, while others typically pay for them and any of them she did not earn those while others earn them.
    • Daughter performed 1min of work – without paying for it. People did not entertain performance and the fact that child was below 13 years was against the code of conduct.
  • Business visa lapsed and did not inform which results in direct termination and lied about student visa application to join this program –
    • Student visa then : Refused to submit the documents for student visa. Monthly payout : 2000-2500$/3000$ ( admin 6 to 8 hours + teaching per hour + % depending on projects ) as per contract if approved for student status.
  • Failed to report any updates – 4000$ losses on paper(Irving location itself) – unsupervised until 5 to 8months in all trust | 3500$ losses on paper(Arlington location itself) – failed to report updates. Saumya was first supervised in person after eight months due to ongoing conflicts with the venue and parent complaints, for which there was no record until a parent recorded activities in few classes. She instead blamed the company to parents for micromanaging. Saumya did receive repeated warnings from those above her and saumya ignored those. This despite of 3rd month performance reports w/full access given to all brands, clients and vendors and internal paperworks to on-boarding and at 4th month, Ms. Hetal warned her about her actions and as well alerted her to keep up with her own student visa application for which she was in this program.
  • Other Loss – 8 months of services with 10,000$ LOST and 25% deliverables. inability to lead or take action. inability to understand urgency of the matter and availability of existing-resources/expertise.
  • Complaints – There have been several complaints from Grace Effects Photography and Videography clients regarding issues with party photos, videos, and model shoots. Despite repeated reminders, the mistakes have not been corrected.
  • Absent in all-pre/post events management/stocking/re-stocking inventories/props/arrangements/distribution for costumes/accessories/props, at any of the locations in-spite of several up-front scheduling arrangements on-work hours-for all the events that occured in those 8months! These were her responsibilities.
  • All Grace Effects and photography projects failed only because she refused to listen to Ms. Hetal or Ms. Jinal and saumya refused to correct or listen to clients requirement or Ms. hetal with a staggering loss of 1000s of $$$ + hours of Elites time. Those were booked months ahead of time and were provided to her;infact, Saumya was allowed to check invoices too to see the requirements. Ms. Hetal to do those all over again just to keep up with client relations which was other hours of work and the photo edits.
  • Anybody heard this arguement – Despite having 9-to-3 work hours, Saumya argued to start driving at 9 AM instead of being at work by 9 or 9:30, making work and client relations exhausting to handle. All mileage and applicable paid hours were reimbursed on time, yet issues persisted. Saumya did not do much to reimburse anyway as all the work was just derailed. Company owes money from Saumya!
  • Complaints from parents about code of conduct violations and irresponsibility with minors on commercial projects, including inability to manage groups/children which parents themselves complained.
  • Background Check Stalled because of complaints from 4th month of hiring. Got caught by staff stealing and repeated warnings to not mess with contracts or stock registers without permission. this got caught in icloud emails and chats that she had deliberately deleted as the other conversation was in other admin’s emails. Background check reports in December were delayed, and all dance experience was false; only 3 months of workshop attended. When got caught, admitted for it in email itself. Ms. Hetal offered her a chance to simply follow directions for a successful path, but she refused to listen which led to mess everywhere. By 4th month on repeated warnings, she refused to complete her IT trainings and that caused mess in logins.   • Fees never received from several students – Fees of 10 students of adult women batch at irving is missing! That’s 2800$ separately from above damages! Theft. Feb 25th,23. Confirmed by sms as well that she received those but never submitted to company. We have come to know this that Arlington fees were not received either. We are unsure where else the company name was used and public has been extremely generous on reporting every details that they learned about company through Saumya.
  • Saumya failed in the specialties she claimed to have. She misrepresented her education and falsely claimed experience, leading to failure in assigned tasks. This caused significant setbacks and harm to the company and several elite projects. Emails got caught in archives where she states taking the credits of other people in various chats. Ms. Hetal offered her several chances to correct her life. This as well she admitted in email that she will follow but never followed;thus parents complained from 10th week itself.

