Zero Tolerance Means Zero Tolerance: The Culture We Protect at Grace & Grooves
At Grace & Grooves, we don’t just teach dance.

Student Well-Being & Welfare
At Grace & Grooves, our instructors work closely with students through movement, training, and regular interaction.
Because of this, we may occasionally notice changes that could affect a student’s ability to participate safely or comfortably and may ask during one on one sessions if an opportunity arise.
A conversation can sometimes save a life.
Examples may include:
- Noticeable changes in physical appearance or overall health.
- Persistent dark circles, signs of prolonged fatigue, or lack of adequate rest.
- Unusual difficulty focusing or maintaining attention compared to the student’s normal behavior.
- Visible bruises, injuries, or other marks that raise concern for the student’s safety or ability to participate.
- Sudden or significant weight loss or weight gain that may impact physical activity.
- Unexpected emotional outbursts, withdrawal, anxiety, or changes in mood.
- Unusual lethargy, excessive tiredness, or lack of energy in low intensity class.
- Sprains, limping, restricted movement, or discomfort during stretching, dancing, or everyday movement as an observation.
- Reports of pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or extreme fatigue during, before or after class with low intensity.
- Student arriving at classes tired, exhausted before the class.
- Reports by other students’ training modules missing from their charts.
- A student appearing unusually unresponsive, confused, or not responding as they normally would.
Our role is not to diagnose medical, psychological, or personal conditions.
Instead, our responsibility is to ensure that students can participate safely and that any concerns affecting their well-being or the learning environment are addressed appropriately.
When significant changes are observed, Grace & Grooves may:
- Privately check in with the student in an age-appropriate and respectful manner.
- Notify a parent or legal guardian when appropriate.
- Recommend medical evaluation or clearance before returning to full participation if an illness or injury is suspected.
- Modify or limit participation to help prevent further injury.
- Document observations when necessary to support student safety and consistent communication.
- Follow all applicable mandatory reporting laws if there is reasonable concern that a child may be experiencing abuse, neglect, or is otherwise at risk.
All conversations regarding student well-being will be handled with professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy. Our goal is always to support the health, safety, dignity, and success of every student while maintaining a safe learning environment for the entire Grace & Grooves community.
Talent may earn applause. Character earns lifelong respect. Skills build life.
Parents Are Our Partners
Parents play an important role in maintaining our positive culture.
We ask families to communicate respectfully, support all students, and bring concerns directly to Grace & Grooves so they can be addressed appropriately and professionally.
Healthy communication creates healthy communities.
Always be respectful to leadership, ownership, and to the family. Know the boundaries of approach to family about any issues. Just because family is present does not make them responsible to answer you either about kids, or about parents.
Only an owner of the company knows why, who, what, when and about the company, its people, its practices as well as limitations. It is the family that invests indirectly to everything. Inputs are always welcomed.
At the end of the day, company is answerable! Be it money, results or investment or merely the time invested in it.
Social Media Expectations
Respect doesn’t end when class does. Students, parents, instructors, volunteers, and anyone representing Grace & Grooves are expected to use social media responsibly.
Online bullying, public shaming, harassment, rumor spreading, or inappropriate conduct that affects our learning environment may result in disciplinary action.
Nonetheless, if certain services were part of your package and not provided then you are more than welcome to address those anywhere you like!
Absolutely feel free to tag Ms. Hetal or Grace And Grooves openly in any social media – feel free to send email with post too.
But remember one thing, Grace And Grooves has no obligation to provide you any services that are not the part of package. Price is not paid for expectations. It is for services.
Grace and Grooves respects customers with constructive criticism. Talking about participations is always the best way to demonstrate clarity in conversations that may be misunderstood either by community or by people.
This clarity should not offend anybody.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, of anybody then, we encourage you to report it promptly. Speaking up protects everyone.
Reports are handled respectfully, confidentially whenever appropriate, and reviewed fairly with complete privacy.

The Grace & Grooves Promise
For over two decades, Grace & Grooves has been built on trust, consistency, professionalism, and respect.
Every student deserves an environment where they can learn without fear, grow without intimidation, and celebrate the success of themselves and others as teams.
We are committed to preserving that culture every single day.
Because excellence is never measured by trophies alone.
It is measured by how we treat one another. Respect is mutual and is not measured by age or experience. Age is just a number.
It is a training school. Ask 10 times if you do not understand. People come from all walks of life and experiences, it is normal for some individuals to gain clarity multiple times while some may get it right away. Do not assume, expect or merely anticipate it.
Grace & Grooves – Where Respect Leads. Excellence Follows.
ALL classes, activities, icloud backups, chats gears, gadgets are fully recorded for quality and training purposes.