  • Saumya was reported to authorities for massive fraud and attempts to frame Elites and other staff. Traceability of her assigned gadgets revealed additional fraudulent transactions and activities when she did not acknowledge the invoices send to her email id and company waited for atleast 1 month.
  • Deliberate danger to child / minor & use of child as a bait to talk about insurance – We have never encountered anyone willing to put their own child at risk for insurance money. She was trying to frame Ms. Hetal, other elites, staff members which all got caught in emails. Her own personal emails were integrated in company’s email which she accidently might have replied from phone and the conversation was diverted to company emails. Ms. Hetal had told her several times, this is not India and that she should be careful before she proposes those ideas.
  • Saumya ignored customer feedback about avoiding reels, as neighbors offered them for free. She also intentionally caused trouble by involving an elite, despite Ms. Hetal’s warnings that minors(her daughter) must be seated in designated areas and all waivers were signed to release the company or Ms. Hetal or any Elites or Staff from liability. Ms. Hetal had repeatedly warned Saumya that we never do reels. All you see is usually the class videos that students take home for their practice or it’s production videos.
  • Saumya failed to perform as dancer too, as required, embarrassed the crew, and refused to remove inappropriate nightclub moves from her solos. She mishandled social media accounts, resulting in four blocks, and has not provided the usernames and passwords for them.
  • Saumya falsely claimed to prepare for university and thus was considered as prospect but made no effort on either application for student visa. Months and grace period passed by. We do not apply student visa(s) for our own staff people which was conveyed clearly. Infact, Ms. Hetal had told her that she has made a mistake to come to USA on business visa because of type of issues she is facing. The company cannot employ anyone in illegal status due to facility sensitivity and the need for valid ID. Misused and abused entire Texas All Star Volunteer Program that caused monetary harm to company and elites’ work was compromised.
  • Extremely unprofessional behavior has been displayed by consistently seeking family members or elites’ involvement, despite repeated warnings from family, children, and Hetal. The company has no connection to Hetal’s personal family. Ms. Hetal is your boss, and the company operates under her leadership. Company never had any other boss other than Ms. Hetal. Elites do not take action without Ms. Hetal’s direction. It is important to recognize that your boss is not your friend; professional boundaries must be respected at all times.
  • Misused the appointments assigned by the company and demonstrated incompetence in understanding which tasks generate higher revenue. Gigs bring money to company while her interests were rather low. Several instances where she wanted to shoot reels while there were gigs awaiting that were not attended despite Ms. Hetal’s regular warnings and followup.
  • The only individual till date to be demoted every month, consistently refusing to follow client feedback or make necessary corrections. Additionally, she declined to delegate clerical tasks to lower-level staff, resulting in a significant backlog of work with higher monetary value. Everybody fails to understand! Whole world knows around DFW that Ms. Hetal does not offer certain activities and that Ms. Hetal is known for trainings programs!
  • If by any chance, if Saumya wants to come back or any of her affiliates or her daughter wants to join for anything, for any mentorship then an upfront 350,000$ of payable amount is required with the following conditions plus the applicable fees :
    • The damages caused by Saumya were a deliberate attempt to harm the company for the benefit of her connections with other companies, including her cousin Pratap/Nritya. In previous years, they have also harmed the company without seeking proper information.
    • A payment of $350K upfront, or $150K x 2 with a contract within two months, must be paid in full.
    • Ms. Hetal will mentor her separately under standard non-labor hours, with her presence depending on the activity. Hetal’s name will not be involved in any transactions or the company.
    • Payments must be made via cash or direct Zelle transfers, as we will not accept checks due to previous money laundering concerns.
    • These terms are set due to the difficulties Saumya has caused for everyone, making it painful for elites to succeed. The $350K will be used to recover company losses and damages caused by Saumya’s deliberate actions to harm the company and frame it, as well as its reputation in the competition.
    • Without these terms, Saumya Bhardwaj Kaur is prohibited from any involvement with the company or its activities.
  • Background – Due to ongoing issues, Hetal ensured that as much information as possible about Saumya’s background was gathered. Despite understanding basic protocols being universally taught in educational institutions worldwide, Saumya repeatedly failed to follow them. Certain basics are everywhere all over the world. Additional issues surfaced through iCloud backup files and unrecognized transactions, leading to reverse traceability of her activities and the involvement of police reports. Saumya’s actions have consistently harmed her own family, husband, and businesses, leaving permanent damage to their lives and careers. Saumya did not bring any business to company instead ruined her own work/time/money and other elite’s work or tried to take their credit while these elites had already delivered all the work;there was nothing to take credit for.
  • Company’s Stock Registry – According to the stock inventory registry, cash and other inventory items are missing. Ms. Hetal will compile a detailed list by December 2024 to cross check all the details.
  • Forged Company Documents – A comprehensive list is prepared based on this as the new discovery reveals Saumya has forged company documents as well, one of which is her own contract. This too got caught in company emails.
  • Company Gears –There are confusions of dates as well in several instances of company documents, gears and gadget which could possibly be a normal human error but with this type of deliberate mess, we are unsure which action from all of this is/was deliberate or which/is or was human err.
    • We are unsure where else the company gears were used, as many of Ms. Hetal’s emails mentioned them as “unavailable” for various gigs. However, according to the gear logs, they were available, and many staff had to use personal equipment. To Ms. Hetal’s surprise, the gears were available during those dates/times. The issue arose when staff delivered their gigs, as the gears automatically uploaded or were paired to iclouds, but they still needed upload permissions. Ms. Hetal questioned why permissions were required when all gears are linked to iCloud. That’s when Ms. hetal knew of these issues.

  • Caught in Company Assigned Emails & other staff emails – Much of the information was obtained from Saumya’s own emails, which were accidentally left open on the company laptop assigned to her. The company has full proof of all activities. Saumya had also drafted emails targeting each Elite, intending to damage their lives. Ms. Hetal downloaded all the relevant information and reported it to the police.
  • Additional reports are pending and will be completed in 2025 because some accounts were locked and were finally cracked in Jan 2025. Prior reports were regularly reported as and when the accounts were unlocked.
  • In June 2023, we learned that Grace And Grooves is a victim of theft and unauthorized payments by Saumya totaling thousands of dollars. Anyone hiring her should monitor her actions closely. Ms. Saumya has caused disgrace, legal issues, and safety concerns for the company, including compromising the safety of children on commercial gigs, including her own. Due to her actions, Ms. Anula’s batches in Irving and the work of 10 other artists were affected.
  • What we could save – Hetal Joshi Nagaraj was fortunate to be present during several shoots, as she saved valuable time and captured several pictures using own phone, which were later converted to high resolution. During these shoots, the sessions were abruptly halted due to Saumya’s refusal to adhere to the client’s requirements, as outlined in the submission, revealing that Saumya Bhardwaj was acting fraudulently. Unfortunately, some shoots independently managed by Saumya could never be recovered and Elites had to suffer because of this individual’s action.
  • Thank you clients for reporting us the issues – We sincerely thank our clients and customers for their patience, understanding, and maturity during this challenging situation. It was Ms. Hetal’s exceptional customer service and crisis management skills that ultimately saved the company from potential negative reviews, lawsuits, and other serious consequences that could have impacted the safety and well-being of teenagers and minors involved. Ms. Hetal repeatedly advised her to fix her life under her supervision, but she refused to listen.
  • Leadership – Ms. Hetal is the sole individual with access to all the necessary information and is responsible for managing the company’s brands, activities, and routines and thus only Ms. Hetal knows how to get around it; especially given the chaos deliberately created by Saumya Bhardwaj Kaur.
  • Ms. Hetal cautions the public about Saumya Bhardwaj Kaur due to her consistent criminal behavior, which has caused harm and damage to minors, families, and herself. This pattern originated in India and continued in the USA. The issue came to light in a detailed report submitted to Hetal in September 2022, leading to Saumya’s immediate termination.
  • Ms. Hetal requested Resignation in all due regards with an immediate effect on Sept 30, 2022.

Applauds to Ms. Hetal – As of December 21, 2023, the company remains in good standing due to the exceptional ability and contributions of Hetal Joshi Nagaraj, both as a team member and a leader.

From 2020 to 2023, the company faced two significant frauds: the first involving G2 Dance Factory’s landlord (amounting to $4.5 million) and the second involving Saumya (resulting in $350K plus other damages). Both cases were instances of white-collar crime aimed at causing deliberate harm, and Ms. Hetal was instrumental in uncovering them. Both issues are currently being handled legally by Hetal Joshi Nagaraj. All of which got caught in iclouds itself because of exceptional IT infrastructure of company created by Ms. Hetal to ensure safety & traceability of everybody. The only person till date to create such a mess.

10 year olds deliver under Ms. Hetal, it is not that hard to follow simple directions. It was Ms. Hetal’s IT knowledge that saved not only her own family but Elites, Students’ sensitive data, Parent’s data and everybody whom she was trying to frame in emails. We are unsure what were Saumya’s further intentions. ALL this was caught in company emails, icloud back ups, security cameras and company gadgets/gears.
